+ -1 moreHe was very good. He came back to inspect again once. He was just very knowledgeable, and his price was very competitive. He did extra work for us; he took care of some ants and other things in the basement. He actually came out and did an inspection. Other companies just gave me a rate by phone.

gas leak repair
+ -1 moreSatisfactory. GICO came out a few days after the call (which was a bit slow given the gas smell, but since it was outdoors and not in I was not too worried). They determined the leak was at the meter and gave me instructions w/phone # to call Columbia Gas, as it was their meter and GICO could not touch it. Columbia Gas came right out, confirmed GICO's diagnosis and replaced the meter on the spot.
Description of Work: Received a GICO gas line warranty at the purchase of our home. Called company when smelled gas in backyard.
