The painter was fantastic. Very clean, fast, and friendly. I tried to make the most of the 8 hours I had, so I had already patched and sanded nail holes and cleared the walls and furniture. He finished before his 8 hours were up, and was also able to complete our upstairs hallway, and an unpainted wall behind our piano (rest of that room was painted the week before by me but I didn't have the brawn to move the piano). I would hire again.

Fresh Touch did a great job from beginning to end. They repaired all of the holes, nicks and other "issues" our walls had and then did an excellent job of painting. They charged us exactly what the estimate said and would not accept payment until we were completely satisfied. We were and just had them back today to do an estimate for exterior painting. I will not go anywhere else for painting services.

Arrived on time. Moved furniture. Did a great job on the edging of the ceiling. Cleaned up and moved furniture back. One painter did a great job.

Scheduling was easy. We were able to get one of the dates we requested and messages were answered promptly. Ruben arrive right on time. We needed the walls only of our upstairs bedroom painted. Because we live in a Cape Cod style house, this included the ceiling and two sky light areas. We had purchased a "Painter for a day." We weren't sure if he would have time to do our hallway and stairwell, but he put two coats of paint in the bedroom and had time those as well. What really impressed us was that one of the owners of the company stopped by to see how things were going. The paint job was excellent and we will definitely be using this company again.

I turned to Angie's List to find a good interior painter after hearing some unsettling stories from friends that used other means to find a painter. Prim and Fresh Touch were the two most recommended so I scheduled both for estimates. Both were responsive and great when they surveyed the rooms for the quote. Brian (pretty sure that was his name) from Fresh Touch was incredibly personable. Prim came in slightly more expensive, so I went with FTCP. The crew showed up mostly on time and got right to work. The crew leader Ismael was friendly and respectful. They did a great job and we are very satisfied. Can't recommend them enough.

this company was recommended to us by a friends, and we have passed that along to all of our friends. Never have I been so pleased with a contractor. Their price was the best of those we received estimates from, the provided us with a colorist to assist in our choices, power washed the house and a few days later their crew arrived and within 3 days the entire project was complete. I was impressed with the professionalism of their crew, they took great care in their work and the clean up, they were very polite and offered us some options along the way. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Their only downside is that they are sought after so frequently, that it may take two or three months to get on their schedule.

We were thrilled with the experience we had working with Mr. Mark Tabor, owner of Fresh Touch Custom Painting, and his Production Manger, Brian McCue. Brian's attention to detail and professional help was so appreciated. We also enjoyed working with FTC Painting's crew, who worked in a timely, professional manner. We highly recommend this professional painting company to all our neighbors, family & friends.

not see much difference before & after work

Another quality staining job by FTC. We waited for a year before we had our custom built trellis/privacy screen stained per Mark's recommendation. The painter used a small roller and back brushed every inch of the lattice after caulking joints and sanding the unfinished wood. He spent 6 hours on the project without a drop of paint on the shrubs or mulch.

Mark the owner is the one who comes out to quote. He is not only extremely knowledgeable, he's also very flexible in allowing modifications as you go. Took a while to get the job scheduled because he is so busy but nothing too long as had them out within 5 or so weeks. Plan called for a multi-crew approach but given time of the year there were several days where it rained and as a result we have extra people on hand each of those days who might otherwise been assigned to some other (outside) painting project. Every day we had the same job supervisor (believe his name was John) who was right on top of things, not only supervising the entire crew but doing al the more challenging trim work himself. During the week long process we changed a few things and never had any issues with FTC accommodating our needs. Several rooms had old fashion wallpaper and in a few areas it was obviously not properly installed by previous owners because walls had not been pre-treated and paper was difficult to remove. Despite that John and his team worked at the task diligently and efficiently and finished product looked outstanding. I can't begin to describe how much better the entire first floor looks as a result of engaging this company. We had our outside painted 2 years back by a different Angie's list provider and although the job came out nice the logistics of trying to keep that vendor on track from a timely standpoint was an utter nightmare. Not so with Fresh Touch Painting....they were there every day they said they would be and ended up finishing the job a day earlier. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a top quality experience.

Excellent, prompt communication; especially in comparison to other companies we contacted for quotes. Mark made a significant effort to accommodate our timeline for completing the job. His crew was professional and worked extremely hard--they spent 2 full days just power washing, and scraping the house and garage. After the job was mostly complete, a supervisor was sent out to inspect the job and personally touch up areas that need a bit more attention. Overall a great experience.

Got an estimate from this company in late August. They were not the least expensive nor were they the most expensive. I was impressed by the gentleman who provided the estimate and by this company's reviews, so I accepted their bid. Was told that they would begin work around mid-October. Was contacted by them during the last week of September to schedule power washing of house. Painters arrived late the following week. The work took two and a half days to complete, but this was stretched out over two weeks due to weather delays. I am very satisfied with my experience with this company and with the job they did. I've had people I don't even know stop by to say how great the house looks. I would not hesitate to recommend Fresh Touch to my friends or to use them again in the future.

Within a day of contacting Fresh Touch through their website, Mark returned my call and was super nice. He scheduled a quote within a week and Brian arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Brian was friendly & professional, asking lots of good questions and leaving behind good informaiton for me to review, including the Fresh Touch insurnace certificate & other pertinent paperwork. It took two days to get the quote, which was $525 for both rooms, but $446.25 with the 15% Angie's List discount. I would have been happy to have them come do the work, but another provider was able to schedule the work in the same week at $285. I'm happy with the results and will call on Fresh Touch in the future should I have a need.

Was a rental property. They offered suggestions and different cost options. Just what i needed. Worth the money spent.

Service provider met all expectations in relation to price, quality, and professionalism. The crew doing the work were great and made sure they got the job done exactly as I wanted. I have used this company on a couple of projects and would highly recommend them for any painting work you have.

The crew was on time everyday and were very professional in their approach to the job and were pleasant to deal with. When the job was completed they made sure we were pleased with the work. They walked with us around the house to make sure everything was to our liking.When we asked for a few touch ups they were happy to do so. I highly recommend FTC Painting .

Ryan and Dave arrived promptly on the appointed day and were very good workers. I was really pleased with their professionalism, detailed painting and terrific clean-up afterwards. The gentlemen finished in one day. The house looks great! I would definitely hire this firm again.

The experience went better than expected. I liked having a contact person on site to work with and Sebastian was very professional. The paint is holding up and are pleased with the results. They worked hard and finished quicker than expected.

I think his name is Jeff who came out to our house. He was so professional and friendly and was so pleasant to work with. I have never seen such perfect paint lines between the walls and the ceiling ever in my life. I asked him how he does it thinking that he has some fancy tool but he can do this magic with just a brush. He ensured that the proper amount of coats were on the walls. The walls look spectacular. He even gave me tips on problems that I may experience in my own painting (I told him I will paint but it is not as beautiful work as his). I will definitely use this company again in the future. I am so very happy with the results.
