Contractor was very responsive, workmen were efficient, took care of landscaping, cleaned up after work, They did an excellent job. I will have them back for interior painting.

Brian was our project manager and was very responsive to any and all questions we asked. Ishmael and his crew were very professional and did quality work. They painted the stucco as well as the cinderblock, recaulked all of our windows, and painted door and window frames.

The crew arrived on time and completed covered the living room, kitchen and study with a plastic sheet and taped off the area. They cut out and patched in a section of ceiling drywall where water had leaded through several years ago which resulted in the plaster pealing back and then repainted the entire ceilings in the living room, kitchen and study. The next day they had a person come in a re-texture the patched area and the texture matched perfectly. They let that dry for 4 days and then brought in someone to repaint the area of the ceiling that was patched. The crews were polite, professional and punctual.

FTCP finished painting our house at the end of May 2019. In brief they were excellent with their attention to detail and quality. Cant say enough about the paint crew lead and his team as well.as the sales and operations staff who kept us informed all along the job. Finally, FTCP was price competitive of the 5 quotes we received and provided flexible pricing for potential work on our eaves. 5 stars for the best painting experience I've had over the years.

Fresh Touch painted the exterior of my home and both my front and back fences. The quality of the paint job was excellent, and I would hire them again. Positives: - The owner got back to me right away and was very responsive and very professional. - The sales person was also great. This was my first time getting the exterior of my house painted, and I had a lot of questions. He answered them all. - I got quotes from 3 companies on Angie’s list with high A reviews. Fresh Touch was very competitive on price. - They completed my project by end of May which was consistent if not better than what they promised. Given the rain we have had in April and May, that exceeded my expectations. - The paint crew was friendly and hardworking. - I had a decent amount of wood repair to my fences. They did an excellent job on this. My fences look like new. They looked pretty bad before. - The operations manager was very responsive to my texts. When i had an issue, it was addressed right away the next morning. - The finished product looks great. Opportunities: - My power washer seemed confused about whether or not he needed to do the fences when he arrived. Fortunately, I was there so he knew to do that. - Cleanup. My fences had a lot of paint chips after the power wash. I thought the crew could have done a better job cleaning that up. They got the higher profile areas for the most part but there were still a fair number of paint chips on my patio. They also did not initially treat some very minor stains and paint residue as well as I thought they should have. In fairness, I had a high expectation here but was underwhelmed at their first pass. Fresh Touch did come out first thing the next morning to address when I complained. - Personal contact during the paint job. As good as the crew was, there was some language barrier there. We were able to communicate but it would have been nice to have had some brief in person contact with my operations manager sometime early on in the job from a customer relations standpoint. There were some things that I could have pointed out to him early on versus waiting to ask at the end to the crew. Don’t get me wrong, he was available by phone and text, but I wish he would have offered to meet in person early on in the job just to walk around the house and answer a few basic questions. From my perspective, it would have made for a better customer experience. I am guessing he would have done this had I asked and in hindsight I wish I had. Overall, i had a good experience and would use them again. Finished product looks great.

We are beyond happy with the exterior paint job that Fresh Touch completed on our home! The crew was amazing and professional and worked quickly with quality work! We will use again!

They provided very good service. Very prompt, very professional. Reuben did an excellent job on the patch, and cleaned up afterwards. He was very personable and professional. To save money, I agreed to sand and paint the patch (which I still haven't done! haha).

We are so very pleased with the job Fresh Touch Custom Painting did on the front of our house. They painted our shutters on both levels of the house. They also painted all the wood trim. In addition the crew, at our request, bought and delivered wood to replace the cracked and rotting trim that spanned two stories on the side of our house. The two new pieces of wood were pieced together and painted. The new trim is better looking than the trim that was installed when the house was built. The three painters were friendly, courteous, and professional. The work they did exceeded our expectations. We would definitely use FTC Painting again.

For my 14' x 16' deck I was quoted $175 to wash / prep, $860 total including sealing with the Angie's List discount. I needed to make a decision so Fresh Touch worked with me through a discussion on the Angie's List chat facility. I would definitely consider them again. Their prices where slightly higher than the company that I used, and they were looking at 4-5 weeks out to do the work which are the reasons I did not use their services this time.

We have used Fresh Touch for years. Their workmanship is impeccable. They have a few crews and we have had great experiences with all that have painted for us. They are always on time to do the work and very professional and honest. Brian who comes out to do the estimates is great to work with. The owner Mark is quick to respond as is Brian for any concerns or questions. I would high recommend for their quality workmanship, punctuality and honesty.

FTCP repaired our drywall and painted walls/ceiling/trim and cabinets after we had damage from a burst toilet supply line. They were by far the most responsive painting company I spoke with. Their work is fantastic and all their crew was nice and professional. They came back to touch up some items after they were done. I couldn't be happier and will certainly recommend them to others.

They painted our bathroom and repaired patches in our drywall. The walls look brand new! These painters are hardworking, skilled, meticulous, and professional. This is our second time using them and we will definitely hire them again. We recommend them to everyone!

Everything was done beautifully and quickly. All contacts with the company went efficiently and smoothly. Zach Batty our contact and sales supervisor, came out quickly to evaluate our job and gave us a written estimate. Once we accepted he kept in touch by email with setting up dates for work. Ruben, Fernando, and Mecardio (not sure of spelling) arrived on time. Very friendly and professional. Wore booties in the house, cleaned up each room at night, covered all our furnishings and kitchen cabinets, and floors with plastic sheeting and taped off all areas necessary. They completed the huge job in three days. They repaired and painted the ceilings of a two-story sunroom, two-story great room, Loft and kitchen as well as the interior walls. They showed up every day on-time and worked non-stop each day. We had added to the job after their arrival and Zach came out promptly to evaluate the additional work and gave us a very reasonable rate for the addition. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

The work done was fine. they were on time, they painted exactly what we needed to be painted and with in what was quoted to us, the only hard part working with them was the language barrier because the 2 painters that was sent was Spanish speaking and I don't speak Spanish and they don't speak English as well, but overall the work done was fine and they were very very nice, they finished the work in 1 day as they said they would.

Everything went very smoothly once the weather cooperated.

I had 4 quotes from different companies. Fresh Touch was $1,000 lower than all of them. This included repairing rotten wood ($700 worth), painting of my stucco 3,200 sq ft. home (minus the brick part), painting our shutters, gutters and our front door. I couldn't be happier. We had neighbors stop by the house, messaged me on facebook and text that our home looked amazing and "fresh". We will hire them again. Posted before and during picture.

The painting crew did an excellent job over two days. We called and they set up a quote appointment time with Brian immediately. Between the initial call and the start of the job it was less than two weeks before the job began, which was amazing since we had called four other companies from Angie’s List and only one of them got back to us and said they could not do the job for quite some time. We were looking to get the painting done before we brought in all the plants, and we had just replaced and redone portions of the hardwood floors. The crew was diligent, conscientious, and meticulous. They did all the prep work and lightly sanded the walls. I had already picked out the paint and sent those specs to Mark, and the morning the job started some of the crew went and got the Royal Manor PPG paint I had chosen to use, the cost which was included in the total job. I took off work but stayed out of their way, just coming in occasionally to check things over. Mark and Zach did a fine job of scheduling and follow up to make sure we were satisfied before we even paid the invoice. I would without hesitation hire this company again.
