Our condo community interviewed three painters before hiring Mark's company. We liked that he returned our call promptly, was very professional and his prices reasonable. The results were excellent. The painters always showed up as scheduled and were very polite, neat and efficient. Two thumbs up...we highly recommend!

They were weather related issues that kept pushing back the work but the owner was really nice about everything.

I received quotes from 3 people and I chose them. They were excellent. Everything has been good with them. It will be my first time using them. The quote was $5000. They were by far the most professional of the 3 and all of them were rated highly on Angie's List. They stood above the rest.

This job went beautifully. Initial estimate took place within only a day or two of my request for same, and a tremendous amount of information and guidance were provided to me during the estimation process. Confident that the work would turn out well, I committed right away. I signed my contract in Winter, when outdoor painting was inadvisable, and so the work took place 5 months later; but that was expected. Included in my price was a wonderful consultation with a Sherwin Williams color consultant, and without her input, I might not have selected the colors that ultimately work so well. Once the start date was set, there were no delays of any kind. Work was performed by a delightful, focused professional who was so polite that he never once asked to be admitted into my house, for the 3-day period that the work required. The materials so expertly selected by Fresh Touch added durability and weather protection to my structure, and colors and finishes now add significant aesthetic value to my home. Mark and his company are the most professional contractors with whom I've ever dealt, here in Columbus. I hope to call upon them again for painting of the interior of my home, in just a few years.

It was good and they did a good job. They were quick took all their materials with them. They left it as clean as when they came.

It did not go well. I did not look closely enough at the work that was being performed. If I had, I would have noticed spots where the tool used to remove the wallpaper had also removed drywall. This was not the case for all of the walls, only three of 8 walls in the bathroom had areas of damage.

This job was handled professionally and competently. Communication was good. Job was well done. All in all a very satisfying experience. We had used Fresh Touch previously to paint the exterior of our house and they did an excellent job.

Took a while for them to get to our house. At the time, the weather was fairly rainy, so I think that was part of the reason. Called to let me know that there would be an issue if they powerwashed the whole house (because of chipping paint). I appreciated the heads up and the ability to make an informed decision on whether I wanted the house washed or not. In the end, we had them spot wash, which turned out fairly well.

Mark came out and gave us a complete estimate for minor exterior repairs, power washing, prep work, and painting exterior wood, shutters, and doors. He was on time, polite, and thoroughly explained the process his crew would use. Out of the three painters we interviewed, his price and process were the most appealing. Once we signed the contract and the weather got warmer, we were given a timeline of the process. The crew was very polite and worked very quickly. The repair work they did was exceptional, especially on the porch trim. After everything was completed, we are pleased with the results. There were a few issues we ran into, which were eventually resolved. It would have been much easier had they been completed correctly the first time. We were unsatisfied with the way the doors looked originally. Little to no preparation (sanding/scraping) was done before they started painting. The doors weren't in perfect condition and needed a little attention before painting. My husband and I assumed they would handle that before painting, but they didn't. The doors were left heavy with brush strokes and very uneven due to prior blemishes. We also had few complaints about uneven paint due to chipped areas being painted over on some trim work. While it took a couple of attempts to get these issues resolved, to Brian's credit he kept working until we were satisfied. My husband and I have never had to paint the outside of a house, so maybe our expectations were a bit high. Overall, the house looks pretty good and Mark and Brian were willing to work with us to get us as close to our expectations as possible.

Great job! Mark and team were very professional, conscientious and responsive throughout the process. His team came to the site and did everything the could not to disturb us while doing a superb. They left nothing behind but a freshly painted house! We would definitely use Mark and team again.

GREAT! Would definitely recommend and use again. They resurfaced a section of the wall that had significant adhesive damage, then repainted the wall that runs height (3 stories) of my condo. Can't even tell there was damage! Great company, excellent customer service.

It was excellent. They came in, did it and were gone. My house was pretty white. It was a good experience, I had no problems.

I bought a coupon deal for home powerwashing from Custom Touch Painting through Angie's List; first time I've ever done that. They were running several weeks out, but I was in no hurry and was just hoping for a decent job for relatively little money. I had several questions during the wait, like whether their cleaning solution would harm plants at the base of the house, which I sent in email message to them from the Angie's List website. They were very quick to answer each query, and when we got closer to the date they were to do the washing, they made every effort to get it done on the day they said. The washer arrived late afternoon, and was done in about an hour, which amazed me. Our house is a tall two-story, about 2,600 sq. ft. with a big pergola in the back yard. It's all spotless, and no damage was done to paint, plants, or anything else.

