Everything went perfectly from beginning to end. I reached out for an appointment and got a very timely response and the appointment was. Brian came out and walked us through what they do, answered all our questions and got us set up. The team showed up on time and ready to go, very professional and very careful. Did a great job, including clean up. You couldn't tell anyone had been there except for the beautiful work they had done on the cabinets. We are very happy and would definitely use their services again.

This was a great experience from start to finish! We worked with Zach to get a quote and schedule. They were very competitive with two other estimates, all from highly rated Angie's List companies. Included in our contract was an appointment with a Sherwin Williams color consultant, which was very helpful! When the painting work started, Miguel and his team were so courteous, professional, and meticulous in their work. They completely protected furniture and sealed off rooms that would be painted. We had 2-6 painters working every day for two weeks. There were a few odds and ends that we asked to be added and Zach included them at a very reasonable or no additional cost. Miguel also offered to install our new doorknobs when they rehung the doors (we had asked them not to reuse the old brass doorknobs). This saved us time and money! Zach stopped by a few times to monitor the work and then walked through at the end and identified a few things that he wanted touched up, which were done a couple days later. We have already gotten estimates for future projects for FTC Painting to do at our home!

This job went fantastically well. We had 15+ year old cabinets in a dark wood that had also suffered some minor wear and tear. We wanted to update and brighten the kitchen at a reasonable cost. They came very quickly after I called to give us a quote - 4 actually for different jobs depending on what we decided we wanted to do. We chose to have everything except the island done (because we're replacing that soon). They offered to hand paint or spray paint the boxes, but we chose the spray because they doors/drawer-fronts were going to be sprayed and we wanted the texture to all be the same. We completely emptied the kitchen on a Tuesday. They came Wednesday to tape up everything in the kitchen and prime the cabinets. The first coat of spray went on Thursday and the last coat Friday morning. By Friday evening we were able to move back into the kitchen - so we only lost use of the kitchen for about 3 days! The doors/drawer fronts were taken to their shop, but returned the next Thursday, so the entire job from start to finish was barely more than a week! The cabinets look like they came from a showroom. When they were done putting everything back on, they touched up any tiny missed areas, had us look over it with a fine-tooth comb, and when they left we were completely satisfied. The were great with communication, the workers were fast, clean, friendly, and professional. It was one of the best things we've done in our house. The photos below are from 2/19, 2/22, and 3/1 so you can see how fast this was done.

Have used FTCP for various interior painting jobs in our home for the past year and they do excellent work. We had the pleasure to work with crew members; Rony, Danielle, John, BIG Jon and Little Jon, whom were friendly and knowledgeable. Brian goes above and beyond for the customers. Mark runs a professional company and overall experience has been positive.

Great experience! The exterior painting looks great, they were prompt and finished the job quickly and cleanly. Same for the kitchen cabinets (different people handled the 2 jobs) -- it looks great and I can't believe we waited this long to make the change!

Not sure what planet these guys are from! Easy to get estimate and schedule. Great price for perfect work. Very nice people. Easy email communication. Includes color consultation. Showed up on time. Did not stop until checking 3 times that we were satisfied. Only took payment after we were said we were done (not even a deposit). Professionalism like theirs is atypical for our planet.

Very well. Was very concerned about the stair casing work, as it was a gloss paint against a hardwood, deep stain stair step. Their preparation and detail work ensured that not a drop got on any of the 14 stair steps, even while my 2 curious kittens bothered them. They really did an excellent job.

From start to finish, they were nothing but professional. Prompt, courteous, and the results speak for themselves. We were very pleased with Fresh Touch Custom Painting, and would certainly recommend and use them again.

The power washing was thorough and complete. painting was done well and efficiently.

I had been shopping for painting companies to do kitchen cabinet painting for awhile and I had seen prices as high as $4000. When I saw the offer from Fresh Touch Custom Painting I was a little leery since their offer was $1650. My cabinets are a dark oak color and had seen 20 years of wear and tear and looked very dated. I wanted the cabinets to be a much lighter color and I was making some other updates to the kitchen including painting the walls and new floor as well, all in an effort to give the room a much more updated look. I met with Brian McCue to go over the process that they use and decided to hire them for the job. Danielle spent the first day removing the cabinet doors and drawers and to seal and begin painting the cabinet boxes. The drawers and doors are painted offsite. She was very meticulous even though I told her that the walls and floor were being replaced. She returned a little over a week later to install the doors and drawers and added the new cabinet hardware that we had purchased. What a transformation! It made such a difference in the room. All the imperfections in the old cabinets including the scratches and wear and tear were no longer noticeable. Brian checked in throughout the process including once the job was completed to ensure that I was satisfied. Danielle did a great job and I highly recommend this company.

