Fresh Touch Custom Painting did an outstanding job. We had several wood cedar boards replaced and our entire house exterior repainted. Their prep work and attention to detail were wonderful. The foreman was very communicative and let us know what they were doing, followed the estimate and ensured we were satisfied. The house looks amazing. Highly recommend!

Wonderful! I was able to get a quote and do a contract all via email. Received a call letting me know when the washing would take place. Eli was so friendly and respectful of trying to keep his distance due to the pandemic. The whole job took about an hour. The house now looks amazing again. Would definitely use again.

Request for a quote was quick and thorough. The quote was very reasonable in comparison to other quotes received. Interior repairs and painting was done first and the job was very well done. The painters were respectful and efficient. The exterior house and sheds were done next and they did a great job with a lot of attention to detail. Again, the painters were respectful and efficient. They replaced some rotten wood without me asking. The sales person was quick to respond to any questions. I don't normally write many reviews but because of the great job they did from front to back I had to leave a review. I would highly recommend this company for your next painting job!!

Can't say enough good things about hiring Fresh Touch for our project. The main things you want when hiring a pro were done very well. - Communication - When reaching out to get an estimate, they asked what time and day worked best for me then made it happen. In the day of the estimate, Zach called an hour before our scheduled time to confirm our appointment and also offered to come right away if I preferred, which worked perfectly for me (it was late afternoon). The estimate was sent to me first thing the next morning and was very reasonable, so we added some extra small services and agreed to have the work done - Zach told me that Mark would contact me to schedule. Mark reached out to me the following business day to schedule (we needed it done soon) and he fit us in one week from that day - amazing. While we waited I sent the paint colors over to Zach. He called the morning of the work start to tell me he was getting the paint and wanted to confirm the colors and sheen. During the work, we were kept well informed on the progress and timing - communication throughout the process couldn't have been better - Prompt/Timely - The estimate and scheduling were done very quickly and we were told 2 days for the work to be completed. The workers were on time each day (to the exact minute) and were neat and polite, even covering furniture in a nearby room to stave off work dust. The work was done in the time estimated. - Quality - Time and care were taken to do the paint right, and we're beyond thrilled with the transformation. Overall, the experience was infinitely more pleasant than we had expected. We had never hired someone to paint before, and you hear horror stories, but this was a job we weren't ready to do ourselves. Happily, I don't have a single negative to say. We're glad we went with Fresh Touch Custom Painting and will definitely hire them again!

Fresh Touch Custom Painting has completed another wonderful painting project in our home. Their painters are very professional. They start early in the morning and get the work done when promised. I’m not sure they ever take a break during the day. Very polite and hard working individuals. We’ve used Fresh Touch for interior and exterior work for years. We wouldn’t consider any other company.

Great job. They pressure washed everything, replaced all the rotten and cracked cedar planks, filled in knots and holes. Did a great job preparing & staining the entire exterior of our house and back deck. Very professional, good communication - on time and impeccable work. Also, cleaned up at the end of every work day.

We are very pleased with the results – flawless repairs, full paint coverage with clean lines, and excellent prep and clean-up. The workers were professional, polite, and timely. We will enlist Fresh Touch Custom Painting again for future projects and happily recommend their services.

We had Fresh Touch first give us a quote for exterior painting. Our 100 year old house and garage has shake shingles. The matched the color perfectly and painted the shingles, trim, and stucco. It looks fantastic, and their price was significantly lower than several other estimates. We had Brian come back later and give us a quote for the interior of the house. Again, they did a fantastic job, especially in the kitchen area, where they had to cover a dark paint with white trim. There was a problem with one of the bedroom ceilings and the paint peeling- turns out it was due to a shoddy previous repair job. Brian fixed the ceiling for only an additional $60- quite a deal for the repair that had to be done. These guys are the best- thanks to Mark and Brian.

My expectations were greatly exceeded. My deck was ruined by applying the "Olympic Rescue It" product. It required removal by stripping and hand sanding the entire horizontal surface. A large number of the boards were rotted due to this product and required replacement. FTC painting was upfront about costs and very fair about pricing for the additional hidden damage. They basically rebuilt my deck, and then applied a quality clear stain that gave me my beautiful natural cedar back. First class communications and follow through. Great attention to detail, craftsmanship and spotless clean up!

These guys are the BEST! This is the second time I hired them to do some exterior painting (see review from 7/27/2018). That time they did exterior walls and trim, and did a perfect job, this time they painted my metal roof, and again, I could not be happier. There probably isn't a lot of demand for painting metal roofs out there, but if you have the need, these are the guys to call. They met with me in March and we planned the job, and they confirmed with their Sherwin Williams rep that they were using the best paint for my conditions. The roof hadn't been painted in nine years, so there was lots of flaking and a few rusted spots, but they were very careful to remove all loose paint and prime with a separate Sherwin Williams primer where necessary. The original plan was to use brush and roller on the hard-to-reach areas and edges, and spray and roller on the larger open surfaces. But it was so hot when the job started that the paint they applied with the sprayer was drying before they got a chance to roll it, so they ended up doing the entire job by brush and roller, which was more labor intensive, but they stuck to the original estimate. They applied two coats meticulously and methodically, thick and evenly, and it looks fabulous! And here's something interesting - before they painted, when a heavy rain fell, it sounded like the house was collapsing because of all the rain pounding on the metal roof. But now in a heavy storm, we barely hear anything - it's like someone laid a heavy blanket up there! Even though my roof takes a lot of direct sun, I am confident the job they did was as good a job as could possibly be done, so when it finally does begin to fade, it will be Nature's fault, not theirs!! Hire them!!

This is the third time I have used this company. They are excellent! The painting job was completed very timely and the quality was excellent. The company provided really good communication throughout the project.