We were aware the same color of paint currently on our walls was unavailable by the manufacturer but we tried to color match. Unfortunately the colors are slightly off and noticeable when trying to spot paint. The paint application in several of the rooms was not too neat as we are still cleaning up some erroneous paint off baseboards and a porcelain toilet and sink. The stain application to our front door was done appropriately and we were even educated on how to care for the door in the future.

VERY WELL & MORE THAN PLEASED! After reading all the reviews and seeing the A rating I had decided to contact Fresh Touch to have my home pressured washed (also for future purposes a painting estimate for the trim on my home as well as having my deck and fence re-stained). Contacted First Touch and within the next day was contacted by the owner who was very professional and explained to me my home was slightly out of their territory, but still willing to make the drive to provide the estimate and the service. The day before the scheduled estimate the owner did contact me to let me now that he and his son were both sick with the flu and politely asked me if I could reschedule the estimate appointment. With no hesitation I was happy to reschedule considering the circumstances. The appointment was rescheduled for a week later. A week later the owner did show up on time and provided me a power washing estimate which I was very satisfied with. He also provided me a future estimate for painting. Estimate was slightly high but reasonable. Side note: Owner had no hesitation on letting me know the few things that could wait and didn't really need painting quit yet. = ) After a few days of providing the estimate I did contact Fresh Touch back with the request for the pressure wash only. Within two weeks the job was completed on time as scheduled. (This was the earliest date for job completion due to weather). I was VERY satisfied with their service from the first contact though job completion. THE HOUSE LOOKS BRAND NEW! On a side note: I myself was in the middle of power washing my own sidewalks in which they were happy to complete for me for no additional charge! GOTTA LOVE THAT!! As a mother of 4 I will take any help I can get! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! I would highly recommend there service to anyone! THANKS GUYS!!

Arrived as scheduled. The job was 100% professional and very well done.

From start to finish the process was extraordinary. Mark's bid was detailed and clear, his communication was excellent. He promised that crew would start, and stay on job till complete. This is exactly what happened. I can't say enough about the finished product. The level of detail was amazing. Caulk work, attention to detail, cleanliness was much better that I could have realistically expected. Ishmael and his crew were the absolute best. All hyperbole aside, this experience was better than any maintenance project I have engaged. Home looks better than new. So many things that were "over and above". The community of Angies List is meant to help companies like Fresh Touch. So pleased I can leave this review.

The gentlemen who painted my hallway were very courteous & went BEYOND expectation. Because it was extremely cold & the spackle was slow drying, they had to work longer than expected. In spite of the extra time needed, they were very pleasant & answered all of my questions. The project leader even followed me with spackle to smooth out the drywall.

They did great! The north face of the house had some mildew and the cleaning took care of that without leaving a trace behind. I would use them in the future.

Our outside trim finally got painted. Due to the weather the job took longer than normal. Mark was very professional and always kept be posted to when he would begin to have one of his staff start painting. The painter was very good, professional and did an excellent job cleaning up after the painting was completed. I would definitely use them again. And I would like the same painter.

There was a slight glitch in scheduling as they were supposed to start on May 6, 2014 but another job took longer than anticipated and they did not start until May 7, 2014. Mark was good about communicating about the issue as soon as he was aware and the painters arrived promptly at 8 am on May 7th. They were there all day on the 7th - until 6:30 pm - and a few hours on the 8th. There was a crew of three painters. They were very nice and professional. The painting job was excellent and they did a great job of patching the ceiling and covering the insulation holes so they were not visible through the paint. After they were done painting, the crew leader walked me through all the painted areas to make sure I was satisfied. I also received an email from Mark Tabor, the owner, to make sure everything was satisfactory before he invoiced me. Fresh Touch was extremely professional, easy to work with and did a great job. I would definitely use their services again.

Estimate was provided by Mark during a short visit. Unforeseen circumstances necessitated delay in starting the project. Mark was very cooperative in rescheduling work twice. John arrived at scheduled time, preformed tasks in timely and professional manner. Wall paper removal proved to be more difficult and time-consuming than expected, so the project required a couple of hours more than planned. Extra fee was expected and fair. The appearance of the newly painted bathroom exceeded our expectation.

After having Mark and his team paint the inside of our home it was a no brainer to have him come back for some outside work now that the weather is nice. He took our ratty old shutters and have the entire house a face lift by painting them. Once again, the work is top notch. We love the new look of our exterior.

The most professional, punctual crew I've worked with! I highly recommend Fresh Touch Custom Painting (and already have to several neighbors/friends!). They showed up each day at exactly the time they said they would (I've worked with MANY contractors and believe it or not punctuality can be a problem). The crew was personable and professional. I was very impressed with how organized they were and how well they cleaned up after their work (even between days on the job). If you're considering interior and/or exterior painting services you should absolutely call these guys. Not only are they easy and pleasant to work with but they're a great value!
