Communication has been excellent with Edward since the first email to get an estimate. The cleaning is also satisfactory. It isn't the absolute best I've had, but there hasn't ever been any issues with things not being done or being done incorrectly. To be clear, everything that should be cleaned is cleaned, but I've used services that have gone so far as to even clean the plungers by the toilets--to the point that I noticed. But those services were also about twice as expensive so I'm not complaining. I'd absolutely recommend them, and I plan to keep using them!

We have used them twice. Both times they worked very hard. Nice to have such hard working people!!!

Professional, timely and quality experience.

They were great. They really cleaned the house well. I was impressed. They cleaned the oven and a lot of stuff I did not expect them to do. They were courteous and pleasant. They did a great job. I will be using them again.

The two reps house-cleaners who were here did excellent work! We had a small list of things we needed done, and they took care of everything we asked. We'd definitely hire them again!

They are the greatest! I just submitted a review detailing some of the work they did. It always smells nice after they leave too. I paid for a deep cleaning and I was thrilled. I wasn't able to have them when I had scheduled them originally and they rescheduled with no complaints and it was a busy time of year for cleaning services. I'm not sure of the date he rescheduled for me.

Great. They arrived on time and did a great job.

I would rate them as good. There were no extra charges but instead of doing 4 hours, they only gave me 2 hours with 2 people. I accepted that but that is what I would have preferred. If I purchased 4 hours of cleaning, I would have preferred that to be 4 hours.

I am very happy with the responsiveness of this company and they did an excellent job. The floors look great and my microwave smells like lemons!

They were polite, the quality of the work was somewhat superficial. I noticed dust left behind. the table was dry wiped, but not actually cleaned. They did a fair job, but not up to my standard.

I was extremely satisfied with the service today. The two people who came were very professional and focused. They got a lot done and it looks wonderful!

Edward was quick to reply to my online inquiry and provided appointment options to fit my needs. The team of two arrived on time and spent two hours cleaning the house top to bottom. I was particularly happy with their level of detail with dusting (my least favorite cleaning chore). They did such a great job and I plan on having them come back monthly. Since the team did not speak English, Edward said I could email my top priorities each month for them to focus on.

The job that GG's did exceeded my expectations. It was done while I was at work and didn't expect to walk in the door and see such a dramatic difference. I didn't think my house was dirty to begin with, it was just that much cleaner after they were there. They vacuumed all the furniture, drapes, and lamp shades and dusted every surface in the house, including underneath all of my pictures/decorations. They even folded my hand towels like it was a high-end hotel. I could tell that they had treated all of my belongings with respect, like it was their own home. I will definitely be using them again without hesitation.
