I was very happy with this company. They did an excellent job. Mark Tabor came out quickly to give me an estimate. The work was scheduled soon after. The group that came to do the work was very professional. They did a great job. They were polite and answered all my questions. The price seemed fair and I would use this company again. He did the job twice. He’s not satisfied with the job. He was an honest man, it just didn’t help the cement at all.

The service worked out really well. They were very flexible. I scheduled with them through the Angie’s List email and they were really busy due to the deal. They did have to reschedule once due to rain. I would definitely use their services again in the future.

It was fine. It took them a while to show up about a month and a half. We had to keep following up with them. They did a fair job. They provided a small rebate check for the problems we had.

Good communication, work ethic, cleanliness, and courteous. Painted exterior cedar siding and trim. Masked appropriately as not to paint brick or water spigot openings. Clean lines. Used top quality Sherwin Williams paint.

I purchased the big deal for exterior power washing. Due to the rainy weather it took a few weeks for them to come out, which was not an issue for me. They were in contact with me weekly to keep me updated on when the job would be complete. The job was done this past Friday and the house looks great! It's so bright and clean! Thanks!

Fresh Touch Custom Painting was very easy to work with, and quick to give an detailed estimate. After signing a contract with them, work started in just a few days. The crew knocked out all the prep, work, and clean up all in one day. They matched the paint perfectly. It has made such an improvement to the look of the back. I will probably have them do the rest of the house in the near future since it is such a quick a reasonable fix to touch up the appearance of the house.

The gentleman performing the work was courteous and professional. He explained which areas presented challenges and then proceeded to clean the home. He did a nice job at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Fresh Touch for that reason. My one small complaint would involve the scheduling of the appointment. When I purchased the Big Deal I was told they would be able to do my job in 2 to 3 weeks depending on the weather. I was later updated that the work would be completed during a particular week. I didn't know the day the job was going to be performed until the morning they actually planned to perform the job. They ended up there at the exact same time I had carpet cleaners at my home performing another job. The timing wasn't ideal. With a little more advance notice I probably could have avoided that scheduling problem. In all though I was pretty satisfied with the experience.

Ryan arrived on schedule and worked very efficiently. There was much to be done and they got it all completed in a quick two days. They were well organized and left everything perfectly clean.

Our house was in bad need of a pressure wash. We were gone the day they came but the job was performed very well. The house looks great! There was some delay in getting the job done which was a little frustrating but the provider kept me informed via Angie's list message. I gave them a 6 on punctuality anyway because the provider explained the rainier than normal Spring had caused many delays. I don't think the wait was typical and in the long run it didn't affect the job at all.

Job started with top notch estimate that was significantly better than other painters on Angie's list with an A rating. They were in constant contact and sent out an color expert from sherwin Williams. Painting crew was very polite and responsive when I had to make a last minute change after I didn't like a color on a portion of the trim. I had numerous contacts w actual owner of company who came out twice and could always easily be reached. I would definitely use them again and plan to have them do some interior work in the future.

They performed minor repairs on the wood decking. I had two coats of paint applied to the deck and they also painted a garage entry door. They did an awesome job. The work was done in a timely manner but he was swamped with the number of deals that were purchased.

The positive experience started with the initial person who came to evaluate the job. He arrived at the agreed upon time and answered all questions. He emphasized quality during the initial contact and as the job is now done, I can see why. The work started at the agreed upon time. The workers were all professional and considerate of the home owners. They were in our home 4 days and completed all work above our expectations! They repaired defects in plaster that have been on the walls for many years. ( Our home was built in the 1920's.) I would highly recommend this company for any painting and repair of old homes. If they can do old homes, I know they can do new ones!! We also plan to use this company for another painting job and also exterior power washing of the home. K. Bowen

They kept in good communication with me after I purchased the deal. I thought that the price for the service was excellent. They were able to get the exterior clean more than I had expected. They even cleaned up a patio table on the back that had tree soot on it. My experience with them was fine and it worked out real well. I do have to call them back because it appears that they tapped into my water because my neighbor had found a flood in the yard. When the technician had hooked the hose back up, it must not have been done properly. I was surprised that they used my water supply without discussing it with me first. The work was okay and I have no complaints with the job that was done.

Met with and received a detailed estimate from the owner who also answered all the questions I had about the work. Work was delayed by unusually rainy weather, but I did receive periodic scheduling updates by email. When the weather broke, the painting was completed in an extremely professional manner over a holiday weekend. Friends and relatives have commented about how good the garage now looks. Although the cost was slightly higher than other estimates I received, the quality, responsiveness and professionalism was in my opinion worth the difference.

The service went very nicely. They sprayed the aluminium siding of the entire house that was dust covered after months of construction in our neighborhood. The end result was excellent and everything was done as promised.

It went very well. Mark's quote was very thorough, and included extra details (painting the downspouts and gutters) that we wouldn't have thought of - and he did those free of charge. We obtained 3 quotes, and Mark's was the cheapest, but I felt that it would also be the best quality due to Angie's List reviews. James, the painter, was very thorough and tidy. He took a paint sample from the stucco and a piece of downspout to get a custom match. He was so quiet about the work, and cleaned up all the paint chips. I will definitely hire them in the future. The house looks great!

They were great. There was a ton of rain around the time I purchased the deal, so schedule conflicts were a problem, but they were in communication with me often and I did not feel as though they would drop the service just because of the rain. The man who came out was very nice, even gave me some advice on how to keep my siding looking the best it can.

Our condo community interviewed three painters before hiring Mark's company. We liked that he returned our call promptly, was very professional and his prices reasonable. The results were excellent. The painters always showed up as scheduled and were very polite, neat and efficient. Two thumbs up...we highly recommend!
