They were very responsive in scheduling the appointment. They came to my home while I was at work on Monday as scheduled – he provided Friday and Monday. On Friday, he did keep me informed that he wouldn’t be able to do the work that day and arrived on Monday as scheduled. The work was done very well. The house is clean and that is what’s important.

Called and said he would be out on 5/6/2013 to do a proposal and never showed. Please see note above.

I had a bedroom painted that was previously painted with stripes. I did the sanding and painted the first coat with a heavy-duty primer to cover the stripe effect. The 2 finish coats were done by the gentleman from Fresh Touch. He worked alone and did a very nice job. He even helped me decide on which walls to paint the accent color. I was happy with the result.

The painters did a fantastic job through-out the house. The painters were polite and did a professional job all the way. The job was neat, no drips down the walls and they cleaned up after themselves each day They were on time each day and they answered my questions and concerns. The three man crew worked well together. They covered the floors and furniture with plastic and did alot of prep work before painting. I really have no complainsts. I would hire them again if I have the need. The cabinets came out better than I had expected. The price was right too. Thanks, guys

Really good crew that came out; meticulous attention to detail. A number of areas needed a fair amount of prep work to patch drywall holes, taped, etc. I was particularly impressed with how they even put a small bead of caulk on the tape to ensure that paint didn't bleed through onto the baseboards. Overall a fantastic result from the team and my wife and i are thrilled with the result!

The power wash with the BIG DEAL needed to be done when the weather was warm enough to allow the work to done effectively. I was updated regularly concerning potential dates and why it was necessary to wait for the warmer weather.

House looks great. Mark did an exceptional job with communication as when I booked, it was still winter. He called to let me know it would be the first week of April before they could do the work because of weather. As promised, he phoned again that first week to schedule the appointment.

Will definately use this company again and I highly recommend them. The owner called me a few days ahead and said they would be my area, would it be OK if they did the job on that Friday. He also said it would be in the afternoon before they could make it to my house. So around 2 PM he arrived, explained everything he was going to do and assured me the north side of my house (which was the worst) would look great and it does. He was not in a rush, took his time. There are no don'ts from this customer.

Everything went smoothly, from arrival, to prep, to execution. Crew was professional and worked in a timely fashion.

I was just thrilled with them. He was prompt and did the work right the first time. He cleaned up after himself and they were very professional. I have used them twice.

Quoting: Mark was on time for appointment and it took him about 15mins to review rooms. Next day I had detailed quote with competitive price. We discussed how long it would take to do job so I could appropriately plan time off work. Mark estimated 3 days with 3 guys but would provide more people if needed. Painting: As we agreed painters showed up. Mark stopped by every day to check on progress. Day one painters realized that walls were not in great shape and that they would loose a lot of time on prep work. Project lead was in touch with Mark but second day again only 3 guys showed up. I felt a pressure on them a some small things would get missed (example : window handles were not removed so some paint ended up on plastic handles). Third day additional 3 guys showed up to finish job as originally promised (3 days). I felt that some guys did not take ownership if project as original crew. Even if they were experienced they made rookie mistakes (were fixed later). Job was done at 930PM third day but they did not have time to clean as they would normally do. Few days later Mark followed up and came to check how everything is looking. Mistakes we fixed but one more time they were pressured by time due to our appointment (they were advised about). Overall: we are satisfied with work but few suggestions for other members: make sure they use plenty of plastic to cover your furniture (we ended up with a lot of dust on clothes and items that were "covered") and make sure that you don't have time limit which would create less pressure on crew and allow them to do better job

The painters were prompt, polite, and very meticulous. They cleaned up everything very well after the job. They did a great job, and the owner was very nice about accomodating a date and time that I needed to work around my schedule.

After I bought a full house exterior pressure washing Big Deal, I called Mark, who was listed as the contact to schedule the service. Mark told me that due to the weather he would recommend we wait a few weeks to have the work done. The week he had mentioned the service would be performed proved to be a wintery mess. He called and suggested postponing the service until the weather cooperates. I was agreeable to his suggestion and so he said Greg, who will be doing the job, will call me in Mid-April.

Mark called about four days after I called about the special. He informed me that we were the eighth caller and that we would receive a call later that week with a date for service. We received the call, setup the time the next Monday. That day was raining off and on, I did not think they would come out in that situation but the rain stopped, they came out and power washed the outside of the house. The process did not take a hour and looks great.

Overall great experience. After purchasing daily deal from Angies List I was contacted by the company. The home to be cleaned was an un occupied rental property. Company representative took information from me, went to the property, completed the work, and then checked back to verify satisfaction. Very well done professional transaction from beginning to end. A job well done.

I have used FTC in the past and emailed Mark to get an estimate. He emailed me back immediately and I scheduled the work for that week. The painter was quick, did a great job, and cleaned up after he was finished. Mark answered all of my questions quickly and checked up on the work after it was completed. The mantle looks great and I will be using FTC for all of my future painting needs.

This is the best exerience Ive had with ANY company Ive hired from Angie's list. When the owner of the company initially came out, he told me he is a perfectionist with his work and the work of his employees--and this is 110% true! I cannot say enough good things about the entire experiene. Mark, the owner, is quick to respond to calls and email inquiries and he also stopped by to inspect the work in progress and see how things were going. Brian on his crew who did all the painting was excellent. Always on time, very professional, polite, worked extremely clean (brought a vacuum with him to clean up from sanding/didnt leave any mess at all, wore shoe coverings in the house,etc) and answered the questions I had for him about the paint/process. Prior to his work, there were a few pretty good size dings in the wainscoting-I didnt expect them to be fillable. Brian filled and sanded them-it looks amazing and you cant tell they were ever there. All the lines are perfect-spot on perfect which can be difficult when working with a red wall and white trim. He went above and beyond-there was paint on the wood of my stairs which is visible from that room from the previous painter. Brian had a solution with him was able to quickly remove it and it looks good as new! Again, I cant say enough great things about this company/experience and the wonderful job they did. I will be calling FTC Painting for all my future painting projects. Thank you Mark and Brian for such a wonderful experience!!

I purchased the big deal for a whole house pressure wash. I was on a tight deadline as we were moving out of state and wanted the house washed prior to listing it on the market and showing. Mark was super professional. Because the weather conditions were too cold or rainy, my appointment kept getting pushed back. But Mark assured me it would be done in time and not to worry. He keep me in the loop and eased my frustrations, and made sure I got my house done in time for my move. Thank you, Mark! The house looks fantastic!
