This is our second time working with Fresh Touch and we could not be more pleased with the work. This time we had the exterior of the house painted. From beginning to end the service was first class. Very thorough at explaining our options and offered great suggestions. The entire house was power washed and painted in three days. They even took down the gutters and painted them to match the trim, front door and garage. Great attention to detail and great work once again. All this at a very reasonable price. Thanks!

We had several projects completed- our basement, bathroom cabinets, several rooms, and our staircase. We are extremely happy with our results! Fresh Touch Custom Painting did an AMAZING job on my house from start to finish! Brian M. came to give me an estimate (very reasonable). He is nice, knowledgeable, professional, and promptly responded to my emails. Next, I was to pick out "my" color gray! My sister said, "Just pick out a gray!" Obviously, she hasn't shopped for gray paint lately. There are 1000 different shades! I was down to the wire because I had to let FTP know what colors I would be using. In comes Gail (color consultant) to save the day! Gail came to my home with swatches and showed me several options. After we picked several potential colors, I went to Lowes and got samples to try on the wall to find my perfect shade. Rony and Felipe painted my entire upstairs (doors, trim, walls, ceiling, banister, closets). They covered EVERYTHING to protect my new floors and furniture. They did an outstanding job! They are both so pleasant and hardworking. When they say "to your satisfaction," FTP means it! I am thrilled with how everything turned out and I will be calling to get my cabinets painted next!

We had Fresh Touch paint our entire house, but ended up buying a new house a few months later. We were so happy with their work on our first home that we had them paint the new home as our first priority. Easy to work with, super responsive, and perform quality work.

I wish I had never hired them. I was disappointed in their work and lack of professionalism. Throughout the work process and when an issue popped up much later, brought to my attention by another contractor, communications were difficult and did not satisfactorily resolve the issues. When I continued to seek a resolution, I received legal threats from the company, preemptively trying to deter me from speaking out about my negative experience. I wonder how many other dissatisfied customers have been treated in the same way, and how this might skew their rating.

Very happy with end to end process, from Brian doing estimate, Renee scheduling, the power washing guy and finally Angel performing the work. Got concrete and deck power washed and sealed/re-stained. Fantastic job!

The painting of our newly constructed sunroom was a work of art! The filling of the nail holes, caulking of the bead board seams, and patching of trim work was meticulous and complete. Our sloping tongue and grove ceiling was also pertectly painted. Having a complimentary color consultation with Gail was much appreciated. Another positive with FTC is no no down payment is required. You pay when the project is completed to your satisfaction. We have used FTC in the past for painting our exterior cedar siding and they do have the expertise for both interior and exterior work.

We had three companies come out for an estimate and Fresh Touch stood out by providing a detailed explanation of services and a lower estimate than others. They moved quickly and did an excellent job. We are very happy with the outcome.

We used Fresh Touch Custom Painting to remove popcorn ceiling, paint 5 rooms (including trim, doors, & ceilings), power wash the outside of our house, and stain our back deck. We are extremely happy with the final product. We appreciate Brian and his team’s attention to detail, and wiliness to work with us/answer questions due to us having an older home which requires a bit more TLC due to plaster walls, and our paint color choices. We went with Fresh Touch Custom Paining because they offer an array of services when other companies told us we would have to contract out some aspects of what we wanted done, for example removing the popcorn ceiling. We will definitely we using Brian and his team at Fresh Touch Custom Painting for future painting and home updating needs.

Brian and his team at Fresh Touch Painting are great to work with. I have used them over the past two years for exterior house painting and some cedar boards that needed replacing. Very good service, excellent communications, very fair pricing, I would highly recommend them!

Cesar and the crew did a great job. We are very happy with the painting of our house. Not only were their painting skills great, they were very professional and friendly. We appreciate the time they spent masking everything and the cleanup after they were finished. Based on our experience, we will definitely recommend FTC Painting to others, which we already have.

We recently used Fresh Touch Custom Painting for both exterior and interior painting. We saw their sign in the yard of several homes in the neighborhood last year and decided to give them a try. I have to tell you, they completely exceeded our expectations!! We have really high expectations when it comes to painting and they just knocked it out of the park. I would highly recommend them for anyone who is looking to have painting done. Not only was their workmanship top notch, but their overall management of the project and the crew who performed the work all were great and the price was very reasonable.

They were AMAZING to work with!!! Would ABSOLUTELY contract with them for another paint job. Prefer not to list the amount of job, since each job is different. I will say that I've paid a comparable amount for a paint job in the past and the previous painters weren't anywhere CLOSE to the level of professionalism of Fresh Touch. Well worth whatever they charge for a job, in my opinion.

It started out as a quote for our foundation block and the wood trim. The price was quite reasonable, so I asked about refinishing and some small repairs on our deck, and the price was still great! So we went full and asked for EVERYTHING painted! It’s the best decision we ever made for the house! From quote to touch ups, this company is the one to go to! Crew was polite, thorough, clean, and hard working. Thanks for a great looking home!

Fresh Touch did a super job painting the stucco and siding on the Adoption Center of our house rabbit rescue. They planned carefully with us so our operations weren't disrupted, did the work exactly when they indicated they would, were very professional with a high attention to detail, and had a very reasonable price. The final product looks great! I highly recommend them for similar work.
