They were knowledgeable and weather-permitting, got the job finished right away. They were responsive and very professional, and also reasonably priced. I got my Angie's List discount and I would recommend them. I will consider using them again if I have the need.

It was great. They were on time, and worked very hard for 2 days to get the entire house finished. Mark kept us updated on when the workers would arrive and what they would be doing. The house looks great! I can't even tell where the woodpecker holes were on the front columns. The back porch is perfect with no paint on the screens at all. I am VERY happy with the job they did. I will definitely use them again when I need to have work done.

I am very picky about work done in my home. Mark Tabor of Fresh Touch Painting came highly recommended as being meticulous and responsive to the needs of the homeowner. They lived up to their reputation and even exceeded it! They treated the home as if it were their own. I stopped by at various intervals. The workers were always glad to talk to me and give me an update on the project. They were courteous and respectful. Their work was of outstanding quality. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a very professional and superior job done. If I ever need painting done again, they are the only ones I will call.

Fresh Touch Custom Painting were outstanding. They were prompt, professional, and knowledgable. Jeremy, who performed the work, did a fantastic job with the project. He had to return the next day to install a weather strip because the paint was still wet. I felt he went out of his way to make sure the paint was dry before he installed the weather strip. He even came early morning the next day before I left for work. I thought that was very courteous and kind of him. The clean up was great and the trim looks wonderful. I have no complaints and I would recommend their services to anyone.

The weather hindered our start date, but once it cleared up the house was painted in three days. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I definitely will use them again.

Everything went excellent. They did a number of different things for me. He was very punctual and followed up on everything he agreed to do. He had a good crew. They gave me a 15% discount for being an Angie's List member.

Overall, it went very well. Mark (the owner) was friendly and provided a competitive estimate. In total I got 3 bids for the work and I selected FTC Painting, even though they were not the least expensive. I worked from home for 2 days to monitor the progress/quality and to also answer any questions the crew may have had. The crew was friendly, courteous and hard working. I had new windows installed last year and the crew was very careful not to get paint on them. They were also careful not to stomp on bushes and flowers. Out of all the painters I've hired over the last 20 years, they have done the best overall job. Areas for improvement: The crew left a fence gate wide open one day and just left. If I had not checked before I let my dogs out, they would have ran off. A few drops of paint on my siding here and there, but they are not noticeable from the street. Some drips on the shutters, but again, not noticeable from the street.

All work was done as requested. The Fresh Touch team all did an excellent job with inspection and touch-up as needed. I can't think of how any paint contractor could do a better job. I would fully recommend Fresh Touch to any one. Thank you Angie's List for providing a listing of contractors. I did check and get estimates for other Angie's list members. None seemed real enthused to do the job (no passion) and were hesitant to quote on the full job. The Fresh Touch team was challenged by our awful spring weather but kept in contact with me to provide updates on when they could get to the work. The Fresh Touch team went to the max in protecting landscaping and windows in preparing for the job. They also "cleaned-up" after their day's work was completed. I would most certainly have these guys back again should we need painting.

I experienced excellent communication and feedback during the entire process. Mark provided very good response to several minor follow-up issues. they cleaned up the property, protected the landscaping, and even protected the road from potential marking from oil stains from the employees cars. Mark was very understanding and responsive to all my questions and requests. I would highly recommend their services.

Mark came out quickly to give an estimate and did an excellent job keeping us up to date with scheduling. The painters counldn't have been more professional. Mark came out again to inspect their work and even did some touch up work on the gutters. This company exceeded my expectations.

Mark was prompt with his estimate and provided itemized quotes as requested. I was unsure about color and he put me in contact with a "color specialist" at Sherwin Williams for a free consultation at my home. He met with me the day before work started to make sure we were on the same page. He was then able to make last minute adjustments to the quote to accommodate my additional concerns. He powerwashed the rest of our house not being painted (vinyl siding) for a very small charge. He added one small job for free and pro-rated other items. His price was very reasonable, flexible, and fair. He was also helpful in giving me ideas for other projects (porch floor, brick enhancement) and offered assistance in obtaining quality products from his vendors even if I decided to do the projects myself. He responded promptly to emails, and was readily available by email and by phone. His crew painted over the weekend while I was out of town and finished up on Monday while I was at work. Therefore I was unable to observe the crew while they were there, but no trash or other messes were left behind and the quality of work was great. Mark also does not request any downpayment. Full payment is due only once the job is completed to your satisfaction. I have used many different contractors for many different types of jobs, and Fresh Touch is the first contractor I have come across that doesn't require any sort of payment before the job is actually completed. This shows the high level of confidence he has in his final product and customer satisfaction, as well as a high level of trust between the himself and the customer. Overall wonderful experience and outstanding customer service!

