Mark and his team were great about communication both by email and phone. It took about a month to get going (this is prime season for them) but once they started everything was completed in a timely manner and over four straight days - no job jumping for the crew. They took their time and did everything the right way, ensuring to caulk and repair any areas that needed it so that the job was done right. Our house looks great and we are very pleased with the work - would definitely use them again.

The first day a man came and power washed the house. The next day a three man crew came to prep and scrape. They also started to paint the trim. The third day they finished painting the trim and garage doors. They also took down all the down spouts and painted them and put them back up. Later a man came to check to see if the work was done properly and if we were satisfied. It was an excellent job and we are very satisfied.

The came to the house and gave us an estimate and answered all of our questions before we signed a contract with them. When they came to the house for the job, the workers were friendly and professional. They did a great job on the trim, shudders, front and garage doors. They did a great job of matching the paint colors and when they were done, they made sure everything was done correctly before they sent us the bill. So, it was a good experience from start to finish.

It went fabulous. This company is stellar in their customer service and absolutely remarkable in their devotion to providing unquestionable results. Their home looks new, the unsightly marks have been removed and they are now ready to entertain at their son's graduation.

Mark was very prompted getting me the estimate and when I explained that I had two other professional painter stain my deck but it started peeling the second year. Mark's employees power washed the deck to almost bare wood then sanded the rough sports and put two coats of stain and it looks great. I was impressed with the painter who did this great job very polite and a hard worker. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Very pleased !!!!!!

Great experience from start to finish. I called for an estimate and I spoke to a human being - not voicemail. They were out within a few days of my call and at the time they said they would be there. I received the estimate the day they were out. Each time I called or emailed leading up to the job, Mark would respond usually the same day. When it came time for the job, they came when they said they were going to come, they worked long 12 hour days as the weather permitted until the job was done. I was impressed with their attention to detail, special care not to disrupt any landscaping and responsiveness to any questions or comments I had along the way. They day after they finished I noticed a few little spots that needed to be touched up. They came out that day to take care of it! My house looks great!

It was excellent service. They were professional. They were quick and matched the paint perfectly.

I'm finally getting around to some old business and getting caught up on reviewing some work done for us last summer. Touch Custom Painting did an excellent job, even though we threw a few curves at them (decided to change colors after they had partially completed the work). They were responsive and patient. They were on time, worked hard, and did a great job. I highly recommend them without reservation.

The house looks great! They also did my patio and walkway and everything looks great for spring!

It went great. They powerwashed the deck on a Tuesday, and 2 guys worked the next day to scrape, sand, and paint the deck. They worked us in between rains & worked an extra long day (over 13 hours) to get the job done in time for a party, as we had hopefully requested. They were all very professional, including the quote visit, the guys who did the work, and the followup. The owner also spent a while with me on the phone addressing my concerns about using deck & dock.

Looked great. Took care not to harm the landscaping.

They could not scheduled me for two weeks out and they question my location. I requested a refund from Angie's List.

I made the mistake of buying a coupon before finding out if the company would be able to power wash our house before we were scheduled to put it up for sale. They found a way to get it done a week ahead of the original anticipated date when they learned my predicament. The house looks great!

Went very well rooms look great! The company did come back when some water damage leaked through after they left. They came back promptly and made it look fine. Would recommend for anyone with painting needs and repair to plaster.

They were wonderful. I have never had a wonderful work because they did a really good job. If there are any issue they will come back and fix them right away. They have extra cloth papers to re-touch the walls and paint and everything turned out nice.

FTC Painting was one of several contractors we considered. We chose them because they came highly recommended by friends who had used them and their price was right. They did a great job and we appreciated their professionalism, attention to detail and friendliness of the crew. In fact, we liked the crew so much when they painted the exterior of our house last fall, we specifically asked for, and got, the same crew for the interior work.

They powerwashed the house. The house was super dirty. They did a nice job. It's clean now. This is the 2nd time I used them.

They sent a very cordial and thorough estimator Brian who described their services. After receiving other higher and lower priced estimates I decided to use afresh a Touch because of the professionalism of the estimator. Scheduling was done with the owner Mark. We couldn't schedule the work for a few weeks but they arrived as scheduled. The painters checked with me on the specifics of the job. It took two days and looked great. They were very clean and neat.

Several painters were contacted in the process of selecting Fresh Touch. Mark Tabor stopped by and reviewed the job, then sent me a bid and contract via email. His bid was the most reasonable one of the 5 I received, so I signed it, scanned the signed copy and emailed it back to him. He signed it and emailed a copy to me. Fresh Touch had done some exterior work for us a couple of years ago and we were very satisfied with the results. The day before the work was scheduled, Mark called and said that Armando would be at our house the next day at 8:00 AM Armando arrived promptly at 8:00 AM, and began by taping the edges, caulking the cracks, and filling and sanding any small holes. He then went to Sherwin-Williams and bought the paint. As he began painting, he noticed that the color did not match our sample. After consultation with us, he went back to the paint store and had the paint remixed to match. He proceeded to apply two coats, and did an excellent job cleaning up. Armando did an excellent job, and was very pleasant and polite. As with our first job, we were impressed with the professionalism of Mark and Armando, and the excellent work done by First Touch at a very reasonable price.

This was a deal so I bought the paint ahead of time with vendor discount. One painter for the day was the deal. People were working in the office -he worked quietly and efficiently. He did need more rollers so I ran out and bought more whish I had known ahead since was one day of painting did not want to waste time having him go out - I was not clear we were painting with three different colors. Cleaned up and nice job. Would use again.

From start to finish - the best contractor experience I have ever had. Impeccable workmanship, great communication, punctual, completed on time . . .. I could go on forever. We plan to use them again to paint the rest of the house. HIRE THEM - You cannot go wrong!

The company showed up right on time. They were right on with their time and material estimates. I also received their company discount when purchasing the materials...saved me significant amount of money The painter was professional courteous and tedious...a pleasure to have in our home. They did a fantastic job, we were completely satisfied with the workmanship the cleanup and the costs.we would definatly use FTP in the future

Great. Armando was amazing, painted efficiently all day and cleaned up the work area spotless. He was kind and an amazing painter.
