I sent an email to them at 4:30 in the afternoon. They responded immediately asking for more information and setting a tentative appointment for the next morning. I was emailed a simple list of things to do to prepare my house before their arrival. Annie and CiCi showed up right on time. Annie performed a quick walk-through of our house, then led CiCi through. She presented a report of her findings at the end. The whole experience was great, from their quick response to having the work performed. They also have a discounted inspection rate for post-treatment. I couldn't be more pleased (except for confirming that I have bedbugs, but that's not their fault).

We thought we were getting bitten by bedbugs, but couldn't find any visual evidence of the bugs. Before pursuing an expensive round of heat treatment, we wanted additional confirmation that bugs were present and how widespread they were. Four Paws was very knowledgeable on the phone, and had a reasonable price. Four Paws came out with one trained dog and one in-training dog. We were not permitted to watch the dogs in action (which concerned our exterminator), but were told that the dogs did detect bugs in the master bedroom, but nowhere else. This confirmed our desire to pursue treatment.

It went very smooth. Customer service was very good.

Annie was wonderful! She was very professional and thorough. She was also very caring during a stressful time (bed bugs with a 3 week old infant). We plan to call on Four Paws regularly for preventative inspections. Well worth the investment!
