They were on schedule and on time. They cleaned up after themselves. They were listed in Angie's List and they were listed in one of the write ups and I wanted to give them a try because they were a local business.

I thought they were very responsive and professional. I would certainly call them again.

The work was excellent. Where it was not, they responded positively to notes, came and fixed them. They knew their stuff and were willing to talk about it and why they did it the way they did. They treated my house like it was their house. Can't give better praise than that.

I thought the house look very clean and was overall very happy with the cleaning. I notice a few places had been missed but it wasn't large areas and my house looked years younger. They were very good about not stripping the pant off the deck while cleaning around it on the back of the house.

Overall went very well with my first Angie's list hire. I had checked out companies at a recent home show and then consulted Angie's list. Picked two to compare and chose FTC after meeting with the owner who stopped by at my convenience. Picked FTC based on the other reports and also available crew to do the work in a short time. Estimates were by email and revised once as I worked with associated color consultant on the colors and work needing to be done. Owner was good about responding by email to my questions about the process and scheduling. Crew was on time and very polite and professional. I let them in in the morning and went on to work. They were done mid-day the third day. Thye cleaned up at end of each day. Very nice, neat, professional work. I will not hesitate to call on them in the future or recommend them to friends.

The crews did a great job from the initial powerwashing to the work on the trim and siding. Thanks to the excellent craftsmanship, and to the Sherwin Williams color consultant they used, the two colors used have dramatically improved the street view of the house and garage.

The powerwashing was done well-I would have liked a call to let me know he was coming...but he was very courteous.The staining of the deck took a little longer due to the heat and the rain around the end of June and beginning of July. However, once they got here they did a great job, the deck looks great. Robert was the painter and he was very nice and explained clearly how long before we should walk on the deck and what to do if we absolutely had to be on it before it dried.The owner-Mark, was very good about updating me via email about the paint crew and when to expect them. He also came out after the deck was done and inspected it and followed up with and email (I was out of town when he came). I would use this company again.Thanks Mark and Robert.

Over the years we've used a number of painting firms. Fresh Touch is without question the best. They did everything they said they would... they were on time and on budget. The painting team was very professional and showed respect for our home. They took pride in what they were doing and the quality of the product. Every evening we walked the job and any questions we had they gladly answered. We never felt like we were bothering them... they were good guys. Mark, the owner, stopped by regularly. It was obvious the team respected him and he them. He returned calls and emails quickly. Once again, everything was very professional. If it was possible to give a grade higher than A, they would certainly get it. Do yourself a favor and include Fresh Touch as you research painting services. Highly recommend. The cew was always prompt and professional. Owner stopped by during the work and was in contact daily. Clearly take pride in their work. The caulked every seam or carpenter bee holes. They worked 3+ days in 95-100 degree weather without complaint. Our extensive landscaping presented challanges but they were very cautious and apologized when they could not avoid some of the plantings. Definetly an A+ job and company.

We contacted the company to get a quote on painting the exterior trim of the house along with refinishing our deck. We met with the owner of the company, Mark, who was very nice and answered all questions we had. He honored Angie's List discounts and explained everything that the painters would do. We discussed with him some concern about paint trim colors as our house had previously been a very dark brown trim that we were not fond of but were unsure if that was our only option. He put us in contact with a color coordinator from Sherwin Williams who came out and helped up pick out a new trim color and new front door color. This didn't cost us extra, it was something that was already a part of the service that Mark's company provides. After a few back and forths with email we were able to schedule a time for painting to be done. He had a guy come out and power wash the trim and then a few days later the painters came out to scrape and paint everything. They were able to complete the job in one day and did a really great job. We were really pleased to be able to get the house painted with such quick turnaround. A few days later Mark came out to inspect the job and we pointed out a few areas that needed touched up. The painters came the next day and touched up the areas we noticed. We paid for the service once the work was completed. They did a great job and were very professional.

