GG Cleaning LLC

First issue I had with them I responded to their email with 3 days. They responded with one of the days and then when I responded within 1 business day they then said I couldn't have the date. They refused to honor the deal even after I explained to them it was a misunderstanding as to what was included in the offer. This is not a company I want to do business with because they don't keep their word.

I have worked with cleaning companies on and off for a number of years. These guys were so good I hired them to be my regular cleaning staff!! Never happened before.

I was having a wine-tasting party on the 12th, and weekend guests too. I keep my townhouse in good condition, but i have a teenage son and two dogs, plus I work full-time and I have a heavy volunteer schedule, so I needed help preparing my home for my weekend. I bought an Angie's List Deal for $149 deep cleaning from GG Cleaning. They were able to fit me in on Thursday February 11 at 2:00! I was very grateful that they were able to accommodate me! The two team members arrived promptly on time. They were pleasant, well-groomed, and professional. They started immediately to work, and they brought all of their own supplies (including a cool vacuum that they wore on their back!). They were careful, and efficient. They worked non-stop for three hours! Not a speck of dust, a puppy furball, or spot of dirt was left. I have two full baths and two half baths and they were spotless! They wiped down my kitchen cupboards at my request and did a wonderful job. I am hiring them to clean my home twice a month.

Two ladies arrived on time and worked very efficiently. My house was quite dusty so they had a lot of work to do. Our bathrooms never looked better. Even my husband noticed how clean the bathrooms were, and he never notices anything! We have a soak tub and a double shower in the master bath, so the ladies had quite a task. I would recommend this cleaning service

The service was excellent! I haven't seen my house this clean in ages! The whole experience was overall just totally great.

I joined Angie's List to find a company who would clean my house. When I found GG Cleaning here, I went to the company website and got a list of prices. The first listing there said that a Deep Clean was $299 I called this company on Saturday evening November 14, 2015 and left a message that I was interested in a Deep Clean and if it went well I might be interested in regular service. In the message I informed that I am disabled in a wheelchair and got the company name and number from Angie's List so I qualified for a 5% discount. I also mentioned that my ranch style home is 1300 square feet with 6 rooms (including bath, kitchen, and utility). Edward called me back at approximately 6:15 the same evening and set up an appointment for the following Wednesday (November 18) between 6:00 and 7:00 PM. Wednesday comes and Girson knocks on my door to give me my estimate at 5:15 PM. He did not telephone first and he was at a minimum, 45 minutes early. If he had arrived even 5 minutes earlier, he would have caught us eating dinner. At the time I dismissed this as being overly punctual but in retrospect, I feel that he would have appeared much more professional if he called first to announce his arrival, especially since he was so early. I showed him the house which took all of about 5 minutes and we go back to the Dining Room to discuss details. Immediately he tried to schedule an appointment to do the cleaning without discussing prices. I had to interrupt him to find out the potential cost. I asked him for the cost of a Deep Clean. He said: "I can do it for mmm $500.00". I said "Why so much"? He said: "Well, it is a Deep Clean so it's going to take about 2 hours" (I'm thinking ...Really??? I can do a lick and a promise in two hours) Now I'm starting to feel skeptical so I tell him: "It's been at least 5 years since this house has been cleaned properly (I've been in a wheelchair for 8 years). How are you going to clean it and do a good job in just 2 hours" He responded that there would be 2 (possibly 3) people. "Okay, I can buy all that but why are you charging $500 when your website says $299 and that's not including the 5% discount for being an Angie's List customer"? Then he said "Well um, er, um I can give it to you for $300 and here, I'll even write it on the back of my business card" At that point I began to wonder WHY this business is on Angie's List. I felt like I was being taken for the ride of my life and that they were trying to take advantage of my situation. Add that to the fact that he was only willing to schedule cleaning on Saturday or Sunday, by this point I had already lost faith in this company and their proposed abilities. At the last minute I asked what it would cost for general cleaning monthly When he told me $130, I came close to losing my composure. I mean, my house is not at all that big. I would NOT recommend this company. In fact, Angie should review their qualifications for this list!

Edward booked a free quote for the next day, He worked us into the schedule within a week of my call .they called to confirm the night before A team of two were here on time they brought all there own equipment, rags and all. We went over all the things that I can't do in every room and they made a list . Every room was cleaned from the top down. the cushions on the chairs and love seat were moved and vacuumed. if it was not bolted to the wall it was moved out and cleaned . fans were feather dusted then washed .All the spider webs were removed. window & sliding door tracks were vacuumed and washed many of these were clogged with bird seed from the bird feeders. windows have been washed on both sides. All the trash cans were washed the covers were cleaned The bathrooms were spotless shower walls ,soap dishes, hand cleaner bottles, all the things used to care for mom were wiped down most were put back right where I left them. my kitchen was awesome the oven looks like a new one all the Tupperware modular mates containers were washed off I have two large shelves of them they hold noodles crackers and other pantry foods The lights and covers around them were taken down and replaced. the freezer and refridgerator were pulled out, and washed inside and out. grill covers were done with soap and tooth brush .the bottom of cabnet's were washed, pans were almost all placed where I had them. all the doors were done even the silverware trays were done. everything on the counters was placed exactly where I had them .5 years of grand children's hand prints are gone. the heat & cool air ducts were vaccumed.in all the rooms. They were working from 9 to 5p.m. with only a short break at lunch..I was so pleased that I booked them for the end every month of 2016 before I gave them a check.

