We were very pleased with the crew we worked with today. They were on time, professional and genuinely interested in our situation. The heat today was extreme, however, they worked through it all day. We provided cold water drinks to them and they left the surroundings in really neat condition. They all deserve praise! Aaron from G&M was very courteous and worked quickly to get the job completed in a timely manner in order to reduce our cost (they charge per hour). He clearly explained the work that was being completed and offered his phone number in the event we (or the buyers) had follow up questions. I called and was able to get an appointment the very next day, first thing in the morning. The gentleman arrived as expected and completed the work in about an hour. He was very lovely to speak with and did an excellent job with the repair. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for great service at a great price point.

Would not return phone calls. Receptionist would only connect me to his voice mail. I guess this is how the plumbing company treats homeowners if they really have no interest in your job.

I called their office and told them my sump pump was constantly running and would not turn off. I was told they would have someone out that morning. An hour later a man called by the name of Brian, and said he would be out in half an hour. He was on time,very friendly and polite. He checked out the motor and said the switch was locked in the "on" position. We had this same problem last year with all the rain and had 2 inches of water in our basement because of it. He put in a new pump, all within 45 minutes.

Troy, the plumber that came out was great. He was very clear and informative on the issue and what he was going to do to make sure the problem does not re occur. He thoroughly snaked all the pipes under the slab (older home, no basement), along with pipe leading to main sewer, although only the kitchen sink was backing up. He also decided to check the bathroom, along with removing the access panel to check for any unforeseen leaks. Troy was very nice and arrived much earlier than the scheduled time which was great. I just have the feeling he takes pride in his work and does not rush to get the job the done.

Great response, came out with in four hours of call. Very personable tech. Cost was about what we expected. Work was completed as requsted.

I have used them three times in about 10 years. He was in here for about an hour. I think he was very good, and that is why I have called them back three times. This is the third time that I have called them back and I have always been happy. I would suggest to others that they use them. I thought that they were quick, efficient and nice people to deal with. The reason why I have called them back more than once is not their fault but it is the way the house is built. I think they are competitive. They clean up behind themselves and there never is a mess or anything like that. I like the way they work. They have always come when they said they were going to come and within that time frame. I would recommend G & M Plumbing.

G&M answered my call, and promptly scheduled an appointment for the next day. Mike called on his way and arrived on time. After a quick review of the situation Mike reviewed the repair options with me (this was not a simple remove replace). As there was some risk involved with doing the work (no water due to very old service line), Mike reviewed the available options with his management. They provided an easy solution, which would be attempted first, if that was not successful due to the unique circumstances of the job, they provided an alternate solution, while more costly, would address the problem. After the pipe broke due to age and corrosion Mike proceeded with the second option and completed the job in about 2 hours. Very satisfied with Mike's (and G&M) work and would definitely hire again.

The Plumber called ahead of time to confirm and was very punctual. He was very good with consulting and providing feedback of the current plumbing system. G&M is well known for being on-time, fair and professional in our office.

I have a rental property, the tenants called and reported to me it was leaking, they put towels against carpet as not to let water go into the adjoining room downstairs, the carpet per the tenants had a small amount of water in the carpet right at the door. The plumber came in and drained the hot water tank, (down a leach drain) which can not hold that much water at once. When the tenants arrive back, the carpet was soaked. A week later after the water was extracted and carpet cleaned, fans and dehumidifier running the carpet was still wet. I contacted the company, they said the carpet was already soaked, which tenants maintain there was a small area wet. The plumber(Dave, I believe was his name.) hung up on me, not professional and all. The owner Bob, said he didn't even know what a leach drain was. The carpet may have to now be replaced and they are not holding themselves accountable. I would never recommend this company to anyone. There was another repair that needed done and the plumber was to return to fix that problem however when tenants contacted him he hadn't even ordered the part, 3 days later.

This was a difficult job..for the plumber, not me. A supply hose to the Moen faucet had deteriorated and rather than wait to get the part I asked the plumber to just replace the faucet, While he was here anyway I had him replace the disposal which was due. A simple job turned into a time consuming one. This plumber handled it with professionalism. G & M has provided our plumbing needs for the last 15 years or so, they always come through!

It was great, they came in, did the job, and cleaned up after themselves.

Provider (I believe his name was Rob) was friendly, professional, and after fixing the drain, gave me several tips on how to prevent future clogs. He also was quite good at putting up with an over friendly dog of mine!

The plumbing company I usually use was unable to accommodate my request to have someone out to the house as quickly as possible, so I called G&M. I called them late in afternoon and they scheduled a service man to be out at my house first thing the next morning. Mike was extremely knowledgable about gas leaks and was very thorough in locating and fixing the leak. The price was very reasonable, given the length of time Mike was at the house. I was so happy with his service that I will use G&M as my default plumber in the future.

I called them to get a couple toilets installed. They were absolutely on the ball, they were efficient. They came out when they said they would come out. They did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves. They were patient and accommodating, they never complained about anything. I would highly recommend them.

The technician, Mike, came on time to install the sink, facet and garbage disposal. The facet that we selected did not fit without rubbing into the window sill. Mike gave us some recommendations on where to get another facet and the type that might work. As soon as we called that we had a new facet, he was out to do the install. After the install was completed we asked about repairing the toilet and replacing the facets to the washer. He did not have the parts to do the facets, but was out the first thing the next morning to complete that project. We had a plumber come out before to look at the facets and he discouraged us from fixing them because it required cutting a section of the drywall. Mike explained what needed to be done and did the job with minimum damage to the drywall. I would not hesitate to use G & M or Mike again.

I noticed a wet spot on the ceiling in our kitchen on Saturday morning. I called G & M Saturday morning and left a message on their voicemail as the leak appeared small and was not actively leaking. There is a toilet and a shower above the area where the wet spot was at and I was able to shut off the water to that area. G & M called me the first thing on Monday morning and Dave came out to the house about an hour later. Dave checked several possible areas that might have been leaking and did find where the bolts that connect the toilet tank to the bowl were slightly loose. The toilet did not actively leak unless you leaned back against the tank and then the tank moved just enough to cause a leak. We have had no problems with the toilet since and the area in the kitchen ceiling that was wet has dried up. I have used G & M several times in the past and have always been very satisfied with their work. They have always been very professional and take time to explain the problem and what they recommend to fix it.

Great job. Cleaned up nicely after work.
