The team was professional, polite and conscientious. They were prompt and cleaned up everything at the end of each day. They did a fabulous job. The house looks even better than I had imagined. I highly recommend Fresh Touch Custom Painting and will use them for any future painting I might have.

Unfortunately, they didn't do a thorough job, and there were significant parts of the house that were still dirty.

Job was completed in one day by three people and looks great. They even repaired one of my downspouts in the process.

Easy to contact, provided a quote. Mostly corresponds by email, paint crew was nice and asked questions to clarify any uncertainties. House and garage were. washed, paint scraped, sealed, and painted with two coats. Also painted gutters and downspouts. Actual work on the house was done quickly. Takes a while to get work started due to wait list, but was worth the wait. Quoted price was same as paid price at the end.

I highly recommend Fresh Touch Custom Painters. The painters were very courteous and professional and there was not one drip of paint out of place. My house looks beautiful. In addition, Fresh Touch gave me the best quote of the 3 companies we received quotes from.

These guys were amazing - very professional and friendly, went above and beyond to make us happy with their work. the rooms look great and we have since hired them to do more work in our home. If you're a terrible painter like me, save the hassle and call these guys! DIY cannot come close to the level of finish and quality they provide!

Job went extremely well. Got started about 1 week later than planned because of the weather. Once started, the crew was on the job every day until complete. Had all the exterior trim painted on a 3 story, old house. Required lots of prep work. Did an outstanding job. Made the exterior of the house look substanstially better. Have gotten lots of positive feedback from neighbors and friends. Will definitely hire again.

I also, had most of my interior home re-painted 1 month later and found the interior painting crew to be just as conscientious and hard working, professional, and friendly. The quality of the jobs both inside and outside were outstanding and I plan on having them come back again to do more! Very satisfied!!

They sent a crew of 4 people who did an excellent job. They caulked all cracks and nail holes. At my request they also sealed the cracks between the boards of the trim over the garage. They also sealed an opening between an trim board and my brick facade. The result looks like there was never a gap. They also pained the trim around the bottom of my deck. They were extremely neat and cleaned up after their work. After they left the only visible signs of their work was a great paint job. When the paint on my front door started to stick to the weather striping Brian researched the issue with Sherwin Williams and came back to correct the problem Overall - excellent service.

We recently had Mark's crew paint much of the interior of our new home. They have done work for us before at our previous house. The men were polite and efficient and did an excellent job. As usual we were very happy with their performance. The crew leader took extra time to correct any issues that came up along the way and spent some extra time coming back to improve some drywall repairs. We would recommend them to our friends and use them again.

I contacted Fresh Touch in May 2014 to get an estimate for painting of trim, and patching of rotted wood. An appt was made within a week to come take a look at job. After receiving quote on 5/16 I let Mark know I wanted to proceed with the work. Due to the rainy weather in the Spring & early Summer the company was playing catch up with prior jobs which would cause a delay in the start time for my job. Mark contacted me when men ready to come out & power wash home. A few days later a crew was out to begin painting. Prior to painting they scraped, repaired rotted wood(some wood replacement due to holes) , removed gutters in prep of another company hanging new ones. The crew was very efficient, polite, and maximized their productivity. In 1 day they scraped, patched, removed all gutters/downspouts, painted trim, garage doors, front door(different color), and shutters.

The service was excellent. The house and walkways looked spotless!

It was a wonderful experience working with this company!. Every person I encountered was courteous and extremely helpful. There was excellent communication from the beginning to the end of the project. This was the first time having the Trex floor painted and I was having a difficult time determining what color to choose. The painter and I reviewed some of my selections and with his help I was able to make a final decision. The color we selected looks great on the floor. The outside of the Cedar Room was in bad shape. They worked very hard in getting all the loose and cracked paint scraped and sanded before painting. It looks so nice now that I am spending a lot more time enjoying it. I couldn't be happier with the results.