They did a fine job. This was a real deal for the money. We subsequently used them for other cleanings.

Two workers did an excellent job. brought their own equipment, were very professional and polite.

Exceeded my expectations. Smells great, looks great! Friendly people!

They were just here. They were okay. I have no problem with them. They were good. I thought that they did a nice job. They were good. I would hire them again. They were very good. The pricing was good. No problems with the professionalism at all.

Alma and her colleague were great. Friendly, and got right to work. We got a Living Social voucher for cleaning worth $64 for 4 hours of house cleaning. Two cleaners came for 2 hours, but ended up staying for 2 and a half -- 5 hours of cleaning. I asked if they would do the bathrooms and if they had time, the kitchen. They did both bathrooms, the kitchen, and then some. And it looks amazing. Nothing was left undone. In the kitchen alone they did the basics, plus washing all the cabinets, the toaster oven, the INSIDE of the oven (I didn't know it could look like that), our coffee maker looks like they replaced it with a brand new one. After they left I'd find something ELSE that was clean. They were great. I'd definitely hire them again, especially that pair. They had to cancel when we had originally scheduled, but rescheduling was easy and quick.

Excellant work. Home looks "GREAT".

After some initial confusion on the start time the provider was on time and worked diligently for the purchased time. They cleaned everything as requested

They were very responsive in terms of scheduling, and found room for us on their schedule on short notice. The team (a man and woman) arrived just a few minutes late but apologized, it was in the middle of morning rush hour so it didn't bother me as it was traffic related and only slight. They were polite and efficient, they even stayed an extra 25 minutes over what was promised just to make sure they got through all the priority tasks, which was appreciated. They brought all their own equipment and cleaning supplies. They did a quick and thorough job, and made sure to find out which tasks to prioritize. They didn't cut corners and treated us like VIPs even though we were redeeming an Angie's List Big Deal at a substantial discount. They won our business and we will refer them to others in the future.

The appt was delayed by an hour or more. It was frustrating but Edward kept us updated about the status. We had decided not to hire his services again but the quality of his team's work is excellent. They were fast and yet didn't miss out anything. We would definitely recommend his service. But do make sure that he keeps the appt time. He was also very professional, was sorry about the delay and followed up the next day about the work performed.

Arrived on time . One person cleaned for four hours. Cleaned 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,( everything: sink counter, mirrors, toilet bathtub/shower floor), Kitchen-cleaned counters appliances sink and kitchen area , Living room ,Family room. Cleaned all Perco flooring in kitchen hallway and one bedroom, vacumned carpet in rest of house. Dusted everything. Was finished in 4 hours. She was very quiet and efficient. Owner of company came by to help if necessary, but she was just finishing. They use their own equipment and supplies. House was clean and smelled great and I will use them on a regular basis .

On Groupon GG Cleaning Services had a voucher for "Four Hours of Cleaning Services with Two Housekeepers". I bought the voucher in July and today decided to call them to set up the cleaning appointment. I left a message and a gentleman with GG Cleaning called me back and told me the voucher was not correct, that Groupon made a mistake and would reimburse me or.........He would give me two hours of cleaning services with two housekeepers. I declined. Called Groupon immediately and they have reimbursed me, however the person I spoke to saw nothing in GG Cleanings account that this was a mistake by Groupon. Will not call this cleaning company in the future. 8/19/15 - Just found a deal on Living Social Columbus for GG Cleaning. It is 4 hours of house cleaning services, $64.00 or if you are fast enough you can get an extra discount at $57 for Four Hours. Curious if they will accept this deal.

They did a fabulous job. The ladies were great in doing all I asked of them. They did a spotless job. The house was a little dirty and they did an immaculate job.

They did a beautiful job, smelled clean, looked sparkly. I was very pleased and would have them back again. I have had previous experience with housekeepers who were scheduled but didn't show up, no call to tell me, I contacted that person, we rescheduled, no show and I could no longer get in touch with her. This was a blessing, they were prompt and did a great job. Another situation I experienced was that I was given a price and when she was done she charged me $40 more but I had not asked for any additional rooms to be done or additional time to complete anything. Since I am gun shy, the only thing I would have appreciated would have been a call either the day they were arriving or the day before to confirm they were coming.

Although the cleaner arrived a little late (it can sometimes be difficult to find our location), they worked very hard once they arrived. The two person team did a very thorough cleaning job, and we would use their service again.

I called on Thursday for cleaning on Friday. Though there was no one readily available at such short notice, GG Cleaning was able to make arrangements for an excellent cleaner. Kudos to both the Agency and his cleaner for rising to my desperate situation. The excellent work was performed timely, just before the movers arrived with all our belongings.

I needed my condo cleaned before listing it for sale. We had competed a lot of work inside the condo and were finally at the point where I could call and schedule a cleaning. I called GGCleaning on 6/16 asking for an appointment on 6/17. They checked with other clients who were already scheduled then called back and gave me a time. I met a very nice woman at the condo who got right to work. I had to leave after about two hours but the work I saw was excellent. She said she had at least another hour of cleaning to do when I left (condo is about 1250 sq feet). I came later that evening & the place looked great! I'm so glad I called GGCleaning and that they were able to work me into their schedule. Perfect communication and excellent cleaning services.
