Description of Work: I purchased the Angie's List big deal for this power wash service. I have a 2-story home (2100 sq ft) with attached garage. The coupon covered the entire wash. The wash itself went well and was done to my satisfaction; the guy who showed up was pleasant, asked me about concerns and addressed them. The coupon price was better than any I had paid before. But their customer service experience and responsiveness was even better. I thought I would have to call THEM to make an appointment, but instead they called me within days of my purchasing the coupon. We also communicated by email once or twice. They got me on the schedule quickly, and when the weather didn't cooperate, THEY called ME to let me know about the delay. I never once had to contact them, never had to worry about them showing up or anything like that. Would definitely use them again based on customer service level alone.

Description of Work: The gentlemen were prompt courteous took exceptional care of my belongings (furniture, flooring completely covered) took time to do extensive prep work and cleaned up after themselves. I am very very pleased with the overall service and quality and would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's List "Big Deal" for Fresh Touch and my motivation was price more than the quality and service, but my expectations were far exceeded. The owner contacted me quickly, worked with me to arrange a convenient time and then unlike so many other services like this, actually showed up a few minutes early and completed the work quickly. I had one bedroom painted and they did an excellent job as well. While an employee of the company did the actual work, the owner came by to check on the job and then contacted me later to ensure I was satisfied. I will definitely use Fresh Touch again in the future.

Description of Work: Two painters for 4 hours painted the trim in my condo that had a million scuff marks....it looks great! they were able to cover my sloppy job where I got some wall paint on the trim, making it look spiffy. REAL nice guys. professional, polite & punctual. A very good experience. NOw I know who to call when our new home needs a fresh coat of paint!

Description of Work: This company far exceeds expectations! The quote was clear, concise, and accurate. The color co ordinator saw a color in the roof I didn't, so we selected 3 different colors I had never thought of. The painter was a creative artist! He placed each of the colors perfectly. By the way, this was when temperaturs were 100 and without electric for several days. Every neighbor has told me how wonderful my home looks. The house is beautiful! Description of Work: Powerwashed the house and it looks great! I didn't expect the brick to get so clean. They do use something with bleach and it made everything smell real fresh and clean also. Would definitely do it again with them.

Description of Work: I purchased the coupon for the power washing as soon as I saw it on Angie’s List. I got a call from Mark the very next day and confirmed a day for the service. He arrived at my house when he said he would. We spoke about problem areas on the house, peeling paint or caulking that might be an issue during the washing, etc. Mark made me comfortable explaining the process and what I could expect. He started on the job as soon as we finished talking. There was no time wasted and I could see water streaming through the window screens to the windows (which were beginning to sparkle!). Though the sound was muffled and not at all disruptive I finally realized that I wasn’t hearing any noise at all. Mark had completed the job and had already left my house! I went out and inspected the house ‘up close and personal’ and then got in the car to take a drive and return to see how different the house looked. I was thrilled with what I saw! I would highly recommend Fresh Touch Custom Painting to everyone. In fact, I’d like Mark and his crew to paint my gutters and downspouts now that they are so clean! I’ll be making that call soon.

Description of Work: Power Wash 2.5 story 100 year old home. This was the 1st time in 14 years that the complete vinyl siding had been washed. Lower portion had been self power washed but was unable to handle the upper portion. They did a very thorough job.

Description of Work: Mark Tabor did a great job painting 10 shutters on the exterior of my house. He gave a very reasonable price and did a great job. He is busy so he might not be able to get you in right away but he will explain all that to you up front. His painters missed one shutter, but when I called him, he came out the next business day and took care of it. I will definitely use him again in the future.

Description of Work: We had Mark come out for an estimate for the exterior of our home as well as an interior 1/2 bath. He was timely and very helpful discussing paint options for a heavy-chipping issue that we were having on the exterior of our house. We ultimately selected FTC to paint the outside of our house after getting 4 estimates. Mark was really great at communicating via phone and email - answering some administrative timeline type questions I had and keeping me posted on when the pressure washing would start, when the crew would be there, etc. We were pleased with the end result. They took great care in cleaning up and watching to work around and/or safeguard our landscaping. I was so pleased that I had them come back to do an interior paint job (1/2 bath), and I was pleased with their workmanship for that as well. Will hire them - again, and again, and again!!!
