I never write reviews but wanted to say a few words about Fresh Touch. Mark, Brian and Zach with Fresh Touch are great. We hired them to do 3 different jobs in as many months on a home we recently bought in Dublin. They basically painted the entire first and second floor, including the trim. They also repaired our kitchen ceiling which had been damaged by a water leak caused by a separate service provider. That party botched the repair and so we had to have the real professionals at Fresh Touch come back and take care of it and they did a great job (you would never know we had a problem). All of the work performed was top notch. All of the crew members were friendly and respectful of our home. And they kept to the schedule each time. We got a discount for a winter time special and that brought the cost in at a very acceptable level. I am (admittedly) hard to please and I have nothing but good things to say about them and would happily recommend them to anyone in the area looking to have painting done.

Very professional and organized. The work was contracted out, but the owner and quality control manager were highly involved every step of the way. They were also easy to reach and very responsive.
The crew was very careful with protecting my belongings and keeping clean while they worked. Different crew members returned for touch up work and only excepted the best.

Everything went smoothly from the estimate, scheduling to completion of the work.
They are very responsive and willing to work with you on your specific needs for your project. Any issues that cropped up during the work were addressed quickly and fairly.
They kept the house as clean as possible during the work. Furniture was moved to a central location and covered. There were minimal splatters in some areas but considering the amount of work done, this was expected. Everything was cleanable after the work was completed.
The finished work looks fantastic and we are more than pleased with the service provided. We will be using them again in the future.

The contractor recommended a paint supplier and facilitated a discount code. [Paint cost was not included in the price of the job] The paint suggestion was very good. The painters did an outstanding job. They taped and cut in expertly and though they did not come equipped with full-height ladders, were able to have a pair of ladders brought to the site within a few minutes. They covered the furniture, electronics, and flooring and cleaned up after they were done.
The only issue I had with this package was not knowing a) how much paint I would need for the jobs and b) how long the work would take. I originally planned to have two walls painted in the Master, but that task was estimated as adding another 2-3 hours to the job. I lucked out in purchasing enough paint for the what I'd planned.

Fresh Touch was great to work with from start to finish. In the initial estimate they were extremely professional and informative letting us know both their capabilities as well as potential challenges. Our home is older and a few rooms had wallpaper which Fresh Touch advised could create a few challenges. We appreciate the upfront nature of their communication and they were able to handle the wallpaper removal without any issues. We were pleasantly surprised when Fresh Touch was not only the most impressive quote we received, but it was also the most competitive quote among three others we got from other painters on Angies List.
Before they started they arranged for us to be able to pick up a few complimentary samples at the paint store. The painters were early or on time every morning during the project and even managed to finish a little early. Their communication was perfect throughout the project letting us know when they would be there each day and when they finished. They did all of the prep work then put the rooms back together when they were finished making it a very seamless process. At the end of the project they sent in their own QA guy to ensure the project was up to both their and our standard.

