We utilized the complementary color consultant to help us pick out new colors for our house. The process with the consultant was fast and fun and when she left we had a list of paint colors and where they were to be used on the house (door, shutters, etc.). When the work was scheduled to be started the house was pressure washed the week before and then painters arrived early in the morning and worked through early evening to get the job done as fast as possible. They asked if we had questions or concerns during the process and quickly fixed any minor issues. The only hiccup in the whole process is that someone needed to be home to communicate with the painters what colors got painted where as it seems they did not have the same paper we did which mapped out where the colors went. The paint turned out great.

Guy who gave the quote was punctual and responsive. However we didn't go with this company because they were 2100.00 more than one company and 1950.00 more than another company, both companies rated A's on Angie's List. It also bothered me that this company has a coupon for 8hrs of drywall for 350.00; when I asked if our repair would take 80 hrs (they quoted us 3900.00) the reply was that should have been discussed when they came out and our quote was fine with consideration for the company's schedule. I should add the majority of the job is applying drywall to an area where a soffet was removed-cabinets will be covering this area so no finishing will be required.

This is a well run company. The power washing team came first, and then a couple of days later, the painters arrived early in the morning and prepped and prepared all of the surfaces to be painted. They filled carpenter bee defects and caulked where appropriate. The paint job they did was phenomenal. It took their painters about three days as it is a large house, but they did not rush the job at all. They didn't miss anywhere, and they didn't get paint anywhere where it should not be. They also used top quality Sherwin Williams paint for the house, and their top quality solid color stain for the decks and railings. It looks amazing....like a new house. We highly recommend this company.

I found FTC Painting on Angies List. They have been great to work with from estimate through job completion.Their price was reasonable and comparable to most similarly rated companies. My old frame house had a lot of prep and exterior detail and they still completed the job (house and garage) in four days, which speaks to their work ethic. The painting crew was skilled, efficient, and task oriented. Each day they left the job site immaculate. The site supervisor was easily available, responsive to my questions and requested tweaks in the plan, and made stylistic suggestions that enhanced the color choices. My house looks spectacular. I learned they also do interior painting and I will call on them in the future when I have interior painting needs.

Identified Fresh Touch through ratings on Angie's list. Contacted them and the were prompt to provide an estimate. It was not the cheapest or the most expensive. But it was the best and fair for both of us. They engaged a color contractor from Sherwin-Williams to help us pick a color (very different than our original), and she was great. She prevented us from going too dark and showed us exactly what the finished product would look like. Mark/Brian gave us an approximate date, showed up on time for power washing, prep, and finally painting. Their full time crew showed up and knocked it out exactly like they said. Start to finish, they were done in 3-4 days. They made one mistake (color) on one part of the house, we called and it was fixed the same afternoon. They were very neat working each day and we noticed, a the very end, they made several trips around the house fine tuning any misses, drips, edges, etc. Mark, Brian, and crew were great. We didn't have anything to clean up after them. They did not bill us until after we were satisfied and they completed the work. Very Very professional. They did a great job. *Thanks all !!

It was great to deal directly with the owner of Fresh Touch. He answered all emails and questions we had (and we had plenty) very promptly. The crew that painted our house was very professional and we were very pleased with the work they performed. They had a crew here for 4 days about 10hrs a day doing prep and painting. The painters had great attention to detail. We had an issue when they painted our screen porch there was paint on the screens and the frames of the screen. We brought it to the Foreman's attention and he said they would get the issue corrected. They sent out two guys the next day. They spent the whole day, took all of our screens out and scraped all the paint off of the screen frames and replaced all the screens. We were very impressed and pleased. I would recommend Fresh Touch to anybody. They are very reasonably priced, professional and easy to get in contact with.

Extremely professional and efficient. Was surprised to see them do such a good job scraping off the old paint and apply caulk in the cracks of all the wood. They were careful painters and I especially liked that a color consultation with a Sherwin Williams Color specialist was included at no cost. The house has been completely transformed for the better.

When I made the decision to have the entire interior of my home painted I got on Angie's List and chose 4 well reviewed companies for estimates. After I made my choice I was sent a contract, which included a detailed list of all the areas I requested to be painted, with a price breakdown as well as a total. We settled on a date to begin. I was told the job would take approximately 5 days. They finished in 4. The painters were all very professional. They showed up on time every day, worked hard and cleaned up after themselves each evening. The foreman, Ronnie, was exceptionally nice and watched over his workers to make sure everything was done to his approval and mine. It was a big job, and there very few touch ups needed, which they responded to immediately. I would definitely recommend Fresh Touch to my friends and neighbors.

I initially contacted Fresh Touch because of an Angie's list big deal. Mark sent over a guy to estimate the job, and it was bigger than the big deal, but since it was winter, I ended up with a great deal price-wise. I was a little nervous about hiring a painter because I have always painted the walls myself; but this was a big job, so I decided to hire Fresh Touch and I'm REALLY glad I did. Ishmal is an AWESOME painter and super fast! He showed up with another woman first thing on Monday and they cleaned up each day before I got home. They were in and out in 3 days and the paint job is near perfect. I am really, really picky and I could not have asked for a better job. I will definately be using Fresh Touch again! Thank you so much for making my first contract interior paint job a great experience!

