Just a poor experience all around
Description of Work: I made 2 attempts just to get a quote for some work as they had completed a similar prohect for my neighbor. I was told they would be out to perform the estimate and that it would be in my email within 3-4 days which was fine. Never arrived. I called to confirm email and still never received anything. Its unfortunate because they seemed to have done a good job and I wasn't even going to get a quote from any other companies.

This is an upsetting review. We called you a total of (3) times and left two messages with you. We never set the quote up so you would of not gotten an email from us. The first time we talked it was a Friday at the end of the day past work hours. I called you back despite being closed to let you know we got your message and we would be with you on Monday. We were going into the weekend and I wanted to make sure we connected prior. You called us to follow up and when we called you back we did not hear back from you after that. We value all customers business and you will not find a review that states we do not call back customers. We are in the business to support our company so not calling a customer who is interested in our services is not our practice. We will attempt to call back again today. If reading this response please reach out again as there might be an issue with contact information if you did not get our messages. This review does not reflect the values of our business and you will be called back within 24 hrs if calling during the work week. Hope to hear from you.

Would certainly recommend.
Description of Work: Did a great job on dry wall installation and clean up. Very happy with the service and have requested a quote for additional work. Only concern is we have yet to receive the invoice for the service and I have requested 4 times since completion.

Description of Work: FTC pressure washed and painted the exterior of our home (aluminum siding) as well as scraping and painting of the enclosed front porch which needed the extra TLC. They did amazing work! We've had so many compliments. What a change! Everyone we dealt with was great from estimate to scheduling to the actual work. I will certainly use them in the future and recommend them.

Description of Work: Fresh Touch Custom Painting (FTC) painted all of the trim and interior doors in my home and a pair of walls going up my staircase. All of the representatives were on time and delivered regular status updates and finished the job on time as planned. Jeff, the project manager even went above and beyond to come back after our walk through to assist with a small item I had noticed after the final sign off. This kind of customer service is rare today and much appreciated. I would definitely recommend and use FTC in the future.

Description of Work: We had all wood trim and baseboards in our new house painted white and the faux finish dining room needed sanded, prepped and painted. The house was vacant when we purchased, they rearranged their schedule to get in before we did, and did the main floor. Crew was excellent and very respectful. When they came back a few weeks later to do 2nd floor and basement, same thing. Work was great, crew was great.
