We have had Gahanna Heating & Cooling out twice in the last two months for different issues. Both times they were here within the hour and worked in a very timely manner. Our technician Ralph L. was the best. He was thorough and trustworthy. They do not try and upsell you needing more work done and the pricing is very affordable. I highly recommend Gahanna Heating & Cooling for all your needs. Thanks Ralph for a job well done. It is nice to have a company who is trustworthy and efficient to take care of you.

Everyone at Gahanna Heating and Cooling is very professional. They diagnosed the problems associated with a 25-year old furnace and nearly 20-year old air conditioner that was no longer working. They then installed a new furnace and air conditioner at a reasonable price. Everything went smoothly, and we are very happy with the results.

This was without a doubt the most unpleasant contractor I've ever dealt with. He was gruff and never stopped moaning and complaining. My AC would not turn on. When I told him my air handler was in the attic he had a fit. Apparently the overflow switch was showing "check drain" - he removed the switch so the AC would turn on. He suggested I have the person who installed the unit come back and install a new switch. I asked if he could and he said he COULD - but it was apparet he didn't want to. I asked if he would check the freon while he was here and that was a pain also. He just kept complaining about how hot it was - 84 deg. I talked to a friend who does AC and he said it's rare for the switches to go bad and asked if this guy even cleared the drain. Apparently not, or he would have written it on the bill.

They provided service to our newly purchased home during an inspection. The furnace was not working and they came and looked it over and said it was only a loose wire. The furnace hasn't lasted even 3 months since moving in and felt like they did not do their due diligence in fixing it or recommending a replacement. When I called to let them know it was already broken again they did nothing to try to help in the situation. I felt like we were put in a position to buy a house under false pretense.

I have a maintenance agreement with Gahanna Heating and Cooling. I call early in the Fall and set-up an appointment and within a day they are out servicing my furnace and preparing it for winter. I do the same thing in the Spring with the air conditioning equipment. I have been dealing with Gahanna Heating and Cooling for years and will continue to call on them for my equipment service. They are realiable and the service men are very qualified.

i have been working with them on my HVAC system for over ten years? They are very professional, responsive, honest and reasonably priced? I cannot say enough good things about these guys.

They cleaned up well. You would not have known they were even here except for the new heaters.

They were efficient and the cooling has worked perfectly since then.

A/C wasn't working oin a Saturday during the 90 degree heat; called for a technician to come out; within 1 hour they had called back; they explained the emergency service fee, abd we accepted; within 1 hour they came out and fixed A/C. Though the service fee was hoighg, it was worth it for a 90 degree day

They are very good with their work and follow through. They showed up on time, quick to get started and did well with cleaning up after themselves. They communicated very well with the work needed to be done and stayed on schedule throughout the whole project. Basically, they get the job done and we were very happy. We will use this company in the future.

They are a big company but they are local and we have been very pleased with them. They are responsive when we have a problem. They've improved their front-end service so we don't have communication problems anymore.

We were charged a labor amount that was not disclosed in the first phone call made. (an additional $80). When we called back to report that the air conditioner was kicking on with the furnace and that we would like them to check out the thermostat installation to make sure it was correct, was told that it was a bad thermostat and not the installation. When asked a second time if they would come out to recheck their work, was told again that it was the thermostat, not the installation. We ended the call and went looking for another company to check their work and fix the problem.

Came out very quickly on weekend, while weather was cold. Was on time and pleasant.

Buying a new A coil for a 16 year old unit wouldn't have made sense, and they didn't pressure me to buy anything and did a really good job. The guy who came out was named Rick, and he was a pretty nice guy.
