Description of Work: This company was on the list to perform work for AEP's home weatherization program. A home audit was performed by AEP and I contacted them but they said the work I needed was too small and would not make a difference in my home being any warmer. They said they had gotten this information from a 30 page online report from AEP. When I contacted AEP they said there was no 30 page report and they probably just didn't want to do it because the job was too small. I don't know if there was a report or not and whether I was lied to but that was my only contact with them.
