Excellent. Ismael arrived at the scheduled time which was 8am. He got right to work and finished in about 4 1/2 hours. He took his time and it showed. lines were crisp walls looked great.

I will continue to Fresh Touch whenever I have a painting job. They were able to get the job done quickly and were responsive throughout the whole process. They continued to make sure that I was satisfied with their progress. As impressive they were very reasonable compared to other quotes I received and it was well worth the money.

Great! I called Mark & it took a few weeks for him to have room in the schedule to book us. (That's a good sign, right?) :) All I had to do was pick out the paint color. They were more than happy to accommodate my request to use VOC free paint. They went and got the paint and worked quietly in the room. I can't say enough about the work they did. I had always done painting myself and there is really no comparison. The lines are clean and crisp. Well worth the price.

I communicated with the vendor for the work to be done. At this time I am not able to do the per work for the big deal.

Called Mark to schedule time to look at the rooms and provide a quote. He showed up on time as promised and provided some options for when they could come and perform the work. I had some additional things such as painting bands that I was hoping to get done which I asked Mark about. He was honest and upfront about what they could do and mentioned that what I was asking for would be beyond their scope of expertise. I liked the fact that he didn't take on the task rather than leading me on and then doing a shoddy job with it. The two guys he sent were extremely professional, and courteous - they called ahead when they were on the way, and completed the task in a reasonable amount of time. They moved things back to where they needed to be after they got done with the work. Email and phone calls to Mark were returned in a timely manner. The rooms they painted look fantastic! Would have no issues using them again for any future projects!

Mark came out to see what we needed. We scheduled the painters for later that week and John and Ronnie showed up on time and get to work immediately. They did a fantastic job of painting our master bedroom and master bath. We wish we had purchased more big deals.

This is the second time I now used Mark Tabor. He just came today to take a look at the place and noticed some of the paint was not up to his extremely high standards, and once again is bringing his guys back to make sure that the job was done perfectly. I am so glad that I found him to paint my home. You just don't find people like this who really care about their work and want to make the customer happy. He is extremely honest and trustworthy, and I would refer him to any of my friends for future paint jobs.

Mark and his crew are absolutely fabulous. I read all of the reviews here on Angie's list, and had to call Mark to make sure he could come do my exterior trim. He fit me in on a short deadline getting towards the end of the year, and was able to get it done. The outside of the house looks beautiful and Mark is an absolute perfectionist. He even came back and noticed some of the work was not up to his standards so he brought his guys back to do re-touchups where needed. Thanks Mark can't wait to have you paint the interior of the house as well. He is extremely reasonably priced and I can't thank him enough.

Mark the owner was very responsive and communicated with me by email because we were out of town. The job took longer than expected because the repair to plaster walls and ceilings took a long time to dry. They wanted to make sure everything was dry before painting. Because of the attention to detail, the walls and ceiling look like new. The lines are neat and clean. When the workers overlooked painting a built in dresser, Mark had it painted right away. I highly recommend this company.

From the estimate to getting the job done, this company was professional and courteous. Even though there was a conflict in the schedule, they performed a fabulous job and made up for the delay even though I was going to be home all day anyway. I highly, highly recommend Fresh Touch Custom Painting! They will get my next order for service!

My experience with Mark from beginning to end was outstanding. He was responsive and returned my initial phone call to schedule service immediately. He willingly arranged his schedule to be certain my painting would be completed to accommodate my date request. In addition, he added an extra painter to complete an extra room that I added at the last minute! The rooms were painted meticulously and there was no evidence of any mess when they left. I will hire Mark and his team for any future painting needs and highly recommend him to others.

Unfortunately I wasn't home from my trip and I received a call about what this might do because of the age my house. I wish I would've been home and they did offer to reschedule but I didn't.

If you are saying to yourself, "Wow that's alot of work for the money," you are echoing our thoughts! But, it gets even better than the price!! The quality of their work and the service provided is OFF the CHARTS! The owner, Mark Tabor, should have customer service as his middle name. He arrived to give an estimate within 24 hours of our request, provided the initial estimate timely, set it up for us to work with a color consultant to select the right paint colors, showed up with his crew on the first day of work to introduce us to his staff and walk though the work order with us and his foreman, and came back at the end of the job to review their work himself and to ensure that we had no concerns. We paid NOTHING until the work was completed, and we were 100% satisfied. His staff showed up promptly at 7:00-7:30 a.m. and stayed every evening until 6:00-7:00 p.m. They were meticulous about their work, cleaned up everything every day they worked, and were responsive to all questions or requests. Great workers! They were always courteous, friendly, and willing to do whatever it took to please us. No doubt they were trained that customer service and quality work were foremost at FreshTouch! We added the painting of the interior of the garage as an afterthought, and Mark and his crew adjusted their schedules and our work order to accommodate our request. Again, customer service, customer service, customer service! We can't say enough good things about every aspect of this company's work and the caliber of all the people who perform the services.

Impressed with punctuality and honesty of this company. They told me my fence is not quite ready to be washed and coated. They told me when it should be ready (spring 2013). The quote seemed fair compared to other companies. I plan to call them next spring for their services.

It was excellent. They were always on time, and would call about 15 minutes before they would arrive. They were just wonderful. I noticed them in the Angie's List magazine, so I decided to look into them - the article on them was great. He seemed to have the best price in the area, too.

It went very well. They arrived at 8:30am and started working right away. They weren't informed it was a 2 story foyer and did not bring an extention ladder so one of the painters started trimming while the other went to get an extention ladder. Since that took about an hour, they stayed an hour past the original stop time to make up for the delay. Once the ladder was here things went very fast since most of the trimming was done. They did a great paint job and were very professional and cleaned up well after themselves. They were a great team and worked well together.

We could not have been more pleased with the quality of work, the attention to detail and dedication to making sure the job was done right that Mark and his crew provided. From the initial walk-through and quote (very competitive pricing and guaranteed not to change) to the complimentary consultation with their design expert, to the three days of actual work they did, each step of the process was handled professionally and with a commitment to service. The fact that Mark utilized his own crew for all aspects of the job and not subcontractors, was appealing. Robert, the Crew Chief we worked with on the project, was outstanding! We strongly recommend Fresh Touch Custom Painting without hesitation.

Very well. Mark came out to view the rooms to be painted. The work was set up on a convenient date, and was done by 2 painters in about 4 hours. The lead painter was not only technically very good but also demonstrated great customer service skills. The areas painted were done very well. I have other interior painting to be done and Fresh Touch will be the first company I will contact for a bid.

Mark was prompt and courteous and was concerned about the details. He had his color consultant Jamie come to the house to help us pick colors and stains that would be complementary. We didn't want to change the color, as much as we wanted to re-do and refresh the look. She took the time to make sure we felt comfortable with the colors we selected, and we trusted her opinion. The work crew was polite, professional and courteous. The upgrade took our home's exterior from shabby to chic!

Fresh Touch Custom Painting has now painted the exterior of our home and this 2nd time, painted the interior great room and foyer and back hall area. The most professional of contractors we have had in our home. As I've said above, I'll never use another painting company but Fresh Touch. Fairly priced, professional manner, always keep the area clean while working and after working - reliable. They've done a great job both times.

Fresh Touch did a outstanding job power washing our home and painting the trim and shutters; they're work was truly fantastic :)
