The project turned out beautifully. I cant say enough about Mark. It lasted well throughout this terrible winter. They were on time, did excellent work, and his crew did a nice job too. I thought I had trouble areas, and they had no problem getting to them.

Great! I purchased an AL deal that was $125 for 4 hours of wallpaper removal. The scheduling online was easy and the worker showed up about 15 minutes EARLY on the scheduled day. It took him less than an hour to actually remove the painting and I thought that would be it, but the company owner came to check on everything and he said it also include wall prep. So, the worker prepped the wall for painting, too. I was very happy with the work and am considering using the company for some painting work.

Mark was an absoolute pleasure to work with. He arrived on time for his estimate and was extremely thorough. He emailed me the estimate and it was very detailed as he provided individual costs for walls, trim, and ceiling by room so that we could pick and choose exactly what work we wanted done. We ended up going with everything and are glad we did. Once we selected Mark he arranged a free color consultation with a rep from Sherwin Williams. The rep hepled us pick our paint colors and we found the consultation extremely helpful and a very nice perk. The painting crew did an excellent job and were very detailed oriented in addition to quite friendly. Mark focuses customer service and wants all of his customers to be satisfied, so much so that he does not require a deposit before the work starts. For a paint job of ~$8000, this impressed me. After the job was complete, Mark personally came over and inspected his crews work. He is a perfectionist and found some areas that he wasn't satisfied with so he sent the crew leaders back to our home to touch them up. He then requested us to perform an inspection and let him know if there were any areas we were not satisfied with, which there were none. He then sent us the invoice for the work. I would strongly recommend Fresh Touch to anyone who is looking for a high quality paint job.

They were fantastic! We provided the paint and the primer so the cost was mostly for labor. They we're very professional, on time and detailed oriented. There was no splattering or overpainting on anything. they took extra care not to damage the plantings and other obstacles that they had to work around. Both the house and pergola look fantastic. Thanks you Mark for your teams very hard and excellent work. I really can't say enough.

Mark was on time and thorough when he looked at the house to get the details for the estimate. He provided the estimate within a reasonable period of time and made all adjustments as requested. He kept me advised as to the date when the painting would be done. The painters were very professional, answered any question that we had, kept us advised as to the progress of the work, covered all surfaces not to be painted to prevent getting paint on those surfaces, cleaned up after working, and were careful not to damage landscaping. The house looks great, and we are very pleased with the result. We would definitely recommend Fresh Touch to other persons.

I contacted Mark, the owner, prior to moving into our new home in New Albany. He met me and provided me with a quote very quickly for the work we wanted done. Prior to moving in, his team painted the majority of the house and it looked amazing. We were using multiple colors and doing both trim work and walls throughout the house. The guys who did the work were very professional. When the work was finished, they cleaned up afterward and never left a mess. They continued to work on the trim after we moved in and all of the guys were a pleasure to be around, very polite. I would definitely recommend them based on quality, courteousness, and price. They are not on the low-end of price, but you get what you pay for with them. I am very pleased and highly recommend.

They were unable to assist within the time frame I needed. Told them I would be seeking a refund. They were nice to communicate with. I would use them in the future.

We could go on for pages complimenting the work provided by this company: The friendly and courteous workers; how they protected our newly installed wood floors; how they cleaned up the premises every night before leaving; the beautiful job on all the white baseboard & trim throughout the house. But perhaps the best example of their conscientious work Is something I discovered recently. I needed to change the faucet on our bathroom pedestal sink, so I crawled under and looking up toward the sink, noticed the paint job under it (which no one sees). The painting around the plumbing connections to the wall is as well done as anything out in the open. How such a careful job was done in such tight quarters is remarkable. Owner Mark Tabor was here twice to check on his workers and see if we had any concerns. Any minor problems we did have were cheerfully taken care of by Mr. Tabor's employees, and he himself answered any of our emails by the end of the day. If asked to use one word to describe the paint job they did for us, it would be 'meticulous'. We cannot recommend 'Fresh Touch Custom Painting' enough, which is what we did with our own daughter. Seeing the job they did here, she hired them to paint the exterior on her home this Spring.

Mark and his team were exceptional. They were very professional. always on time, and completed the project as scheduled. I really appreciated the color consultant from Sherwin William's who assisted us in our color selection. My husband and I are very pleased with the end result. It looks amazing!! After an initial scheduling snafu and some delays due to weather these guys got the job done in two days. The crew that was on staff was very professional when I visited both days, and they overcame any potential obstacles that were in their way. I would definitely use them again for a future job.

This was a coupon deal, so they were very busy. I'm pleased with the service, and will use them again.

