Cleaned, oiled, and tuned. Worked for about 24 hours, then fan stopped. Tech came back out and replaced motor. Our system is about 30 years old, so they recommended replacing. Not in the budget right now, but working beautifully with new motor.

The tech that came (Mike Brown) was on time let me know he was coming very professional very through he was a very conscientious in his assessment . It was a very hot day and he went up into my hot attic and didn't once complain. He worked for two hours very through they gave me a immediate print out of the estimate (very detailed). I had a sense of trustworthiness right He even called a couple of days later to check on me. I didn't need the service right away but when I do they will be my company of choice

Very quick to respond, very professional and polite. They didn't give us the run around, and suggested the appropriate replacement unit. Price point was very good.

Everything is working fine. They were very nice and equipped. The installers knew exactly what they were doing and they called before they came which I appreciated.

I was able to schedule over the phone for service the next day, after purchasing the tune-up online. Brett, the owner, was punctual, friendly and overall helpful in helping me to understand why my AC unit was running noisier than usual, although still working. He replaced the contactor and added a half pound of freon at an additional charge, with my OK. Overall I thought things went great! I would use Pickerington Heating and Cooling again.

Went well. Very honest discussion about our old unit. Had them send us an estimate on replacing the AC and furnace.

They were very professional, came and installed the AC unit for the quoted price, no up-selling. They came back 2 days later to assist with the thermostat.

Joe the on sight manager came out and did an estimate. Joe was wonderful but the company said that the job is too big and too cumbersome. The company made the final decision and decided against it.

I used Pickerington with an Angie’s List deal two years ago for the same issue. The service tech had told me that he thought it was a slow leak that he could try to seal. He gave me that MUCH less inexpensive option and the fix has lasted two years. Same issue has come up but this time we were low on freon and he also checked to make sure there weren't any leaks. They give you honest options and I have given their name to a friend to use.

It went very nicely. They will be back out next year. I did pay a little extra for something on the furnace, but it wasn't much. That was my main concern was that my thermostat wasn't getting to where it was suppose to be. It was a very simple replacement of that little piece, so I was happy. The guy that was here was very clear and made me understand what he was doing. Everything was fine. He seemed to be friendly and professional.

Carl found that I had a bad Capacitor, he was able to replace the Dual Capacitor and check that the system was working well. Carl was the most professional and helpful technician that I have ever had service my HVAC system. Due to this I purchased a maintenance plan. I will be a customer of Pickerington Heating and Cooling from now on.

Everything went well. They contacted me soon after I made the purchase on Angie's list. They came out to inspect my current set-up before scheduling the install. The guy who inspected was very nice and professional. He provide me with some very helpful information about the entire process. They kept in constant contact with me to prior to the install. The office staff was very helpful in answering all my questions. The installers did a great job installing the unit. They were very helpful and provided me with good information. They completed the job a lot sooner than I expected. I am very happy with this company and would highly recommend them.

the technician as arrived to inspect the water leak from the furnace and suggest to replace the secondary heat exchange but ideally the issue was not from the secondary heat exchange but a blockage of water flow in the furnace was causing the water leak and accidentally cleared it of and but was trying to suggest to change the heat exchange. The service was not satisfactory.

We live in a split-level home and our HVAC is wedged under the stairs pretty tight and we wanted a humidifier installed. Another company told us our only option was a steam humidifier that would cost $2200 to install. I talked to Pickerington Heating and Cooling on the phone and they said they could probably install a fan-assisted humidifier. Noah came out and said he could actually fit in a bypass flow-through humidifier, saving us money. I also had him install a condensate water pump to drain the AC and heat wastewater to our washer drain, which enabled us to remove an annoying pipe that ran across our basement floor. I also purchased the AC tune-up deal through Angie's List. Noah did a great job and got everything done quickly!
