They called within 24 hours of the deal purchase and scheduled a visit that day (they had a last minute opening in my area and a tech nearby). The tech called ahead and arrived on time. His manner was pleasant and his appearance was clean and professional. He checked the A/C system, indoors and out and found a couple of problems which he corrected right away.

They sent out a young "kid", who was not friendly, didn't seem to know alot, and couldn't even give me an estimate on a new line set - he had to call his office to get that info., which means I probably should have been able to attain the estimate over the phone to begin with. Overall, not impressed or comfortable with the whole situation so I called a different Heating & Cooling outfit.

The service technician seemed unsure on how to fix the issue. He originally suggested I buy a whole new AC Unit and Furnace. (Both 2002 models.) After talking with his boss, he realized he could do a much less expensive repair (use easy seal for a coil). He was polite and professional, but I'm not sure I trust this company as he didn't seem very knowledgeable on AC Units.

We got them through Angie's List. They were not horrible. If we ever needed to use somebody again, we would use them again. I wouldn't have anything negative to say about them.

They came in right away. We have a snow dog, and they couldn't get to us right away. Our air conditioner quit working in the house. They brought in professional fans to cool the house down until they could come and put in the air conditioner. You can't ask or anything even close to that, it was great. Nobody would come out and get it taken care of. They couldn't get to it right away, because of our dog, they let us borrow the fans. They go above and beyond.

They put freon in it. They are fair, honest and punctual. They come out when they need to.

I have a contract with them. They replaced the coils. They will call or text to set up time and they always call about fifteen or twenty minutes out to make sure we are available. They are just very punctual and they keep in touch.

We have a contract with them. They service my air conditioner in the Spring. I get 10% off parts and labor. They make sure it has freon and everything is alright. They do a routine service and make sure the fans are good. We've used them over 10 years.

Was very detailed on the exact condition, how it got that way, and what options I had to get it running again. He was very polite, friendly and obviously knew what he was talking about.
