Description of Work: Purchased big deal and contacted right away to say they were not yet providing this service for the year and would contact me once they started scheduling. Instead I received email they were coming next day. Which was fine since I did not need to be home for service. Service done in evening and house porch and walkway look brand new.

Description of Work: Purchased the home power washer deal for $195. They emailed me the same day to say they were scheduling for 2-3 weeks out. Heard from them again 2 weeks later to let me know they would be out the next day to power wash our home. We ere not home while they were here. Our siding looks great.

Description of Work: We hired Fresh Touch Custom Painting to power wash outside of house, and paint inside and outside of house. From the initial walk through to the final one, Mark and his crew were professional, polite and easy to work with. He organized everything so that work went seamlessly. Half way through I added a significant amount of work to the original quote. They went to a lot of trouble to fit us in. For a few weeks the weather was against us, but Mark kept in touch, giving me updates as to when they planned to be there, and they were. He took the headaches and worry out of it and they did a wonderful job. I am very grateful we found them, as it made a stressful time much, much easier. Everything looks great, and I would highly recommend them to everyone.