This was a pleasant consumer experience throughout beginning with a timely estimate and a very reasonable price. A nice part of the process is that the price includes a design consultant who shows a wide assortment of color samples and helps with the choice for stucco and trim. The crew paints the chosen colors on a small area of the house so that the customer can be sure that the selection is indeed what s/he wants. Fresh Touch uses quality paint...for our house SW Superpaint, which gets a strong review at the Consumersearch website. I wasn't quite sure when the work would be performed since house painting is somewhat dependent on the weather. However, it seemed to me that Mark (the owner) got to our house in fairly short order. Once it was our turn, things happened rapidly. The crew was very thorough and expert. Robert, the crew leader, had a real eye for detail and made sure that everything was done properly. For example, the estimate called for 2 coats of paint on the stucco. Robert thought that one side of the house really needed a 3rd coat. So, an additional coat was applied at no charge for either the paint or the extra work. I requested a few changes from the original estimate which Mark accommodated easily and at a very fair price. He made a personal final inspection with me to insure that I was happy with the work. The house looks great. Better still, my wife is happy. This is the way one hopes all transactions will go: nice people, quality work, a good price.

We hired FTC Painting to do our home because of the great reviews on Angie's List and also because when Mark came out, I felt confident that they were who we'd want to paint for us. They painted a large pergola and also a picket fence. They also power washed and put a sealer on our deck. We were wanting to protect a lot of our perennials and landscaping plants that are really close to the picket fence and Mark assured us they would pay close attention to not damaging the plants. They did an incredible job! They also left our home looking fresh and beautiful with no evidence that they had been there. We didn't like the color the sealer on the deck turned out to be, but Mark is working with us to correct the color.There is not doubt we would use FTC Painting for our painting in the future.

In March 2012, FTC was one of the companies I contacted to paint my house. We had our house painted five years ago, but almost immediately, one side of the house began peeling. We had the painter come out several times, but it never stopped. We started to see peeling in other parts of the house, so we decided to get the house painted sooner than expected. So, we contacted FTC and arranged for an estimate. Mark Tabor came out, and I explained some of the issues we had with our last paint job. He explained what he recommended, and everything sounded good. Then when he sent the estimate, I was very pleasantly surprised at how reasonable it was. He also offered to increase their 2-year warranty to 3 years due to my concern about a repeat of the peeling issues. So, I contracted him to do the job. When Mark contacted me about starting the job, he first sent out someone to power wash the house, especially the side that had been peeling badly. Then the painters came out and painted the entire house in two days, paying a lot of attention to the bad side. They sanded the bad spots and put primer on before painting. When they finished, the painters did a good job cleaning up after themselves. And the house looked great! I am very happy with the job that was done. A couple of negative items . . . While we were home, we noticed it appeared the water from an outside hose was continuously running. When I went out to check, someone had left the hose running into the lawn. It had been going on at least an hour. Also, one of our outside lights was taken down so the area behind it could be painted. However, it was not properly put back in place. Days later, when a door next to the light was closed, the light fell down.

Mark and his crew are absolutely top notch. Professional, good at what they do, in constant contact, want you to have a good experience and lastly our house looks fantastic. Their prep work was quick and thorough...even coming back to redo some things...I could write a paragraph on everything but let me tell you, its a great experience and fantastic outcome at a great price.

We were really pleased with the job Fresh Touch Painting did on our house. Mark stayed in touch and we never felt out of the loop. The crew was very courteous and easy to have around the house for several days. They took the time to do the job right and didn't rush through it just to get it done. They cleaned up at the end of every day even though they would be back the next morning. Everyone loves the way our house looks now. Can't recommend this company highly enough.

There was a little mix up in communication on who was to make first contact after I purchased the Big Deal, but after that everything went great. Mark was able to schedule me in on a day that was convenient for both of us. The house looks fantastic!

There was a slight delay in arrival - they called to alert us to this, and it actually worked in our favor as we were also running late. Once there, they got right down to business. I particularly appreciated their moving the furniture away from the walls, as we have a very heavy headboard. I asked for an estimate of how long they would take to complete the work, as I had some errands to run, and the estimate was dead on. I was able to run my errands and got back just as they finished. They also returned the furniture to its original positions, having done the work so that the paint was dry on the surface before things went back. (I am going on about the furniture moving because, on previous occasions, I had to move the furniture.) This was done using a big deal for one room of painting (I bought the paint).

