 + -1 moreEverything they did was mediocre, they didn't clean behind or under anything and they tried to leave 5 minutes early claiming that the whole house was done. I walked them through and showed them places where they missed some very obvious dirt, they cleaned it. If you want a totally run of the mill cleaning service that runs about $50/hr, this is for you.Ultimately, I wouldn't reccomend them, not because they did a bad job, they just didn't do a good one.
Description of Work: Two women cleaned a 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom house.

 + -1 moreThey were very good. They were nice and courteous. They did a good job. They were reputable and responsive. They showed up on time. There were some areas that could have been done thoroughly. I would use them in the future.

 + -1 moreThey were wonderful. They are much better than the group that I had before. They are nice and friendly. They talked to me. They split up and did what I asked them to do. One did one thing and the other did the other as apposed to the last group that did it together. They did a wonderful job. I had a coupon. They were here for an hour or so and I don’t know the price as my husband did the set up. I would have rated the first company a F. I would use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Geralde and family responded promptly and came for an estimate. We negotiated prices. Her daughter acted as interpreter as language is a problem. They were very accommodating to me in working us into their schedule that week. They did a very good job. I will definitely use their services again in near future on a regular basis. They offered to include all window cleaning, but we were able to negotiate and get the first-time cleaning fee down a little. I liked that they were willing to work with me .

Description of Work: We had an initial whole house cleaning for $300. Now we get house cleaning for $100 every two weeks. Our house sparkles! I am very happy with the attention to detail. It is a two man team. Geralda and her brother do the cleaning. The first clean took about 4 hours. The biweekly cleans take about two hours. There is a language barrier, but the brothers English is passable. They seem like kind trustworthy people. And they work really, really hard the entire time they are here. Our house is 2100 square feet and we have a 1 and 3 year old kids so the house is always a disaster zone.

 + -1 moreI believe she does an excellent job. I've had other house keepers and I think the biggest problem that I've run into is reliability. She has never had any trouble with this. If she ever has any scheduling conflicts she calls ahead to let me know. I feel safe with her in my home and nothing has ever come up missing. She is very efficient and does everything that I ask of her! I would highly recommend her!

 + -1 moreGeralda has been cleaning my house for almost 2 years. She and her assistants do excellent work. They are always prompt, work quickly and efficiently and leave my home beautiful. I have never had to point out anything that they have missed. I will continue to employ them as long as they are in business!