They did a wonderful job. Scheduling was easy and they were very responsive to questions. Would hire them again without hesitation. Work looks great too.

I called for a quote on 9/21, the estimate was performed in person on 9/22, contract was e-mailed within a few days that I signed and returned, and painting was done within 6 weeks. There were a few defects that showed up after the paint dried so I called them back. The project mgr was out to look at things within a few days and actually marked some other things that I hadn't noticed. Two days later the foreman came out and fixed all of the problems and walked with me around the house to make sure I was satisfied. The technicians, foreman, project manager, and owner were all very friendly and easy to deal with. The house looks great and I'd hire them back in a minute!!

The painting crew arrived on time and wasted no time starting the job. Renaldo, Lorenzo, and Edgar were very professional and detail oriented. After starting the job they noticed some damaged wood over our front window. When Zach arrived we decided to remove the damaged wood and replace it. Lorenzo and Renaldo did a fantastic job with replacement, priming and painting. Now it looks better than new. We have used Fresh Touch in the past and would not hesitate using them in the future......

The paint job looked great when completed. Sharp lines and very professional. The guys working at the site did an excellent job of cleaning up materials used during the job. Mark, the owner did a great job of keeping me in the loop for when the job would start. Brian did a great job of introducing me to the FTC family and walking me through their process. I would highly recommend you include FTC in your list of companies to contact while collecting bids.

I called to request a visit and quote, and met with Brian. Brian was prompt in arrival, quickly assessed the areas and sent a quote the same day. We arranged a date for mid-October for the projected 3-day paint job to start. Due to a delay on the previous job, our painting was delayed a day, but we did get two calls to update us. We understood that painting is subject to weather (for outside paint jobs) and any issues/add-ons from other homeowners using the painters, so we agreed work could begin the next morning, and it did. The painters did a walk through with me to ensure an understanding of all areas to be done. They worked pretty much non-stop for two full days. Each day, when they left, they neatly put away their materials. The painters returned the third day and finished the job within about 2 1/2 hours. They worked quietly, worked well together, and were very clean and courteous. In addition to the painting, their patch work of small nail holes and nicks in drywall was very careful and thorough. The site manager (Zach) performed a color match of stain on the stairway on the first day, and returned the second day to check in with the painters. He also called me the third day to ensure work was done and we were satisfied. Only then did he send the bill. As returning customers, we got a nice discount. We'd paid and used a color consultant from Sherwin Williams, who gave us a $50 SW gift card. Brian and Zach said in the future, they do color consulting for free, and they offered to accept our gift card as partial payment!

Having Fresh Touch paint our home was a terrific experience. We had never hired a professional painting company and Fresh Touch gave us great service from start to finish. They were very responsive to both email and phone calls. On time for appointments and work. They completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after the job and again after they did touch ups. I have already recommended Fresh Touch to people we know who are looking for a painting company.

I have used Fresh Touch for numerous jobs in the past with good results , this job was not managed well from start to finish . I questioned Mark the owner about my proposal and in lieu of answering my questions, he said “Everything is outlined in your estimate” if I spoke painting lingo possibly you could comprehend. After referring 2 of my personal friends to them and I allowed them To delay me to catch my neighbor up and accommodate her , it continued to go downhill . It is sad how the company has gotten away from all of the personal touches that made them great in the first place. I had to personally coach some of their staff to use drop clothes , and padding on my cooktop . After months of making adjustments and correcting items . I am done , I would prefer to deal with any of the aftermath with someone else . A good relationship gone bad :(

Freshtouch had done previous work for interior painting and we expected the same level of quality and professionalism. They kept us abreast when we got into the schedule, powerwashed and when they could start. We were not disappointed as Freshouch did a wonderful job and it looks great. Timing was hit and miss due to rain, but they were there exactly when possible to keep the project moving to completion. They cleaned up and looks great.
