I received 5 quotes on two HVAC systems to replace my 25-year-old units. I did a lot of research to be sure I could compare apples to apples with each quote. There are a lot of choices and opinions out there, but nothing matters unless the installation work is of high quality. When I called Pickerington Heating & Cooling, I explained my objectives and they made the good choice of sending Installation Manager Jeremiah to quote my job. Jeremiah was a stand out from the start and earned my business and respect. From the initial visit and assessment, to the selection of products and finalization of prices, Jeremiah was knowledgeable, ensured my objectives were reflected in his recommendations and quotes, and was a delight to work with. The fact that the company sent the installation manager to quote my job was very important to me. Jeremiah spoke highly of the quality of work of his installers and assured me he would also stop by during the install, which he did. Installers Corey, Jimmy, and Marvin were very experienced and professional and did a great job. Jimmy and Marvin shared that they have worked as a team for many years ... that is impressive and it surely showed in the quality and efficiency of their work. Corey was training a new installer and did most of the install work himself. Corey and his trainee were jovial, professional, and patient throughout what was a challenging job and very long day. Jeremiah was very knowledgable about product rebates and company discounts. Because of this and his hard work to earn my business, I believe I was able to get high-end Carrier products at prices that others were charging for what I felt were lesser overall products. Good people make all the difference. When you find them, give them your business.

Fine, furnace/AC unit was installed last year. No problems found

The initial fix didn’t work. They came back out free of charge and it turned out we needed to replace our Nest.

My furnace was old and beyond repair. Pickerington Heating and Cooling installed a new Carrier furnance. The price was great! They were on schedule, hauled away the old furnance and parts, installed the new, cleaned up behind themselves. It has been a year and I can say my heating bills are from 20-30% less than previous winters. They also replaced the thermostat and my heat is never set above 72 even on the coldest days. From the office employees to the installers, everyone is positive, friendly, and professional. Would recommend their service and products to anyone.

They are wonderful. I pay once every 2 years and it was $380. I guess it would be an A on pricing, but I haven't used any other company.

The service was scheduled the same day. The technician quickly identified the problem and fixed it. Recommended spring check up due to age of equipment. I am pleased with the service provider.

Scheduled appt, technician came out the next day. He was very friendly and professional and explained the issue. He also provided me with an estimate to repair or replace.

A/C went out about a week ago and my husband called Pickerington Heating and Cooling to come out for a service call to find out what the issue was. Tech arrived and checked the A/C unit, said various parts needed to be replaced (capacitor, fan, etc.) and would run us around $900, but there was no guarantee that would fix the issue. Recommended we replace the unit for around $3,000. My husband was on the phone with me, asking about financing a new unit. Told him we should get a second opinion. Called a different company that came out today to check our A/C unit. Said the reason the capacitor stopped working was because of how dirty our A/C unit is. Tech put in a new capacitor and the A/C unit immediately came on and started working again. So, rather than being out $900 or $3000, we only had to pay for a new capacitor and paid for a cleaning of our A/C unit - less than $400. Pickerington Heating and Cooling, you should be ashamed. Thank God I wanted a second opinion before paying out all that money to you.

They worked with me on price, for a Carrier 4 ton unit, given what I needed was different from the offer. They were on time, had the unit installed in under three hours, and left the basement area cleaner than when they arrived. The installers were very polite and professional. They set up a 2 years " same as cash" financing with a local company, which actually called me to be certain I knew how to make the payments on time to avoid any interest.

I agreed to the services by phone and paid invoice that I received later by email with a credit card. Got the air conditioner running again the same s. It's important to keep the renters happy. Thank you

Great. They were punctual and answered the phone when we called.

We had them do everything outside and inside. I think it was like 6 days. We stayed with my sister in law. We were content with the price. They came out next day when I called them. I would definitely use them again. They were fantastic.

I hired Pickerington Heating and Cooling to perform a check up on my furnace. The technician called ahead of time to let me know that he was on his way. He arrived when promised, checked the heating system carefully and recommended replacing a capacitor. I authorized the replacement and the work was completed in about 30 minutes.

They were wonderful, I will use them again. They were thorough, they were in and out quick.

They were fantastic from start to finish. They cleaned up after themselves,if I had a question and they came out right away. They come out twice a year for maintenance as well. What they told us was true, out electric bill has been down at least $200.00 a month, which has been paying for itself.
