Fresh Touch is a great company to work with, starting from the beginning. Zach and Mark, along with their crew did an excellent job. The whole house looks great! We will definitely use them again.

Estimate was given by Zach in July of 2017. He was very courteous and willing to discuss details of the project. He emailed the estimate within a week and indicated they were scheduling in September. I accepted their bid after getting an estimate from another company. I was contacted to schedule the power washing in September. This work was performed in about a half day. The painting crew arrived about a week later. They performed the work very quickly taking about a day and a half. Cleanup was good. There were some paint chips from scrapping on the driveway but the plantings around the perimeter of the house were covered and were undamaged by ladders. The crew was very neat with clean edges were the trim met the siding and no paint was seen to be left on glass surfaces. One little strip of facia board was missed above a piece of gutter. I contacted Zach about it and the crew was back within a few days to correct that. My only criticism (which is not a big deal because of the short duration of the project) is the crew played a loud radio while they were working. I didn't ask them to turn it down. I'm assuming they would have if I had asked. In conclusion I am very happy with the outcome and would hire Fresh Touch again.

My small house was badly in need of painting. Now, I am getting compliments from my neighbors and people passing by. The house went from dull gray to a cheery blue. It looks fantastic. I contacted Fresh Touch Custom Painting because of the great ratings & reviews on Angie's List. I met in the Spring with Zach to get an estimate. He gave me a sizable Angie's List discount that brought the cost down to where the other company I contacted couldn't compete. Since I was not in any hurry and flexible about when the job was to be done, I was scheduled for sometime late summer to early fall. The workmen took two days to prep and paint the house. The third day was spent staining a 6-foot privacy fence that encloses my back yard and a shorter fence along my drive. The workmen did a great job. At the end of each day they cleared the yard of debris and put their tools & ladders away. Cleaning up afterwards may seem like a small thing but it does make a difference to me.

All work was completed exceeding our expectations. Workers were professional and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards.

The sales, scheduling, and painting crews were top-notch. The job included power washing, caulking, painting and staining. The house looks incredible and they made sure that no paint chips were left behind from the power washing.

They did a really good job. The owner of the company, of the five days they were out there he may have been on my property for two hours. One day he never showed up. If we would have had a major problem there wouldn't have been anyway to get a hold of him but call him Which we had to to once.

Fresh Touch painted the exterior of our house in June 2017. They did a fantastic job. Their employees were careful, worked really hard, and we felt they treated our house as they would their own. I give them the highest possible ratings.

Everything went great. They were very professional and did an exceptional job. They even worked with a color consultant to help me select a color that would best work with the colors in my brick and stucco... at no additional cost. They guarantee their work and you pay nothing until the job is complete. I will have them back next year to do my screened porch!

Went pretty good and house looks nice. I didn't fall off a ladder or take 2-3 years to do. They did not remove and replace cracked caulking where stucco abutted window brick molding or cedar trim around garage door. Maybe they considered that to be part of window painting. They did paint over the the caulking. I did not pursue since I planned on painting the windows and would take care of the caulking then. They did not caulk the joint where the front brick veneer met the stucco sidewall. Was discussed twice but I declined the supervisor's offer to make a third attempt.

The crew arrived at the stated time and were very professional. They did an excellent job of matching the existing stain. House was pressure washed first. All windows and exterior lighting was covered before painting began. Cracks and windows were caulked and nails were pounded in. We couldn't be more satisfied. Will definitely hire again!

Great! The house looks wonderful. Mark Tabor (owner) and Brian really know what they're doing. The 3 painters were professional, talented, and pleasant to work with. We have had them do interior painting in the past. We wouldn't use any other company for our painting needs.

Fresh Touch did an outstanding job on the painting of the exterior of our home. They were affordable, professional and reliable! Everything went very well from the estimate with Brian to the actual painting with Sebastian and his crew. We would definitely hire this company again!

What I would tell them is that again there is some urgency to it. They got someone out like within a week. Then they thought they would be done, they came out on an Thursday, and they weren't done by Friday evening. They came back on Saturday, and apparently they don't work on Saturday's, but they came back and done the work.

This company is outstanding. They were very accommodating and performed work on my tight time frame. I could not be happier with their professionalism from start to finish. In addition, my house looks fantastic. Thank you!

The guys were courteous, on-time, and did an excellent job and vacummed and cleaned up everything. We were very pleased with the results. We will hire them again for our living room and kitchen walls which will be our next project.

(continued) On the wood in front of the kitchen window, as soon as FTCP finished this area, my kitchen began to be invaded by ants. I asked FTCP why this happened and they had no explanation to account for it. No idea. I'm wondering: might they not have caulked it up? This would give the little buggers free entry, I had Ken look at that "repaired" area in front of the window and he showed me where a portion of the wood they did remove and replace was indeed rotted. You can touch it and it feels soft and spongy. I would like these things corrected but I'm not comfortable to think it will be done right. There were additional areas I planned to have painted to spiff up but I won't be hiring this company. Given the fact I already had to hire someone else to finish the job FTCP was hired to do and I must also hire somebody to go back and fix the deficiencies they left, I'm not going to pay them the rest of the $$$ in the contract and really think, by rights, they ought to refund the money I already paid them. Friends, I don't recommend this company. Furthermore, if you have what appears to be rotted wood on your house, don't hire an exterior paint company. You don't know how extensive the damage is and neither can someone giving you a quote. Just search Angie's List for "general contractors" and get them to do it. It will save you SO MUCH time, money, frustration and aggravation. In the end, you'll be much happier when it's done right the first time. : ))

Removed the mirrors, repaired the walls , Primed and painted wall a light yellow. Excellent and Professional job

Absolutely great! They got the powerwash done in one day and the staining done another day. It took a little time for them to get us on their schedule due to heavy rain in June, but that was expected. Will definitely call them the next time we need to stain!

It took a while to get on their schedule. But they moved quickly once the work started.

Excellent process. The proposal was done soon after my first call. We were able to iron out a few details by email. The work was done as scheduled. There was flexibility to adjust the scope of work (and price) while it was being done. The owner, supervisor, and all painters were attentive to detail and very pleasant to work with.

Courteous workers and quality work. I have recommended Fresh Touch to others and will continue to recommend them because I couldn't be more pleased.

It was a hard spring for them and they got way behind. It took about 3 months to get out here but I think that's not unreasonable under the circumstances. They communicated well. We were very pleased and I would recommend them. Communication was very good.

I would say they are just top notch. They're very professional, and I know I can depend on them to do a good job. I think it took them two days to finish. It was two people that did the work.

This group is amazing! Excellent talent!! They make it look so easy !!! They've done drywall repair, wood rot repair, filling holes in n outside my home. And Painting ! Good price, professional, quick to respond n perform. My favorite / most reliable contractor experience! I have used them several times in 3 years
