They did a good job, my house was clean. I came back and every spot that I thought needed to get done, got hit. They did a good job. I've used them before and I would use them again. I didn't feel there was anything they could improve on.

Fresh Touch did an excellent job. The siding looks as it must have looked 47 years ago when it was new. They were highly professional from the first call to the very much appreciated follow up. The crew were polite, considerate, and very hard working. We are very satisfied and will definitely call them again. Highly Recommend!

Went okay. I'm a little picky about painting, I'll admit, and I appreciate them coming back out to touch up the master bath, but as time goes on, I see more and more issues where workmanship was lacking - for what I thought I was getting. They did okay, but I would go in a different direction the next time, but like I said, I'm picky, so they might be great for you!

We wanted to update and brighten our kitchen but did not want to spend $45,000 on new cabinets when ours were in great shape. We already knew that we wanted to paint them instead of restaining and started to shop around for estimates. We were getting some pretty outrageous estimates and then saw Fresh Touch Custom Painting's coupon on Angie's List. Although we had more drawers and doors than their add was for, they adjusted it accordingly and were still a fraction of some the estimates we had already received. We called them up and Zach came over and explained their process and the estimated time for completion. We had planned on painting the kitchen walls ourselves, but I did not want to risk messing up their work so we hired them to paint the walls at a very reasonable price. We had just had our floors refinished and had concerns about them being marred, but when the crew arrived they covered the floors to protect them and worked very efficiently finishing most of the painting the first day. They took the doors and drawer fronts with them to finish back at the shop. Even without the doors and drawers back on, our kitchen was transformed that first day. It was so much brighter and up to date and completely changed our whole first floor. When the doors and drawers where returned and we had changed the backsplash, the outcome was amazing! The owner Mark kept in touch throughout the process and was very helpful. We have already had multiple friends complement our new kitchen and ask for their number. We highly recommend them to renew your old kitchen!

Great! Punctual and got the job done early

Job went great. Got a power wash done a couple weeks ahead then a couple weeks later the painting was taken care of. The crew arrived on time and double check what was being done with me. They caulked any gaps as needed and repaired the trim around my garage door. Everything turned out just as expected. ~1240 square foot ranch

Work went as expected. We had Fresh Touch perform cabinet refacing for us last Fall, and were pleased with the work. Thus, when we determined that it was time also for the exterior of our home to receive a needed paint refresh this Spring they were our first call. I always obtain several quotes, and Fresh Touch was again highly competitive and the actual work to be done and materials selected were an advantage to their bid as well. Add to the fact that we already have experience with them, it was an easy decision. The work was completed with a crew of 4-5 each day and took roughly 3 days. The crew worked well, paid attention to detail, and the exterior of our home looks outstanding and probably as good if not better than it did brand-new. Thanks to Brian (project manager) and Mark (owner) for another first class experience. Would not hesitate to recommend them for any job.

We were very pleased with the execution of the project from beginning to end. Mark came out to review the project with us and provide an estimate. He was knowledgeable and efficient so we were aware of what to expect when work began. Lorenzo and Luis were prompt and polite and attention was paid to detail with an emphasis on quality as they worked. This included a visit by Zach to see how the work was going while in process. Zach also followed up after the work was completed to make sure things had been done to our satisfaction. We will definitely seek to use the company again for future projects.

Excellent experience from the beginning to the end. The staff were friendly and promptly responded to our inquiries. We thought a portion of our neighbor's fence that faces our house was included in the estimate. When the misunderstanding was discovered, they offered to stain that portion of the fence at no additional cost. We left the gate unlocked when we went to work that morning and returned to a completed job that we were thrilled with. Now that's service.

Their work is impeccable, on schedule, and reasonably priced. Their employees are professional, extremely responsive, and they are helpful and flexible with color selections. Really did a great job. Zach scheduled and oversaw, making the whole process smooth. Shout out to Armando and Sebastian (and really the whole crew!). They were all fantastic. We needed some drywall repair before they painted and it really came out well. The team was very punctual and professional. They were accommodating to our needs and schedule. They moved all furniture and removed blinds before painting. Zach responded promptly to any questions or concerns we had. We are very happy with the results and will be using them again.

Everything went great. Company was very responsive, kept in touch with me through entire process. Painters did a very professional job. We went over everything before they started. They brought in three painters, started in the morning around 8:00am (right on time) - did the job in one day, had everything cleaned up by the time I got home at around 4:30pm (actually did the job quicker than I thought they could). The results were awesome - I was very happy with their work, and would definitely hire them again.