This company was great to work with from start to finish. Mark Tabor has assembled an excellent team at Fresh Touch Custom Painting. Pricing was very competitive. I made some changes along the way, and each time they were very accommodating. The crew was very friendly and hard working. Their follow-up was excellent. I would definitely use them again.

I never write reviews but wanted to say a few words about Fresh Touch. Mark, Brian and Zach with Fresh Touch are great. We hired them to do 3 different jobs in as many months on a home we recently bought in Dublin. They basically painted the entire first and second floor, including the trim. They also repaired our kitchen ceiling which had been damaged by a water leak caused by a separate service provider. That party botched the repair and so we had to have the real professionals at Fresh Touch come back and take care of it and they did a great job (you would never know we had a problem). All of the work performed was top notch. All of the crew members were friendly and respectful of our home. And they kept to the schedule each time. We got a discount for a winter time special and that brought the cost in at a very acceptable level. I am (admittedly) hard to please and I have nothing but good things to say about them and would happily recommend them to anyone in the area looking to have painting done. Mark

Very professional and organized. The work was contracted out, but the owner and quality control manager were highly involved every step of the way. They were also easy to reach and very responsive. The crew was very careful with protecting my belongings and keeping clean while they worked. Different crew members returned for touch up work and only excepted the best. Very pleased!

Everything went smoothly from the estimate, scheduling to completion of the work. They are very responsive and willing to work with you on your specific needs for your project. Any issues that cropped up during the work were addressed quickly and fairly. They kept the house as clean as possible during the work. Furniture was moved to a central location and covered. There were minimal splatters in some areas but considering the amount of work done, this was expected. Everything was cleanable after the work was completed. The finished work looks fantastic and we are more than pleased with the service provided. We will be using them again in the future.

The contractor recommended a paint supplier and facilitated a discount code. [Paint cost was not included in the price of the job] The paint suggestion was very good. The painters did an outstanding job. They taped and cut in expertly and though they did not come equipped with full-height ladders, were able to have a pair of ladders brought to the site within a few minutes. They covered the furniture, electronics, and flooring and cleaned up after they were done. The only issue I had with this package was not knowing a) how much paint I would need for the jobs and b) how long the work would take. I originally planned to have two walls painted in the Master, but that task was estimated as adding another 2-3 hours to the job. I lucked out in purchasing enough paint for the what I'd planned.

Fresh Touch was great to work with from start to finish. In the initial estimate they were extremely professional and informative letting us know both their capabilities as well as potential challenges. Our home is older and a few rooms had wallpaper which Fresh Touch advised could create a few challenges. We appreciate the upfront nature of their communication and they were able to handle the wallpaper removal without any issues. We were pleasantly surprised when Fresh Touch was not only the most impressive quote we received, but it was also the most competitive quote among three others we got from other painters on Angies List. Before they started they arranged for us to be able to pick up a few complimentary samples at the paint store. The painters were early or on time every morning during the project and even managed to finish a little early. Their communication was perfect throughout the project letting us know when they would be there each day and when they finished. They did all of the prep work then put the rooms back together when they were finished making it a very seamless process. At the end of the project they sent in their own QA guy to ensure the project was up to both their and our standard. After having an unpleasant experience with another painting company working with Fresh Touch was great. Fresh Touch did not require any deposit upfront and did not require payment until the project was both complete and up to our standards which is extremely rare to see. I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend them to others.

I contacted Fresh Touch and was able to set up a time for a free estimate a couple of days later. Brian, who came out to give the estimate, was on time and very professional. He handed me a packet of papers that included their certificate of liability insurance and workers com information along with facts, frequently asked questions and reviews. We went over what I wanted done and Brian was very thorough in his explanations and helpful with his suggestions. He told me I would have the written estimate from Mark within 48 hours. The next morning I had the estimate in my mailbox. The price was comparable to other estimates, actually a little better with a seasonal discount. I decided to use Fresh Touch because of the professionalism shown in our first communications, quick responses to inquiries, and they gave me the impression they would do a good job. The job was scheduled about a week later and confirmed the day before. That morning, two painters showed up a little before 8 a.m. We went over exactly what was to be done again and they got started. The job took 2 days. The first day was mostly prep and painting of the trim. I was very impressed with the prep work. They were very thorough in making sure the walls were ready for paint the next day. Their attention to details is the reason the paint job looks so great! Both days, Brian stopped by to check on their work and see if I had any issues and there were none. After they painters finished on the second day, they cleaned up everything and even ran the sweeper throughout before leaving. Shortly after they left, I received a call from Brian checking to make sure that I was happy with the job. I couldn't have been more pleased! By the way, no money was paid until they were finished with the job and Brian had contacted me. A couple of days later I received an invoice by email from Mark and happily mailed off the check. I am already planning my next painting job and I will be using Fresh Touch Custom Painting!