We had our exterior painted 5 years ago, and while it looked great at first, it began to peel and look shabby after just 3 years. We let it go for some time but finally it looked so bad, we needed to get the painting done. We called three different companies for estimates. We chose FTC Painting because Mark was so prompt and professional in coming out to the house to assess for a quote, and his quote was very reasonable for the amount of work to be done- we have all wood, true divided light windows, so there was a lot of intricate trim to be painted as well as soffits, dormers, door frames, etc. Mark was prompt in getting an estimate to us and we had a lot of questions, which he patiently answered. We signed on with him, and he was hopeful that the job would be complete by around the third week of May. Because of inclement weather and also because the job before ours was quite large, Mark was about a week later than we'd hoped, but the circumstances were beyond his control and we recognized that. His crew showed up around 8:00 each day and worked until around 5:00. His foreman and right-hand man have been with him for many years, and the crew included at least 2 other young men. All work hardworking, meticulous and courteous. The prep work took a fair amount of time, but was needed because the previous painters had done such a poor job. The house was powerwashed and hand scraped, holes and cracks were caulked well, etc. They even trimmed (actually pruned) a couple of trees (with our permission) by our front porch so they could sand and paint the iron railings and windows. Each day, the workers shop-vac'd all the work area to remove any old paint/debris from around the house. I really appreciated that Mark and his crew focus on one house at a time. Although our painting was delayed a bit, once they started, the same crew/workers stayed on our job till it was complete- none of this "come one day, not the next, again the third day for a couple of hours" business while juggling multiple jobs. No money was paid until the job was done to our satisfaction. I highly recommend FTC Painting.

I hired Mark and his company Fresh Touch Painting to paint the exterior of my house. I had also bid this job to 4 other Angie's list top rated painters. Mark was very prompt in returning my request for a bid. he came out and explained the process and all the options. His price was fair compared with the other bids that i received so i decided to go with Mark based on the service i had received so far. I was not disappointed. When our house came up on the schedule, Mark came out to the house and painted some test swatches for my wife to review. After we picked the color his guys came out and completed the job in about 4-5 days. I am very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend mark and Fresh Touch Painting.

Mark Tabor the owner of Fresh Touch Custom Painting was quick to respond to the message I left, and promptly scheduled my house to be pressure washed. The gentleman he sent over to do the work named Greg did an excellent job and left no mess of any kind. My house's exterior is spotless and my back deck cleaned and ready for staining.I will definitely do business with Fresh Touch Custom Painting in the future!

Overall I received 3 valid bids for this work. I was impressed by Mark Tabor, and the comments I read on his company's work here on Angie's List. Mark stopped by and evaluated the work, and emailed me a statement of work and contract the next day. After discussing it with Mark, we revised the statement slightly and tentatively set the work for the first week of May. Mark remained in contact with me during the 3 weeks before the work was done. On the scheduled day, his painter arrived promptly, we checked paint samples, and agreed on a color. He returned with the paint and proceeded to hand paint and roll the aluminum panels, rails and posts for the porch. He did the same for the screen door on the porch, the two other storm doors, and the glass and screen inserts for the doors. He applied two coats that day. He was very polite and cooperative and did an excellent job. The porch had been installed about 28 years ago, and now it looks as good as new! My neighbor also scheduled work with Mark, having the trim on his brick house painted.

Overall, we are more than pleased with the finished project. The house looks amazing! Our siding hadn't been painted in decades and we thought we would have to replace it - so it was great to know that a new paint job could make such a difference. We chose Fresh Touch Custom Painting after getting a total of five quotes. All of our quotes came from A rated Angie's List companies and the prices ranged from $4800.00 on down. We went with our lowest quote which was Fresh Touch. Mark came out to give us the quote in March. He was very friendly, down to earth and professional. We decided to go with him and were put on the waiting list. Once the weather warmed up, we had a free color consultation to decide the colors and the painting began about a week or so later. The painters started on Thursday with a full crew. Friday one painter was here doing some trim painting and Saturday about six painters came to finish up the job. Monday 5/21 the touch ups were completed. The crew was very friendly and hard working. Aside from a little paint spray on a potted plant everything went great. We weren't going to have the garage door painted since we are having it replaced, but Mark said he wanted everything looking perfect so he threw that in as a bonus!! Next time we have a painting project we are calling Fresh Touch Custom Painting right off the bat.

The service provided was impressive at every level. Mark's estimate was very reasonable, and Brian and the rest of the crew arrived as scheduled and completed the work in a timely and professional fashion. The paint colors matched exactly what I had chosen with another brand of paint. Brian was very easy to work with and made sure I was happy with every aspect of the work. He supervised the other painters extremely well and with courtesy. I would definitely use this company again.

Most of the prep for this work had been done on a previous job. Brian did an excellent job again and was a pleasure to work with.
