They worked with me in my situation with caring for my elderly mother who has dementia. The painters were always on time. They started when they said they would start even considering all of the rain this summer. This is an Honest run company with very friendly and VERY hard working employees.

I was extremely pleased. We had the weather delay, since it rained for so many weeks. However, once we had dry weather, the tech power washed the siding to remove the oxidized paint. The painters arrived the next day. It took about a day and a half with two coats of paint, as well as the repairs. The painters were very polite and worked very diligently. They were very neat- when they left, there was no trace of them being there except for a nicely painted house. After completion, the job supervisor did a walk around to ensure the job was done well. We noticed that the west wall had some streaks in color. It was a dark brown, but we could see some faint color separation that appeared after the paint dried. They came out in a few days and recoated that wall, and the problem was solved. My email contacts were answered promptly from start to finish. I had two other estimates, and this was the lowest, and they were able to do the wood repairs. I received an Angie's List discount. I am very happy, and I am one who really scrutinizes painting! I would use this company again.

After purchasing the deal on Angie's List, the provider made contact via email to let me know that he was scheduling about 2 weeks out. The last part of May and most of June was rainy. So, the provider kept me updated on the status of his scheduling. There was a brief break in the rain and he came out to pressure wash my house. He did a great job! I was pleased.

This year has been extremely challenging with rain through much of May and June so the job got started a little late, of course there is nothing FTC could do about that. All inquiries were responded to quickly and the team that came out to work on the house did an excellent job. They worked very hard from early morning to late evening. They were courteous and kept everything clean and tidy and also cleaned up very nicely before leaving. I'm couldn't be happier with how the project went.

I called 13 people from Angie's List and interviewed everyone. I chose him because of his professionalism, personality, and the best guarantee. My payment wasn't due until the job was finished. I was overly satisfied and overly amazed. It was the best job I?ve ever seen! They were fast, friendly, competent, and stayed exactly on scheduled. I highly recommend them, and would use them over and over!

They were flexible on site. They also were very good about following up with me. They were prompt! They also cleaned up after themselves.

They kept us informed and updated along the way, had to wait out several weeks of rain before they could do the job. The job was completed to our satisfaction.

It went perfectly. They called before they power-washed to make sure all windows were closed. After power-washing, the next day they repaired any damaged wood and added primer to raw wood spots. The third day was a VERY long day for them...painting wood trim, gutters, downspouts, and doors on a Tudor-style home (with stripes) is never easy, and they did a really fantastic job. They were on site about 12 hours, 8 AM - 8 PM. They even put the downspouts back up for us overnight because there was a chance of rain. Then, the same crew came back 12 hours later at 8 AM the next morning and finished up in a couple more hours. End result is fantastic. I'm impressed with their speed, cleanliness, attention to detail, and extremely hard work!

Work is superb and they have a quality control manager who oversees all the work and will attend to any issues. I've used them before for painting a fence and they are just great to work with.

They arrived on time; were very professional in their approach to the job, (especially Jeff) and cleaned up completely. They stayed on the job and followed up with me until I was satisfied with their work. I would hire them again.

Everything went smoothly. The job was completed in record time! The painters were prompt, efficient, and did detailed work. They were pleasant and after working steadily, cleaned up completely at the end of the day. We are very happy with the whole experience, from our first call to them throughout the entire process....including the walk around inspection Jeff did to be sure the company was also pleased with the work performed.

Overall I was very impressed by the quality and price. We have a rather large swing set out back and they did a great job of cleaning the old debris and mold off by pressure washing it. We then had some rotted wood that needed replaced and it was done perfectly. Finally, they applied two coats of fresh paint which not only makes it look fantastic, but will also protect it for the next 10 years. We couldn't be happier with the work that was done and will continue to use Fresh Touch for all our outdoor painting needs.

Mark and his team very excellent!!! If it was not for the never ending rain, this would have been completed much faster!! Once the weather was ok for painting, they were able to come and complete the job in a day and a half!!! Nice work and excellent attention to details!!! Would recommend them to all my friends!!!

Hired them from an Angie's List deal. Expected one room to be painted, instead they were able to paint three. Could not be more pleased. The rooms were truly done to perfection. We have hired them to come back and do the entire exterior of our house.

That went perfect. They came out just a month back. The service cost me $195. They came around when I wasn't home. They've done a better job than anybody before them. They wash more things under their pricing scheme and they give you a lot of physical options. I would use them again.

Beautiful work and I am still so amazed at how perfect the edge lines are near the ceiling. I have used this company in the past for another $200 for 8 hours of painting deal and the quality is consistent. Very happy! I will probably buy another one soon to get the kitchen painted and maybe another bedroom and bathroom! The only thing that I had a problem with is the owner came to visit unexpectedly and walked right in my home without ringing the door bell or knocking. For a brief moment, I was scared he was an intruder until he introduced himself. Please knock/ring door bells!

Our house had never been power washed. He showed up on time. He looked over the house and mentioned that some of the rust stains might not come out. After the job was done, we went over what was done and the places with alge. The was rust stains were almost completely removed. You had to know where the stains were to even see a faint discoloration. The entire house looks like we put up new siding.I would highly recommend this company.

Took them a few weeks to get to it, but once they did, the house looked great afterwards.

The price was very reasonable. I was able to use an Angie's list deal for the house and they added in the decks at minimal cost. The guy who came out to do the work was fantastic. He insisted on discussing some loose paint areas to ensure there were no negative surprises. They did a great job and were wonderful to work with! I'll definitely use this company in the future for other projects.

Mark was very attentive and responsive. Almost immediately he was out to give me a quote. I didn't call him until November of 2014, so he was very forward that more likely than not the job could not be done until the spring. Sure enough, Mark was quickly in touch, as the weather began to warm up. His quotes were very detailed, and easy to understand. His crew took a little more than 1 day to complete the job, and they also purchased the paint for us. They were VERY nice, friendly, and professional. They did a nice job cleaning up after as well. I would recommend Mark and FTC painting for future jobs.
