Do not use this organization. I was told I have a three hour window, mine was 1130-230. They showed up at 405. I had to call the office to see why they did not make the appointment time, no one contacted me. When they showed up they said something about getting a tip before they touched any of the furniture. They literally threw the items into the truck. This was a very expensive Amish built, solid wood dinning room set, just tossed into the truck. It's funny how particular they are about what they will take when they just trash the stuff they get.

Showed up on time, removed furniture, left. Took about ten minutes to do but we had to wait a week after we called them to remove the bed.

They collect furniture that are in good working order for habitat for humanity, who built home for underprivileged people and then the furniture goes into those homes. It's really is a very helpful service when you're moving and in this way, you know it's going to go to a good use. They are very careful to load the furniture in and they have a carefully written receipt describing what I was donating. The only thing is you have to specifically say where the pieces and they encourage you to get it to the main floor or garage.