I contacted Fresh Touch and was able to set up a time for a free estimate a couple of days later. Brian, who came out to give the estimate, was on time and very professional. He handed me a packet of papers that included their certificate of liability insurance and workers com information along with facts, frequently asked questions and reviews. We went over what I wanted done and Brian was very thorough in his explanations and helpful with his suggestions. He told me I would have the written estimate from Mark within 48 hours. The next morning I had the estimate in my mailbox. The price was comparable to other estimates, actually a little better with a seasonal discount.
I decided to use Fresh Touch because of the professionalism shown in our first communications, quick responses to inquiries, and they gave me the impression they would do a good job. The job was scheduled about a week later and confirmed the day before. That morning, two painters showed up a little before 8 a.m. We went over exactly what was to be done again and they got started. The job took 2 days. The first day was mostly prep and painting of the trim. I was very impressed with the prep work. They were very thorough in making sure the walls were ready for paint the next day. Their attention to details is the reason the paint job looks so great! Both days, Brian stopped by to check on their work and see if I had any issues and there were none. After they painters finished on the second day, they cleaned up everything and even ran the sweeper throughout before leaving. Shortly after they left, I received a call from Brian checking to make sure that I was happy with the job. I couldn't have been more pleased! We hired Fresh Touch Custom Painting to paint the interior of our home. We also used them during the summer of 2015 to paint the exterior. They did an excellent job both times. Our recent experience was outstanding.. The process took nearly 2 1/2 weeks and would have been longer had they not been able to have a large enough crew. At times during the job they had 8 people working. The crew size varied depending on the painting requirements for that day. They took extremely good care of our home and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. As expected there were a few paint drips on the floor and they took great care removing those each day. They used lots of plastic and tarps to keep paint away from furniture and floors. They moved and replaced all furniture as required. They were very careful and there were no damages to our home or furnishings. We periodically made a visual inspection looking for drips and marked them with blue painters' tape. They cleaned up all of them. At the end of the job, we did a walk through with the supervisor and found a few minor items. All of these were corrected immediately. They have another supervisor who periodically visited the job to make sure that everything was going well and that we were satisfied. They also have a quality control person who visited the job a few times. So their work was excellent and the crew members were very polite and accommodated any requests we had. The crew supervisor asked us daily if we had any questions or concerns. We made a few minor requests and they were addressed promptly. They also left us several partial cans of paint labeled with the colors so we would have a supply of touch-up paint. The end result is that the interior of our home looks better than it ever has during the 8 years we have lived in it. If you are looking for an excellent company to paint the interior or exterior of your home, we would most certainly recommend you consider Fresh Touch Custom Painting.

These guys are great. They communicated well, were clean and professional, and arrived always on time. The master was done with two coats in a single day with a crew of 4-5. After the powder room was done, I changed my mind on the color I picked and asked them to come back to change it. All that work was included in the price I noted. This was a lot of work overall with the powder room project, so the price was very reasonable. I plan to hire them again for another pending project. Because of the season, we did get a discount on their regular prices which is prorated according the total amount of the job.

The Fresh Touch team was absolutely fantastic! They were very respectful of our home and the things in it and were quite pleasant and fun to have around. The woman on the team even taught my grandson a little Spanish. When I saw them taking photos of some of the things on the walls so they could put them back, I knew we had a company that really cares about the quality of their work, and I was certainly provien correct. They went out of their way to find a unique color that we requested and to help us match paint with some curatains that proved a little tricky. If you are looking for someone to paint, call them. You will be glad you did!

It looks great, my walls are a beautiful white. It was an 8 hour deal, but he painted only one 12x15 room in that time. My husband was very upset. We were hoping to have two rooms painted in that time. I have painted 2 rooms myself, in 8 hours, and he was only able to do one. He didn't include the ceiling either, because he claimed it wasn't included in the deal. I had to pay some else to paint the ceiling. I am giving them a C overall because the work was just okay. I'm giving them a C for pricing, because I had to pay someone else to paint the ceiling. I would use this company again, but not a Big Deal offer.

We would have painted your ceiling if you requested that scope of work to be performed so not sure why you said it was not included. You did not ask us to paint the ceiling but assumed it was included so when you noticed we did not paint the ceiling you inquired about it. Awesome!! Worker was punctual, courteous, professional, and willing to put up with me changing my mind a few times! He went straight to work with all of his own tools and supplies - there was no dawdling or playing around - he stayed focused and completed the jobs very well. And then he cleaned up after himself - vacuuming and taking out the trash.
I wanted to add something else - I was asking about some specialized painting jobs in the future with him and his boss. They were honest and told me that they did not have that expertise - they did not try to take advantage of me in accepting a job they could not complete well. And they told me ways to find what I needed on Angie's List. I was very impressed with their work ethic.

This is the second time we have used Fresh Touch Custom Painting. The first time was for exterior painting and they did a great job. This time it was for interior painting and again they did a fantastic job. Armando and Jose were very professional, detailed, cleaned up through out the process not just at the end and were very polite and nice to our dogs which is very important to us. They did a great job of patching and sanding the walls too in areas where there were blemishes. They had a lot of wall space to cover and I didn't think they could get it all done in one day but they worked really well together and got 2 coats of paint on all the walls and went back and did any touch ups that were needed. The owner even stopped by to check in on them and make sure I was happy. I would definitely use them again for both exterior and interior painting. I highly recommend them.
