Awesome! Mark was so responsive and his employee so courteous and efficient. No mess was left and the shoe moldings matched perfectly and look great. Mark followed up with me via email and phone to relay information to me and each time he was professional, yet had that friend feel to him. I don't like it when people are too professional they are stuffy and stand-offish. Mark is good-people. I never actually had the pleasure of meeting Mark in person due to my work schedule, but I was very impressed with his communication style and his employee, and of course the work.

Mark came out to give an estimate. He showed up on time, was very professional and answered all questions as we walked around the house to determine what needed done. His price was very good. He said it would be done in a day and it was. His crew came out when they said they would. They were also very professional. They protected everything and did a great job. Their cleanup was great also. I would definitely use them again.

Mark communicated well from beginning. He understood what our needs were and offered suggestions for colors that would complement the house. His crew was excellent and a pleasure to work with. Overall, a very good experience.

Very smooth process. Excellent, efficient work from start to finish, friendly courteous crew & foreman. Mark listened to every detail of my needs during the estimation process. Provided professional input on materials and process requirements for every aspect of the job based on the substrate (wood, brick, cement siding, wood, etc). I contacted FP in mid September and got an estimate by email, and in fact we did all our followup communication by email, which was very convenient. Mark, the owner, approximated early October for the job, depending on weather. When the weather cleared, he emailed me to alert me when the power-washing would take place, and because the weather was good, he and the paint crew arrived the day after the power washing to do the paint job. The cost included the power wash, scraping, priming, caulking, and two coats of paint, and I got a 15% Angie's List discount (that is, it came to $570 after the discount.) The crew did a beautiful job. They were quick, professional, meticulous. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

Outstanding experience from start to completion. The owner, Mark Tabor, was great to deal with and provided a very timely free estimate himself. The estimate was very competitively priced. I was also very impressed with the detailed specifications of the project and the fact that they use all of their own employees (no subs). Within 7-10 days after I signed the contract, the house was very thoroughly power washed to prepare for painting. Within 2-3 business days after the washing, a 3 man crew came to paint the trim and wood on the exterior of the house. Mark was also there to introduce the crew and do a walk around with the foreman, John. The crew did a terrific job on painting the house, including caulking any gaps or cracks and anywhere wood came into contact with brick or around the front door (for example). They were meticulous in the way they approached their work, and the quality they provided. Much of the work was trim work, which involved removing and reinstalling downspouts and painting around small areas around soffit and facia, so it wasn't easy. Nevertheless, they did multiple coats of paint and were still able to finish the same day. Clean up was excellent. The next day Mark came back out to review the worksmanship and did a walk around with me to make certain of my satisfaction. It was only then after I told him I was quite satisfied that he told me that he would send an invoice for the project. I am very pleased with the job. The house looks beautiful. I would definitely use them again on other projects and highly recommend them.

Great customer service and follow up!

I received several estimates and chose Fresh Touch Painting. The owner Mark Tabor was very professional and upfront about the job at hand. My house is a split level all stucco. The stucco needed a lot of repairs done. He said if I found someone to do the stucco he would give an estimate for the painting. Several of the other companies est. were around 3700 to both the stucco repair and painting. Through Angie's List I found a stucco repair man who did the repairs for $725.00. Mark did the painting for $1300 for a total of $2000. I saved over $1700 by using Fresh Touch and finding a stucco man. The final price was within $30.00 of the estimate which included Angie's List 15% discount!!! I had the stucco work done in the middle of July, and Mark had the pressure washing done 3 weeks later. Mark came by a few days later to put some sample colors on the house that we had chosen. We didn't like the colors and asked if he bring by 2 more colors and he did. We liked the one of the colors and we were next on the schedule for Monday August 16th. Mark has a 2 man crew that are very professional and did a super job. We are extremely happy with the results. It looks terrific. All through this process Mark and I were staying in touch through email and phone. We got our Est. on 6/6/2010 and Mark knew we had to get the stucco repaired first but he never forgot about us and he kept in contact with all along. I can only say great job Mark and thank you so much!!!!

I contacted Fresh Touch in April, 2010 for an estimate. The owner was prompt in visiting my home and providing an estimate. I accepted the estimate and asked to be scheduled for the coming Summer months. For health reasons, it was necessary for me to request the job be rescheduled to a later date. The owner was agreeable to my request and asked that I contact him when I was ready for the work. I contacted him in August and immediately he put my job back on his schedule. He said he would contact me prior to the team's arrival, which he did. The team arrived as promised, worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job. The men were polite and careful with my property. When finished, the owner and I inspected the work. It was nice to work with a company that treated my property as if it was its own. I highly recommend this company and won't hesitate to call them again.

Mark was patient and helpful in helping us find a stain color that we liked and would work well on our cedar fence - which is a combination of old, very worn boards and newly replaced boards. He warned us that due to the differences in the ages of the wood, the final product may not look even - but the final outcome exceeded the expectations and looks great. The color is exactly what we were looking for (and never would have found on our own without Mark's help). The painters had to work around a lot of landscaping and were very careful not to damage plants. We have used this company for two different jobs this year and would definitely hire again.

It looks like a NEW garage door. It looked REALLY bad before, very rusted where panels met. The garage was peeling down to the bare wood and a lot of trim was splintered especially just above the garage door. I have no idea how they made that trim look so good without replacing the wood! We had some misunderstandings about the the pricing but we were able to resolve it very well. Wish all contractors were as ethical!

