Fritchle's Dumpster Service Inc

First time we called and schedule the dumpster, Karen brought it out the day before and did not charge extra. We also asked to keep it for a few days extra and that was not problem. The second time we called she brought the dumpster out that day. Our day to return the dumpster was July 4th and since they were closed that day, she allowed us to keep it no charge until the next work day.

I spoke with Kathryn on the phone and was quoted a fee of $195 for the rental of a dumpster for 3 days. I then advised her that I was a member of Angie's List and that her AL home page states to inquire about the AL discount. She immediately stated the $195 WAS with the discount -- funny, since she quoted me $195 before I ever breathed a word about being an AL member. Another member left a similar report about this bait-and-switch tactic.

Kathy is great to work with. She made it very easy for us, and worked with our fluid schedule. Would hire again!

Asked for the Angie's List discount as noted in the company details and the lady did not know what I was talking about. Went through all the details and was getting ready to pay. Tried to pay with Discover card. They advised they do not accept, which contradicts what is listed on their company detail page. They need to either update their page or get somebody who knows what they are doing. Price was competitive; got 3 bids, theirs was in the middle.

Kathryn was great. She explained the pricing and how it varied depending on what you put in the dumpster. She also warned me that if I went over a certain weight there would be extra fees involved. She even gave me two extra days for free, just because she needed to delivery it early. Dumpster was parked exactly where I asked and picked up when requested. Plan to use again!

Left two messages. Nobody called back. Called S & K Dumpsters and they were out in two hours with a 15 yard dumpster for $155 for 3 days.

I'd contracted with Kathy to provide a dumpster to so that I could clean a large amount of "junk" out. Unfortunately, due to the hail storms - some of her dumpsters were not returned and she was unable to deliver a dumpster to me when scheduled. That said, Kathy made arrangements for me with another company - coordinating the reservation and delivery of the dumpster. She even went the extra mile, coming to my house to review the arrangements when she was having trouble getting ahold of me via phone.

Service was excellent. Dumpster delivered and picked up on time. Telephone contact was informative and courteous. Dumpster was place where requested.

I ordered the dumpster only a few days before I wanted it (same week). Dumpster arrived on time. They don't have the very large roll-off type dumpsters. I had to order two, but it worked out great. The dumpsters will comfortably fit in a standard driveway (unlike the roll off kind). Very pleasant experience.

This is the 3rd time we have used Fritchle. Kathy is responsive and friendly, always returns phone calls promptly. Price seems competitive although I have been so happy with her that I did not compare prices this time.

Kathryn was very pleasant to work with. She bent over backwards to make sure we were satisfied with her services, even to the extent of giving us a couple of extra days at no charge to us.An unusal occurrence to be sure, but a very nice gesture on her part and much appreciated by us.The only thing was that there was some confusion about calling about pickup of the dumpster.Overall a very good experience.

The owner, Kathy, was very friendly and upfront about her services and prices. She was going out of town but fit me in to accommodate my immediate request. She was on time and even helped me with some of the more large and awkward items. Kathy was very appreciative of my business and I would recommend her to anyone wanting personalized, competitive pricing in a small business owner.

I cut up the pieces to fit like a puzzle in the dumpster & it all fit in. Great experience, would recommend highly.

Kathy Fitchle was here on time, was friendly on the phone and very helpful, and even arrived a bit early. She did everything she said she'd do. She needed to pick it up really early one morning and I was worried about the noise it would make for the neighbors, and the only noise we heard was the beeping of the truck backing up. Somehow she got the whole thing hitched and hooked up without any clanging. Just a really impressive company, I think everyone ought to use her.

Second time I've needed a dumpster and second time I've used this company! Kathryn made suggestions on what I needed. She called prior to arriving. She set the dumpster where requested. She explained the operation of the door and other equipment on the dumpster as well and basic filling of the dumpster. She picked the dumpster up right on time.

Kathy really took good care of me and was very professional in every sense of the word. She called me back promptly on 3 occasions, charged me a very reasonable price, placed the dumpster exactly where I needed it and allowed me to use it a few extra days with no problem. We completed our transactions on the phone and I didn't have to take time off of work to be at home for someone to come. That was a huge help to me. I will use this service once again in the summer when I clean out my garage! This was the first time I had ever rented a dumpster and it was a very good experience.

It was a pleasure to work with Kathryn Fritchle. She gave helpful advice on the phone, and delivered and picked up the dumpster exactly on time. She also gave some helpful hints about loading the dumpster. She takes care to secure the contents with a tarpaulin so that there is no chance of trash blowing out.

Kathy was pleasant and professional throughout the process. Scheduling, delivery, and removal of the dumpster were carried off in a timely and proficient fashion. I would certainly use Fritchle again.

The service was excellent. They delivered the dumpster on time and contacted me Monday morning to see if I needed the dumpster for an extra day since it had rained over the weekend. They picked up the dumpster on time and with no hassle. When delivering the dumpster they were careful to place wooden blocks down to protect our driveway. They also took extra time to answer questions and explain what was acceptable in the dumpster and how to load it to get the largest load. Excellent price, service, and communication. They will be getting all my future business for dumpster services.