The owner, Mark Tabor, personally walked the premises with me to prepare his quote. I solicited 10 quotes from Angie's List top rated painters for my area! Mark's price was neither the lowest nor the highest. In May and June, the area was getting a great deal of rain and they periodically communicated with me to let me know our place in their queue and the best estimate of when they were likely to do the work. The rain was on the verge of causing us to miss a hard deadline I set due family coming to stay with us. Despite the rain delays he had faced, Mark made sure the work got finished in time. The crew, led by a working foreman named Ishmael, showed up on time every day and did fantastic work. They cleaned up each and every day. The crew was polite and highly capable. I was impressed with the quality of work and so delighted, I will contract them again.

Using the company's materials, they put on two coats of clear stain. They also removed heavy furniture. Used them before on interior painting. Reliable and courteous.

Everything was excellent. FTC always has very good painters. They were prompt and did a clean job.

Wow.............this Company is incredibly great to work with and did an outstanding job from the very first estimate to the finished product. The owner, his Project Manger, their paint crew were extremely diligent, professional, on time, neat, and a pleasure to work with. I would strongly recommend them for any painting work you may need done.

My husband and I were very pleased with the whole process from the time he came out to give us a quote to the time the project was completed. They pressure washed the house a week before initiating the painting. Despite the frequent rainy days this summer, Fresh Touch completed the job within the quoted time frame. We are very happy with our house and wish we had done this a couple of years earlier. And the price was very competitive as well.

Excellent service, work completion and performance ethic from start to finish. This was not an easy job and Mark went the "extra mile" to make sure it was done right. Today, this sort of work ethic is difficult to find in any industry. The exterior of my property had been neglected by my tenants. Mark had his hands full but plowed through until it was done right. This required several trips back and forth to the property. To make things more challenging, I am an out of town landlord so he was kind enough to forward pics of the progress, which was very appreciated and helpful. While my only experience with the company was with power washing, he'd be the first one I'd call for a painting estimate, too. The owner is very responsible and follows through just as he promises. Mark Tabor was prompt and provided an estimate to paint the interior entry to our home. The entryway is high (maybe 20 feet) and I did not want to tackle the job. Mark noticed the old water stain on our ceiling and I asked him if he could fix it. Mark said he can try using a stain blocker but warned that the white color may not match and it may be brighter than the surrounding area. He gave us the option after the stain was covered to either keep it as is or to repaint the whole ceiling so it would match. I gave Mark the color sample for the walls and he said he'd send an estimate via e-mail. About a day later we received an estimate and agreed on a date to start work. Mark's three employees arrived on the date and immediately got to work. The stain blocker was applied and, as Mark stated, it did not match the surrounding paint. I advised the crew to repaint the ceiling. The painting crew did a great job and I am very satisfied to their attention to detail. This is the second time we hired Fresh Touch Custom Painting and it will not be the last. Mark and his crew are very attentive and made sure that the work was performed to our satisfaction.

It went very well. I actually had four estimates to do the painting. One was extremely low and one extremely high. Fresh Touch was one of the middle two and I actually had good vibes from the estimator and they answered my follow-up questions promptly so I went with them. Mark Tabor gave me an estimated time, about six weeks out, that the job would be done...depending on weather, of course. I was in no hurry as long as it was done before winter came. They kept me informed on the progress of the schedule and rain delayed it a little bit but that was understandable. They gave me a heads up on when the power washing was going to be done and the actual painting came about a week later. Again, Mark stayed in touch and quickly answered my questions via e-mail. They arrived for the painting on time and worked extremely hard, and long hours, and did a great job. They were the hardest workers I have ever seen!!!! The head painter also answered any questions I had. Other than the prep that I stated above, they covered all of my windows, with plastic to protect them, and showed great care for my many foundation plantings. They removed the gutters, painted behind them, and then replaced them with care. My front door and sidelight panels were stained previously and rather than have them re-stained, I decided to have them painted. They took great care around the leaded glass in the doors and the work was done perfectly and looks beautiful! The whole house looks great and we are very happy we chose them. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to my friends.

His crew arrived on-time and painted the interior of our three story office during work hours. Due to their professional manner, they did not interrupt our work day. You didn't know they were here. They did an amazing job! Highly recommend them for home or office painting.