Fresh Touch was easily the best estimate we received, in terms of price and thoroughness. After deciding to go with them, Mark was very accommodating in working around our schedule and some other home repairs we had going. They even power washed the house in advance of stucco repair performed by another company, and then were patient enough to wait for the stucco to cure before painting the house (5 weeks). Fresh Touch also put us in contact with a color consultant from Sherwin-Williams who helped tremendously. This service was free through Fresh Touch. Once work began, the crew was prompt and professional. The crew foreman was unbelievably nice and patient with us, and was very helpful when we had questions about what would look best. The work is flawless and it feels like we got an unbelievable bargain. I would never hesitate to use them again for any painting needs, and would recommend them to anyone in the area looking to paint their house.

Member Comments: The owner Mark, gave us an estimate early this year but we could not do the work because we had a leak in the roof .He was very patient until we fixed the leak by roofers, The exterior painting of trim and stucco work was done in August. Mark worked with us very well during the waiting period. Mark was open sincere and honest. Once the roofers fixed the leak, Mark gave us a date and they were punctual to start the work on the day and time. They came and power washed the stucco few days earlier.. John, Bryan,Jeff and Matt were polite, punctual, very respectful and worked as a team quietly and quickly. They caulked and sealed wherever needed. They completed the work on time, explained to us at every stage. Whenever we asked questions they explained patiently. They did not take any breaks except for lunch. The scraping and cleanup was excellent . We are very happy and perfectly satisfied with the work. The were very professional, courteous and did an excellent job. .When all said and done the house looked very beautiful.The estimated cost for the job was perfect and very reasonable compared to other coats.. The final cost compared to the original estimate was right on .We got more than our money’s worth. Mark and his team quoted the job in a timely fashion and the work was priced conservatively, done quickly and at a very high standard. I can see why FTC has a great reputation on Angie's List and why he has so many loyal customers.

The owner, Mark, estimated the job in July with our intention being to have the work done in August. Two painters, John & Matt, performed the work. They were both punctual a polite, working quietly but quickly. Overall, I was (as is obvious from the rating) quite happy with the service. There were two issues which I chose to cluster into the "Professionalism" category, although I don't know if they below there. The first is that I needed to do far more cleanup of paint chips then I would have preferred. I understand that scraping will inherently generate chips, but I did not expect to be able to find as many large chips as easily as I did. I bothered by this particularly because of the age of our house and the risks to young children (21 months and 4 years) posed by paint chips. After I few direct comments to the crew supervisor, John, and later to Mark, the cleanup was more thorough, but I still felt the need to look carefully around the house in the bushes and garden before I felt safe letting my children play freely. The second was about the way the windows were painted. Some people prefer that paint does not touch the glass. This gives a cleaner visual line. Others prefer that paint provide continual coverage from the wood to the glass. This provides better protection for the wood and glazing. I am in the latter category, and did not realize the former existed. The two painters were each taking their own approach. I was thrilled that, when I pointed this out to Mark, he immediately volunteered to have the painter I preferred return to redo the windows to my preference. I would hope that the painters on-site communicate better with each other, and with the client before such mistakes were made. I that being said, I reiterate that plenty of companies would not have been so responsive when the discrepancy was brought to light.

The painters arrived on time - Mark Tabor, the owner, came a bit later, introduced himself and did a walk around to see what was happening. These painters did not take breaks, only a lunch break. They started and stopped as expected. We were told the job would take 2 days, and it took 2 days. We are very impressed with the work and the quality, as well as the professionalism. Everything was power washed before starting a few days earlier. Caulking was done where needed, and the painting was so neat and great looking. If my husband & I had done it, it would have taken 2 weeks, not 2 days, and we would have had drips everywhere.

The work was done quickly and professionally. The crew worked well together and the on-site supervisor communicated with me about the progress of teh work. They returned to do some touch up and left me the unused paint. They cleaned up after the job.

