We've used FTC before several years ago (to paint exterior (wood) of home -- their prep was excellent, paid attention to all the details, used tarps and cleaned up everything). Not only were they timely, they were courteous, informative and professional - from the initial meeting, to the last meeting to reinstall my cabinets. And, my cabinets looked fantastic when they were done - a friend thought I had purchased new cabinets. I would hire FT again and again.

I got a list of 11-12 people from you. They all came out. I tried to be fastidious. Got the estimates. I chose this one guy. He redid the front of my house. I have vinyl on three sides and the front is that kind of faux Tudor, kind of plastery off white with the brown boards that go across. Well some of the paint was chipping off. I've had this house since '89 and it was built in the 70s. It was fine for years and years, but now it was starting to crack, and this company came, charged me, did the job and then the next year it started peeling and problems and the boards were bowing. So I called them and they came back and they fixed it and said "We're not charging you, but we told you at the time this wasn't permanent or wouldn't last." And I was just very much upset. Then I noticed it starting to flake and all cracking and starting to mildew up into the front. Needless to say, I'm upset. The thing that was kind of annoying is he never told me this was a temporary fix. I like 13 different people come and give me estimates. I'm just very annoyed, to say the least. Maybe she just should not have taken this job. I originally wrote something nice about him because it looked great. But what was troublesome to me is I had hired a husband and wife team to come out and do it and it lasted like 15 years. They kept postponing me because of the weather. I got it, it has to be dry. "Oh, we're backed up, there are people ahead of you." Which is true. It was rainy, but it was more of an inconvenience more than anything else. He fixed something that he really didn't know how to fix. A lot of people passed on it. I'm afraid I've got mold now. I'm just kind of miffed. The person who came out and did the work covered my bushes and was really nice to my animals. The price was right around what other people were bidding. It was fine. The work was great, but it was not the right work. They did the wrong thing and it didn't last at all, what they did. My main complaint was that I was not advised this was a temporary fix. Punctual. My review is on the guy that did the work. I would use the people who worked for him, but we wouldn't use the owner again.

Outstanding. This was the third time I used Fresh Touch Painting. Each time they have been very professional. The painters were extremely good painting. They moved heavy furniture and put everything back with ease. I will definitely use them again. From Mark, the owner to all the staff everyone is outstanding. A very reliable company.

Working with Fresh Touch was pleasant from the beginning. I had lots of questions about stain vs. paint, and they were very patient and informative. The crew that performed the work was very meticulous and hard working, and they cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. The most impressive thing about this company is that THEY were not happy with the quality of the stain when the job was finished, so they had a rep from the stain manufacturer come out to assess and suggest a solution... Fresh Touch was back to fix it just days later. Impeccable quality control! So impressed! We will definitely be using them again in the future!

I was extremely happy with Fresh Touch. The estimator was friendly, honest and responsive. The guys who did the work did a great job. They showed up on time, were courteous and worked very hard the whole time they were there. The quality of work was outstanding and I was also impressed that a supervisor came back a few days later to do a walk through and to make sure that I was happy with the work. I would definitely use them again.

Great! The painters showed up on time and were very professional. They seemed to really care whether or not we were happy with the work done and they also offered an Angie's list discount which is great.

From the email communication with the owner, the professional sales meeting with Zach and continued follow-up as well with Zach to the entire crew. Everyone was exceptionally professional, courteous, punctual and superb cleanliness. They took their shoes off when entering the house and even when they painted. The crew were always outside before their assignment fifteen minutes before start time. Sebastian, the paint crew leader was friendly and professional as well. All of our furniture was properly covered and protected. Their attention to detail was exceptional. They worked hard and diligently. They were intentional and passionate about their workmanship.

Project went smoothly and as explained by the project manager, Brian McCue. After obtaining several quotes, and understanding the various processes different bidders were advocating, we decided to go with Fresh Touch Custom Painting. We felt the price was very fair, the method of applying the paint and steps to achieve finished product were preferable to us. Would not hesitate to utilize them for future painting projects, both inside and outside the home.

The finished product looks excellent! The crew was on time and very courteous. They were very willing to work around us and the other improvements we were having completed during the painting process (new appliances). It did take one day longer and more paint than the original estimate but that was a small inconvenience to achieve the great end result.

We were in a situation where we needed to get someone to paint in a time crunch, and Fresh Touch was able to get a crew together to help us very quickly. They were also able to correct some troublesome paint spots that were left over from the previous owner. Zach came out to assess the job in person to make sure that everything was to our liking. They were very professional, and their customer service is top notch.

It went very well. They did excellent work. The trim looks brand new. They are very professional and easy to work with. They stand behind their work 100%.

FTC Painting did an excellent job painting the exterior of my home, including the detached garage and two porches. The price was competitive to other quotes I received and the bulk of the work was completed in four days. ? The painting crew was friendly and respectful of our property and neighbors. ? They did a great job of cleaning up at the end of the day, and the only trash I found were a couple scraps of painters tape in the mulch under a window. ? The quotation process was very quick and easy, and the proposal was broken down into detailed line items so I knew exactly what work was to be performed and how much each part would cost. ? The owner, Mark, is easy to deal with and responded within 12 hours or so to all of my emails ? They took the time to properly prep the house before painting, including power washing everything, scraping off loose paint and filling in cracks and holes with caulk. ? The results look great and very professional, with nice clean lines where two colors meet and around the windows. What could have been better: ? Some of the work was completed on a Saturday but we were not notified that they would be coming out on the weekend. I would have preferred to know that they were coming out on a weekend since we had a relative coming over that day. ? After the work was completed I did an inspection and found a few minor things that needed touched up. FTC promptly responded to complete the remaining items, but missed one of them so I had to notify them again. They came out the next day and completed the last item.

Crew was on time, professional, hard working, efficient and meticulous in their work; size of crew allowed for the entire job (i.e. carpentry and painting) to be completed in one day; and clean-up was thorough. Results were outstanding. Would highly recommend.

Mark and Zach did a great job. They were timely, polite, patient and professional.

It went very well, I was impressed with the level of detail when they prepped my house to be painted, hand sanding and scraping, I have wood windows with individual panes/grids that require more labor and they did a good job. I am very detail oriented and picky, they exceeded my expectations. I will be using them again for my interior next.

Terrific. The workers were on time, worked very hard, and were very professional. The painting job looks great. The were careful to clean up after their work and made sure we were pleased before leaving.

We are very pleased with the entire experience. Everything from the estimate by Zack and the patching and sanding by Annibal and his partner went smoothly. They covered all of our furniture and swept everything. There was very little dust at all while they were sanding because they were so careful to vacuum as they were working. They always asked after they were done for the day if we were satisfied. Then Zach would call to make sure everything went well.

Great! I got an estimate for the work in the fall but not in time to have the work done before the cold weather arrived. The company said they would contact me in the spring when weather conditions improved and they did. They were flexible in setting the day for the work to be done and arrived as scheduled. They did the work in appropriate weather conditions using the paint sheen I selected. They we're friendly and did a professional job on the house and with clean up. When I pointed out what I thought was a paint smudge on the viynl, the painter happily unloaded his ladder and took care of it despite it turning out to be silicone from an old home repair rather than paint. I can't thank this company enough for the excellent and stress free job they provided- it was a much needed positive experience after a very negative one with another company that stained my deck.
