Provider had excellent communication through a difficult weather time. Once the storms had cleared, the service was performed, and exceed my expectations.

Painter arrived promptly. He asked appropriate questions, and was responsive to my questions. Our study has many windows , crown moldings on the ceiling, and built in bookshelves, so it requires alot of taping/prep work. The painter did an excellent job both with that and the actual painting of walls. He was very neat, and tidied up after his work-much appreciated and not always a given these days! Definitely would recommend and would use again.

Mark and his team were great! We had a fairly tight time frame of completion with an upcoming graduation party and also were trying to coordinate the timing of the project with new windows that were being installed. I was able to easily make an appointment, they showed up on time, did the work without any issues and followed up with a phone call before I got home from work. They commented on a few items about the work they did and when I got home, my house looked great!

I contacted Fresh Touch Custom Painting because we were interested in having the exterior of our home power washed because the stucco had become discolored in some areas. They came out on a day it was scheduled to rain, and despite the weather managed to get everything done. Fresh Touch did an excellent job, the stucco is refreshed and our home looks great!

We called Mark for a quote because Fresh Touch did such a good job last time painting our house. We were able to give Mark the measurements along with a couple of photos of the deck. Fresh Touch sent us a reasonable quote, and arrived shortly after we agreed to move forward. After the pressure-washing, Jeff then came out and completed the job efficiently and quickly. The quality of his work was outstanding. From start to finish, it was pretty painless.

I bought the $195 Big Deal from Angie's List for pressure washing the entire house. My house is about 14 years old and had never been pressure-washed before, so you can imagine how dirty it was. A lot of the sidings even got yucky green stuffs. This company is very professional, contacted me right away after I purchased the deal. The guy came on time and did an awesome job. He even pressure washed my walkway and my kids' Little Tikes basketball hoop and a toy truck with no additional charge. Little things like this that make customers happy! I'm extremely happy with the result and will definitely call them again in the future.

Team of painters arrived on time, did a fine job, and cleaned up. Completed work in 1 day. The cost of the job included Angie's List 15% discount.

This was the second job that we'd hired Fresh Touch to perform. for us. We previously had a positive experience with them painting a bedroom. Just as he'd done on the previous job, the owner, Mark came out to meet with us to go over the proposed work and then he promptly got us a very reasonable quote. We gave him the work. I really liked the fact that Mark set up the job so that we had the same job site foreman as on the previous work they'd done for us. The foreman, Brian, was once again absolutely fantastic to work with. He and his crew were very conscientious, and they did great work. When Mark called me after the job was completed to make sure we were happy with the work, I told him that I hoped he was paying Brian enough to keep him around. We will most definitely be getting future quotes from Mark.

We needed my daughter's bedroom painted and only had a very short window during which to do the work because we had a new baby coming and were finishig up a remodeling project. I got quotes from four different painting companies that all had excellent Angie's List reviews and multiple "pages of happiness" nominations. The owner, Mark Tabor, came out himself to meet with me and promptly sent us a quote that was lower than the others. Mark said that it was a really busy time of year for them (mid-October) since they finishing up a lot of exterior jobs, but he was very sympathetic to our time constraints and he assured us that if we went with him they'd get the job done in the timeframe we needed. Hiring Fresh Touch was a great decision. The work was done right and the job site foreman, Brian, was fabulous to work with. I will definitely be getting quotes from Fresh Touch for future painting work.

They were there for a couple of minutes and left because they saw something they wanted to talk to me about. I had to call them though. They didn't want to do any damage to my house because they saw something that the pressure might do damage to.

From the original estimate to the final walk through, it was an excellent experience! Mark and his team were extremely professional. They arrived each day on time, worked hard throughout the day and cleaned up before leaving.

I was very pleased with the results of the powerwash and with owner, Mark Tabor. I called Mark to schedule the service and he was very accomodating and answered questions I had about how the powerwash would be performed. Mark called the day before they would arrive to confirm the appointment. The house looks great,the powerwashing made a huge difference with the look of the siding. The powerwashing also cleaned the windows and they even cleaned the white fence around the house. I was very pleased and would recommend them highly.

We were very impressed with them as well. They have a color consultant that was very impressive. They had the best warranty. They provided the most detailed quote and as far as care for the house, they offer the most. They also offered a color consult with no charge which was great.

They came out and performed the work as stated within each deal. It was easy to get scheduled and the arrived when they said they would.