He didn't require any down payment. At the conclusion, he came out and walked the job to make sure I was satisfied and then he collected the payment. They were very professional and did a really good job in spite of the weather being against him. They men were on time and exceedingly clean and pick up anything that was left over from the job. They completed it in two days. My daughter lives across the street and he did her house also and she was very happy.

All went well. His team showed when he said they would and they worked quickly. I had some doubts about a color I picked and Mark put some of it on the house and e-mailed a picture of it to me. Something had spilled and left a stain on the driveway and before I could even say anything about it, Mark called to point it out and told me he would take care of it. Then I saw some areas that needed touched up and Mark was on it the very next day!! He reeks of professionalism and takes pride in his company's performance!!

Mark gave me a great quote that happened to be the lowest quote that I got. But I hired him because I like the vibe that I got from him. He seemed the genuinely care about the details, and wanted to get it right. His crew was great. Brian was the lead, and we was great to talk to and discuss what I wanted done. He too seemed like he was a detail oriented guy who was going to make sure they got it done right. They arrived every morning very punctually, and got right to work. The job was done well. They painted brick, which had never before been painted, stucco, and trim -- basically every surface of the house that wasn't glass. It looks awesome. They painted what they were supposed to, and kept the paint off of everything else. Brian even did some impromptu stucco repair. Of course, only time will tell whether it was a quality paint job. But I am very happy with how it looks today. I would highly recommend Mark and Fresh Touch to anyone.

First of all, there was a very quick response from Mark Tabor late last fall when I asked for an initial estimate. Mark was very detailed about what would be done at every step and put it all in writing. It would be impossible to recommend this company more highly. The careful preparation (power washing, wood prep and repair, etc) was the best I have ever seen, very thorough. At the end of each day the foreman of the job, John, checked around the house to make sure things were okay before leaving. He himself did some wood repair to a badly rotted area of a window to the point I cannot tell that there was anything wrong, as well as replacing a small area of soffet that was badly in need of repair. The color match was perfect on both the house and shutters and was applied beautifully. I've walked around the house a couple times and I see nothing that could possibly have been better. I also feel that their price is extremely good for this much work. Not to mention the guys did it in heat up to 105 degrees.....and survived :) Very very fine experience with Mr. Tabor and the whole crew.

Mark arrived on time on the day of our appointment and listened to what we wanted to accomplish with the painting of our home. Mark inspected our home and stated that his crew could complete the job in about 2 days. We wanted a change in color and Mark was able to help us choose a color that we were excited about. Before leaving Mark asked for my e-mail address and said that he would send an estimate within the next day or two. I received an e-mail with an estimate the next day and agreed to the terms. Due to the amount of rain that we received in the spring Fresh Touch wasn't able to start for about a month after the contract was signed but that wasn't Mark's fault. He kept us up to date, via e-mail, about possible start dates. As the rainy season (early spring) subsided, Mark e-mailed us to let us know that the power washer was scheduled and they will be out to paint about a week later. True to his word, the power washer arrived on time on the day that he was scheduled. Mark e-mailed us to let us know when they would be out to paint. The evening before the scheduled day Mark called to reconfirm and asked if it was okay if they started at 7:30 AM. The next day Mark's crew of three arrived about 15 minutes before the scheduled time. They started working immediately. Mark arrived around 8 AM, dropped off some materials, spoke with me and the crew. Before leaving he told me to call if I had any questions. After about 3 hours another set of employees (3) arrived to help the first set. Everybody was very professional, nice and hardworking. The crew called it quits about 5 PM and they completed about 3/4 of the work. The crew again arrived on time (7:30 AM) on the following work day and managed to complete the remaining work in about 4 hours. Mark arrived sometime after 12 PM and we walked around to inspect the work. They removed the gutters to paint them and painted the trim behind them. They caulked before painting and I removed the door hardware to make it easier for the crew to paint the doors. Overall we were really impressed with the professionalism and punctuality of Mark and the crew of Fresh Touch Painting. Fresh Touch Painting will be our painters of choice for future painting projects.

We've worked with Mark several times in the past and won't ever look for anyone else to paint. He and his crew of painters are professional and do quality work at a reasonable price. Mark will take the extra effort to be sure the job is done right. Even though this was a small job, Mark stopped by the work site to make sure everything was going okay.
