It was fine. I can’t remember a whole lot about the service, but there were no problems and their cleanup was good.

Mark was great about communicating with me as weather was causing delays. The painter did a great job and left no mess. The pressure washer was really fast and did an excellent job.

Mark and his team were very responsive, professional and easy to work with. The work they did looks great. The foreman took time to do a final walk through for quality with me and corrected the small concerns I had. They were up front about the quality of one portion of the job and explained the circumstances to our satisfaction. Mark followed up to ensure we were happy with the work before even discussing payment. I appreciate that level of customer service.

This is second time for me to hire Fresh Touch Custom Painting Inc. Last time I was really happy. This time experience was even better. Excellent work from beginning to the end. Great quality for price paid. What is the most important for me at this point, my time was valued. Project was estimated to last 4 days (by Mark) . Original crew had 4 guys, but second and third day I had 10 guys working just to meet dead line.

The crew arrived on time and completed their work the same day. The painting looks great. They also replaced at no extra charge two ceiling light bulbs with long lasting bulbs which we had purchased. Mark later followed up and sent us our invoice which included an Angie's list discount.

The painters were professional, courteous and good attention to detail. Mark was pleasure to work and answered all questions.

The service turned out very good, and very satisfying. I paid additional because they stayed an extra hour.

A wonderful experience! The Fresh Touch team appeared timely and were anxious to please. Left the rooms and hallways extraordinarily clean after the painting and wallpaper removal. Three very nice competent people did the work. I felt the price charged was more than reasonable. I asked the team to paint the living room walls and hallway walls when they arrived on the first morning. This request was not part of the earlier agreed scope of work. Fresh Touch was happy to accommodate my changes on such short notice. I will certainly us Fresh Touch again. I have nothing negative to report...

Everything was first rate. Mark Tabor was right on time for the quote and his crews were equally prompt. They finished in 2 days and I was extremely pleased with the results.

The service provided was purchased through an Angies List Big Deal and there was no extra cost associated with it, since the work was completed in the alloted time. They were upfront in makings sure our expectations were reasonable. They informed us the aluminum siding is old and sun has done a bit of damage. Nevertheless they came out and performed the task and as always we were pleased.

Fresh Touch used a quality brand of paint (Sherwin Williams) and two coats were applied after scraping and caulking as necessary. Mark's crew was very professional and thorough, storing paint and ladders after each day's work was finished. Highly recommended and intend to use again for another project.

Fresh Touch arranged the time via email. They completed the work when they said they would. The powerwashing turned out OK.

It was a good experience and I was pleasantly surprised. The quality of the job was better than I expected. They bought attachments to let them get to the high nooks of the home and they wiped all the molds fungi from the siding.

Very, very well. We couldn't be happier. Mark was great to deal with and Sebastian and his crew were great. Right on time and worked steadily. One crack repair didn't meet Sebastian's standards so he did it over. And, Mark wouldn't accept payment until we were completely satisfied.

Excellent! The painters arrived on time each day (tow day job). They were friendly and, although it was understood that the ;house would be a mess for a couple of days, realized that we had to live there too. Thus they asked at the end of the first day, what plastic covers we would like removed for the night. They also confirmed at the beginning exactly what was needed. And they told me when they were leaving for lunch. The job turned out great. What a great group of guys.

Their prices are very good. They had a crew of 3-4 people, the interior work took about 4 days but the exterior work took longer than anticipated. I had issues with one of the workers who said he was unable to get the paint color I wanted but we did get the issue resolved through Angie's List help.

I purchased their $199 deal for 8 hours of painting and I could not have been more pleased. I was under a quick deadline to get it painted so I could put my house on the market. They were able to squeeze me in the same week. Jeff was prompt, courteous, professional and a hard worker. Great job! I would certainly consider them for my future painting needs.

They worked non-stop and were meticulous. Their job preperation was top notch. Everything was taped, caulked, and covered. The crew picked-up and left things tidy at the end of each day. We found this company very easy to communicate with. Mark (the owner) promptly answered all emails and text messages. The price was very reasonable with a special Angie's List "deal." We had a problem the morning the crew was supposed to show up; the painter had the flu. Mark quickly got us another two painters who did an excellent job very efficiently. We were pleased with the process of hiring them and the end result.

Everything went very well. Bought a deal for an 8-hour job and he was done with a little time to spare. Did a really great job of cleaning up and the paint job looks great! Would not hesitate to use again...

Gentleman that came out was very punctual and appreciated the change of shoes to go through the house. He painted our large master bedroom with an accent wall. Everything looked very nice and he cleaned everything up when he was finished.

I purchased the $199.00 painter for a day. Ronnie was our painter and he was great! He was on time, professional, courteous and did an amazing job. I could tell that he really enjoyed painting and took pride in his work. I feel that it was well worth the money spent because he was able to repaint (the same color) the whole kitchen including baseboards and then touched up the baseboards, ceiling and door frames in the living room and basement. If you are thinking about purchasing this deal and using this company, I highly recommend it and I wish that I would have had this done months ago!!
