Description of Work: Clean house. 2 girls came to clean. Language was a barrier as they did not speak English. I have a 4 bedroom. 2 1/2 bath home. In a total of 4 hrs. (2 girls, 2 hrs. each) They cleaned Master Bath, Master bedroom, 1/2 bath, small tile foyer, living/dining area and kitchen. Kitchen only included moping floor. I asked them to wipe down outside of appliances, which they declined to do. |They wiped the inside of my windows with the same damp cloth they were dusting with, which left terrible streaks. When they dusted they only dusted around objects, which left rings and did not actually dust the objects.The upstairs which consisted of a bath, 3 bedrooms and a loft and the stairs were left untouched. I was not impressed.

Description of Work: Communication and scheduling was easy. The cleaners arrived on time and were extremely thorough, even cleaning windowsills, dusting tops of doors and getting cobwebs off the ceiling! They came equipped with all cleaning materials so I didn't have to supply any of that. They were friendly and efficient and I am definitely going to use this service again!
