Everything always goes well. This is the third time I've used them, they painted my trim a few years ago and now have pressured washed the house twice since. Always a smooth process, highly recommend!

Everything went Great, from my initial Contact to finish. They have Great systems in place with e-mail, Texting, Phone and all communication. All the people I delt with were knowledge and respectful. I felt like I always knew what was going on and where we were in the process.

From the very beginning , I was impressed with the professionalism of the sales representative, Brian, who came out to give us an estimate. He was very honest and answered all my questions and was very upfront with the pricing and gave a thorough explanation of the process, who would be contacting me, about how long it would take, etc. The crew that actually did the painting was equally professional and cleaned up after themselves everyday. Very reasonable price for services performed and I would definitely use them again without hesitation for any painting jobs. The house looks great. Thanks!

The communication, employees and paint job were excellent. A mistake was made (wrong color painted in a tricky area), but the company worked hard to make sure we were completely satisfied. Mistakes happen - it was refreshing to work with a company who takes responsibility rather than walks away. This paint job was 3 years ago. We just noticed paint flaking high on the chimney. I sent them a picture Fresh Touch came and fixed it within a week! I’m impressed!

Everyone with whom we worked at Fresh Touch Custom Painting was professional. Zach did the estimate and handled the early phase of the job. Gail was very helpful with the color coordination. Because of the brick siding we had, we really had to go through several samples to get the right color for the wood trim. Her help was very valuable to us. Brian and the rest of the paint crew were punctual, professional, and hard-working. They helped address a few additional items as the work progressed and were easy to work with. Great quality job all around! We would recommend FTC for your painting needs.

FTC painting was a positive experience from the quote to the project completion. Brian did a thorough evaluation of the work that needed to be done and provided a very affordable quote. He was easy to work with as was the team sent to do the work and the office person. The exterior was painted, including all trim, metal awnings painted, interior of screened in porch painted and all exterior doors as well. I have received many compliments from my neighbors and my next door neighbor is asking for a quote now based on viewing the work on my home. I am very happy with the process and outcome.

Fresh Touch painting company is wonderful! Their prices are great, they show up when they said they would, they use a high grade paint, they clean up after themselves, their work is perfection and they go above and beyond. We have more condominiums to paint and we will definitely use them again. They painted a four unit condo building for us.

People who hardly spoke English were sent. They did terrible work that had to be redone only after I had to keep calling, it was like I was the only one who cared whether or not they were doing the right thing. There was no supervisor checking on the work-- I was left to deal with the painters who were doing a terrible job and guess what? Paint began peeling on the exterior, only a year later. I hired them because of their great reviews. It may be that the company decided that because we're two women, he could give us the worst of his worst. Who knows why this business thinks it can treat paying customers like that?

The painters were top notch. There was a tricky repair to my bay window that was handled with excellent prep work and resulted in a beautiful result. We will use Fresh Touch Custom Painting again.

The Fresh Touch Custom Painting team arrived on time and worked in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. The team leader kept me apprised of their progress and alerted me to some additional repairs that needed to be addressed. My home was custom built in 1988. In those days oak was the wood of choice. The cabinet stained was exactly matched. Some work was done on site. Some drawers and cabinet doors were in such need of repair, they were done in their shop and reinstalled the next day. I can honestly say they looked better than the day they were first stained! All the staining mistakes made over 30 years ago were corrected with a circular sander. Since my home was last painted 11 years ago there was a slight variation in the color of the paint. This meant that the entire wall had to be painted after the water damage was repaired. The owner agreed to do this at his cost. Also the original builder did not properly stain my living room window seat. This was also sanded and stained at his cost. Lastly a kitchen cabinet door was missed and that was repaired and stained. The pricing for this project was fair as were the additional costs. The team carefully protected my possessions. My wife and I are seniors. The team would not let us lift anything. They cleaned up afterwards using our vacuum and even got down on their hands and knees picking up any remaining remnants of the job. Now only would I use them again and recommend them I wish I could give them 6 stars!

It was a great experience from getting the quote, to having a color consultant help us with color selection to the actual power washing caulking, board replacement, staining/painting. This is an exceptional company-- if anything, better than when we first used them 8 years ago. They were timely and accurate communicators, they used exactly the products and colors we specified, they were neat workers who cleaned up every night before leaving, they were careful of our (new) landscaping and they completed the job on time. We are more than happy with the work that was done. This crew is very experienced and it shows! I plan to hire them to paint several rooms next spring.

I used Fresh Touch the last time I had my house painted. That paint job lasted 10 years and I've never had a paint job last that long so I contracted with them again. The crew finished the job in 2 and a half days and did a great job. They were very detail oriented and easy to work with. I wouldn't hire any other painting company.

Great! Fresh Touch had painted my house trim about 6 years ago. I was pleased with their work then so I hired them again. For this job, the price was reasonable. They kept in touch regarding schedule. The crew was polite and professional. The fence looks like new, and they cleaned up the work area.
