If you are on a budget the price is great, they charge by the hour. They did help us to set up the tables and chairs that were already there. We rented the reception hall long enough to decorate the reception area also. You are just renting a park hall, it is not real high quality . They have a concrete floor with a big fireplace and they have lots of nice windows. There is a whole park full of roses behind the place, it is awesome for a wedding. Roses are everywhere, you do not have to order any flowers they grow there. It is beautiful. The park district administrates it, they were good. They told me how to do it, I sent my money in. They opened the doors when it was time to for us to show up. It almost has a lodge type atmosphere that you can compare it to.