In a work the results were fantastic. The reason for the fine results is the time spent on the project. Refinishing a wood door and entry is very labor intensive and Fresh Touch Custom Painting did not take any short cuts. Not only was I exceeding pleased with the results, the professionalism and worker attitude was top notch. This is one of the best companies that I have ever hired.

Mark was very professional we walked through all of the work that needed to be done and why, he also kept me informed when he needed to delay due to rain. The house looks great and the Angie's List discount was the icing on the cake. I would hire Mark and his company again.

Great experience overall. Would highly reccomend to anyone. Estimate was below those of others off angies list. FTC first came out and pressure washed to get off all the old peeling paint. Spent the next two days on prep work--caulking and sealing everything, priming trouble spots. Then applied two coats, replaced boards, etc. Mark was on-site each day and I could do walk around to bring up any issues. When job was completed, had another walk around for additional issues. Staff was very professional and respectful, easy to work with through duration of the job. House looks amazing, like new again. All for a very reasonable price. Will probably use FTC for interior painting this winter.

He was punctual and very professional and thorough. He moved flower pots and chairs and put them back. It hasn't looked that great in a long time. We thought the price was very reasonable compared to other services. I would definitely use them again.He did a beautiful job.

They were great to work with! Our house is old and required a lot of pre-painting preparation. The job was tough and they prepped beyond our expectations. The finished result is beautiful! We will use them again to paint our new shutters. We would highly recommend them to everyone.

I got 4 estimates for the job and after Mark left I was hoping his was reasonable because he did such a thorough job looking at the house and pointing out various things and asking me how I wanted it handled. I was very impressed. His attention to detail and professionalism continued throughout the entire job. His painters did a great job and cleaned up every night before they left. Mark even worked around a garage sale we had already scheduled. Also, I had trouble picking the colors for the house so Mark gave me some suggestions and painted samples of what I picked before the project began.When the house was finished, Mark walked through the project with me to make sure I was totally satisfied and made any touch ups that were needed (almost none). I am delighted with the way the house looks and how the project was such a positive experience. I highly recommend Fresh Touch Custom Painting.

Dealing with Mark and crew was easy. Mark provided a detailed and professional quote and was always available via email and phone. They communicated well and often before and during the painting. They discussed and pointed out potential problem areas so that an acceptable solution was provided. They cleaned up very well after completion.

This company was actually working on painting my neighbor's house. We saw them and got an estimate from the owner. Even before providing an estimate, he gave us a handout listing his credentials, awards, references, and other helpful information. The cost estimate was lower than other companies, but there was no lack of quality. Our porch had been painted poorly in the past, but FTC Painting did a professional job. The work was done well and the painters took time on some of the detailed painting. The owner kept us apprised of delays due the storms in our area at the time and arrived as promised. The work was finished promptly with a walk through with the owner after the job was completed. I would highly recommend them to other neighbors and friends.

Mark Tabor was on time for the estimate. I explained that I just needed the labor, we had purchased the masonry paint on sale (same brand he uses). We needed done because we do not have the equipment, nor did I want my husband attempting do the job with rental equipment. Mark stated after the first coat the painter would check for any masonry cracks and seal. The chimney looked in good shape. He asked if we wanted the chimney power washed. I stressed the fact that our siding, roof, and gutters were all new. Mark left his company and insurance info. He e-mailed his estimate and was able to fit in our work on short notice. John, the painter, did a great job. I explained the need to be neat since we had new work on the house. John spent the entire day, he sealed some cracks found near the chimney opening after doing the first coat and was very neat. The chimney looks great. Both Mark and John were pleasant to work with.

We were very pleased with the time it took to finish the entire job. All the workers were very professional and they cleaned up every afternoon before they left. Was very pleased, had no complaints whatsoever. Would recommend this company to everyone. Our house looks wonderful.

Fresh Touch has been great from the beginning. Mark had the lowest prices on most of the quotes and on the ones he didn't have, he was able to meet the lower prices. I have been very happy with the quality of work the professionalism. They were always on time, worked around whatever we had going on and did a lot of "extras" that weren't included in the original quote. I plan on using Mark and Fresh Touch again for other office building painting and would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent experience. Mark treated us as though we will be lifelong customers and thanks to that, we will be. Communication throughout the process was wonderful - both through e-mail and phone. We were kept updated on the timeline for the project through out the whole process. The workers were all professional. The fence was powerwashed and even though there are beds of many plants surrounding all of the fence lines, there was absolutely NO significant damage to any of the plants. The same was true of the painting work - they were very careful with where they walked and put their ladders. We were impressed with the preparation they did with the old, wooden, peeling garage door. The final paint job looks great. Likewise, the work they did on the windows (circa 1940's) was great, especially given the poor condition they were in to start out with. They glazed all of the panes, prepared the wood and painted. They even cleaned the windows when they were done. They spent lots (13+ hours) of extra time cleaning up the paint edges to our satisfaction. Mark reviewed all of the work with us before we paid anything. We normally do all of our home projects ourselves and have done extensive renovations and painting. Their work met our high expectations. We already plan to hire them again to do some interior painting and possibly paint our fence.