We hired FTC Painters to do some interior and exterior painting over the summer. They were responsive, friendly, timely and trustworthy! The job took them almost 2 weeks but they always made sure they weren't getting in our way and always cleaned up at the end of the day. The interior was a small job but the exterior was a little bit more detailed. They focused on attention to detail and made sure everything was to our liking. They went above and beyond what we asked. It's obvious that they take pride in their work. If we ever need another paint job, we will be calling them first.

I am very happy with FTC Painting. FTC worked with me to schedule work dates that met manufacturers specs for application, provided a color consultant who was very helpful in choosing colors, power washed all areas to be stained, caulked wherever needed, performed a minor deck repair and came back 1 week later to apply 2 coats of stain to the house and deck and two coats of paint to doors and foundation wall. They were very cooperative about using the brands of stain/paint I preferred (a Consumer Reports best rated product) which was not their usual brand. They cleaned up everything each day after completing work and were very respectful of our property. It was very important to me that the best stains and paints were used and they were applied under the appropriate conditions. It took some careful planning on FTC's part to make it happen and I am very grateful for this. The house looks terrific and I will definitely use FTC painting again - this time for interior painting.

Mark came out to see what work needed done and clearly explained the process and how they would complete the work. I received a quote within a day which is always nice. The price wasn't the best of the three quotes I got but it was reasonable. I went with Mark because I had the most confidence that he would get the job done correctly. I was very pleased with the results and the cleanup of the job site after the work was done. I would use FTC Painting again for sure.

This is our third time to use Fresh Touch Custom Painting. Once again, our painter was Ishmael. He is always very prompt and polite. He brought a helper with him for the extra wallpaper stripping and repair. They worked very quickly and with an excellent result. We are very pleased with the final look. Clean up was such that it is as if they were never here even with sanding of wall repair. Definitely would use this company again and can highly recommend them.

His workers were very professional and cleaned up all scraped paint. We had just had landscaping done and were concerned about damage that might occur. They were very careful and cleaned up all work areas with no damage at all to our new shrubs and plants. When painting the downspouts, they removed them so they could paint behind them as well. Good for them! All workers were very friendly and we were glad to have them around.

I'm very happy with end result - the house looks great! I was a little worried they wouldn't be able to fit me in before temps dropped too far, but everything worked out very well. The company arranged power washing of the trim/shutters before the crew showed up to paint. The day of painting went very smoothly, great attention to detail and a good quality exterior paint. I had several holes created by a woodpecker, and that area looks good as new. Company also did a great job of selecting/matching paint color and left me some paint for touch ups. I would definitely hire this company again, no hesitation!

I had three painting companies to the house, and Fresh Touch Custom Painting had the best overall solution for the price out of all of them. Mark's visit to the house for the estimate was quick, the labor was well explained and specific, and most importantly, I felt the most comfortable with him as a professional. We then had a consultation visit from Jamie who helped me and my wife pick out the perfect colors for the three areas we wanted done. When it came time to paint, the crew was right on time on the first day. It took only two days to finish, and I am simply amazed with the results. We had some very harsh, abrasive, bright colors on the walls from the previous tenants of the house in to which we just moved. Thankfully those are gone, and the entire space looks very warm, inviting, and, well, it feels like pour home. The crew was friendly, diligent, hardworking, punctual, and very careful to make sure they did everything just right. There are more rooms to be painted in this new home of ours, and Fresh Touch Custom Painting will be doing every single room for us. The woodwork job they did on the trim alone was worth it alone, and I can't say enough about how great the paint looks. The quality of the work, workers, and materials made for a perfectly executed job. My wife and I are greatly pleased with the work and can't wait to have them back again in the future. A straight 'A' grade for them is not high enough praise, you have to see it for yourself.

Scraped, sanded & painted deck with Behr deck over stain. I had steps & rails replaced with pressure treated wood that they advised to wait until spring to finish in order for the wood dry out. | |I will be getting an estimate from Mark in the spring to have my house trim scraped & repainted.

I did not have any work done by the provider. After speaking to them on the phone I realized that they were not going to be able to provide the service I was looking for. I appreciated their honesty. The job I wanted was something big and they were more of a touch up paint offer.

I had requested estimates from several other vendors and no one seemed to know what to do with painting the inside of my galvanized gutters until I spoke with Mark Tabor. He was so knowledgable with the products that he would use to seal the gutters. This was the first time that I spooke with someone who actually had sealed galvanized gutters At that point we discussed painting the exterior of the garage. His standard is to power wash, scrape and prep the sides, prime and then paint 2 coats. Due to Ohio weather conditions, I did have to wait for them, but like I said, I was so happy that I found someone to seal the inside of my gutters that I was ok waiting my turn. With all that was said, that is what was done, completely with quality. My husband and I are very pleased with the outcome of both projects and we would be happy to wait on Ohio weather to have them back again. Great crew!!! No messes. All was cleaned up when they left each day. Very personable to talk to and very knowledgable to their craft. Will definitely use them again.
