Description of Work: I called this provider because they painted my neighbor's house------which has more square footage-----for 3650 dollars just a month ago. When the man showed up, he was nice until I politely told him that I called him hoping to get within 10% of what my neighbor paid. He immediately turned his attitude and said that my neighbor should have paid well over 2000 dollars more and "do not expect a friendly quote like that." I did not like his attitude and he could not explain why my house---with less space to paint----would be over 2000 dollars more. I told him to please leave and not come back. NOT A NICE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!!!

Description of Work: Cleaned entire exterior of home siding and power washed entrance cement. Very friendly service and hard work performed by Greg. Quality was good and Greg went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.

Description of Work: Asked Fresh Touch to do some indoor painting. Communication was excellent. The painters met our expectations and then some. Very pleased with their politeness and professional attitude. Cleaned up after their work. Will call them again!

Description of Work: We haven't had the painting of our house trim done yet. It is scheduled for the month of June. We had a good first meeting with the company and look forward for the work to begin.

Description of Work: I am very pleased with the work!! I had my bedroom painted. The service provider was timely and professional. It was a difficult job because the walls are old plaster, however the end result is beautiful. I will definitely use them again!

Description of Work: Bought a $399 "deal" for 16 person-hrs of interior painting, and everything went like clockwork. No problems. Would definitely use them again for a similar job.

Description of Work: I wanted the master bed and bathroom painted. There are vaulted ceilings so I wanted a professional. The job was pristine. The painter did a great job although he wasn't able to get it all painted in the time allotted, which was dissapointing. I fixed all the holes and imperfections and moved the furniture ahead of time. Overall, I am very Happy with the job. Well worth it!

Description of Work: We are in the middle of our renovations, and using Fresh Touch for preparing our home for the market in April. We have a large home with lots of wallpaper to remove, murals to cover, ceilings to sand, and trim to touch up after living here over 15 years. | Fresh Touch's pricing was very competitive with other companies listed with Angie's List. Our estimator/ job supervisor, Brian, gave us very individual attention and listened carefully to what we did and did not want done. We were given a generous discount for being an Angie's List customer - that's how I found out about them. We chose them because they itemized their price for us to choose what we wanted done, in what order and in what time frame. They have enough staff to do things on the fast track, or several rooms a day like us. The foreman and crew have communicated beautifully what they were going to do each day, and have followed through with everything so far. Scheduling was a breeze. | I'm VERY impressed with the workmanship, cleanliness and work ethic shown here. I'm a decorator and understand what to expect and what can go wrong, so I'm pretty particular. The finish on the walls with 2 coats of paint are gorgeous, even in the areas that used to have wallpaper. I wish we had done this years ago....! | Everything has been covered carefully, moved gingerly and put back the way it was when things were finished. There have been no hidden upcharges or pressure to add anything on. Brian even had the rep from Sherwin Williams come out and help me select the colors with large color samples before they started the job. Because this was a large project, it was complementary. | I would HIGHLY recommend Fresh Touch, and not be afraid to use them in an upscale/ or modest home. They've been very punctual and we are thrilled with the results so far!

Description of Work: Painted house trim, stucco, front door and new shutters. Mark Tabor the owner was very professional and prompt in his return phone calls and emails. They showed up on Friday to power wash the whole house and then completed the job early the next week in two days working from 8 am-8 pm. He sent a painter back when the shutters came in to finish painting and then put them up too. On inspection, there was just a minor area where a small amount of stucco paint was on trim and they fixed this immediately. Beautiful job.

Description of Work: Power wash vinyl siding on my 2 story house. After washing siding was clean and free of any built up dirt and mildew. Washing took about an hour and the technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Very satisfied with the work.

Description of Work: Purchased the Big Deal for pressure washing. They did a great job and I'd use them again.
