The surgery went well and I was released from the hospital after 3 days. Fortunately for me I never had to take any nausea or pain medication after I returned home. The classes and diet that was required before the surgery prepared me for what would happen after the surgery. This procedure is not to be taken lightly. It is a lifestyle change that you must accept in order to be successful.
Description of Work: I was scheduled for a bariatric Gastric bypass but when the surgery was performed I ended up with a modified sleeve procedure. The surgeon said that my internal organs were not here they should have been. He was limited at that point as to his options.
