Paul from Free Flow Builders came out on April 18th, 2012 and was told what was needed done. It is now May 6th, 2012 and I have not received a quote nor a return phone call, when I called a week ago and left a message to see where my estimate is. Not very professional at all and I would be hesitant to use this company even though they have a good record; hence the reason I picked them for a quote...

After the fence was put up, he did not come back out to do a final inspection. I was disappointed because he promised me the fence and gate would be the same as I had previously, but that did not happen. The other gate had extensions and 2x2s that went across to help brace the fence. It scrapes and everything, and it has continually gotten worse. The lock that was on my previous gate is nothing like the lock on this gate either. It now tears up my hands every time, so I can't hardly use the gate. They did a rotten job. I called him on 4/20/11 and explained the problems and he came out about a week later. At that time, he agreed to come fix the gate and said he would be out on 5/27/11. I called today, 6/14/11 and he is saying that he will not fix the fence unless I provide the wood. He says I should have treated the wood and this is a problem that I would have to bring up with Southerlands, which is where he apprently bought the wood. Since I did not buy the wood, he should be contacting Southerlands to see what can be done and just get my gate fixed. I did not even know where he bought the wood till today, since in the contract he said he had that taken care of.

We heard about this company from a neighbor who owns a lot property. This company gave a great estimate. It took the company about 5 days to do the work. They only hire employees who speak English. The went around with a magnet to collect stray nails everyday. They respected my neighbors property as well. It was a good experience. They do other projects, too.
