 + -1 moreI am a Realtor and I have a client with an abnormally high closing costs estimate. Although Jim Siebert does not have available rehab loans that would fit my client s needs at the time, he was very kind and patient to help with the analysis of the good faith estimate documents. He explained to me what is within reason and helps guide me on how I might negotiate some of the fees down with my client s current lender. All this without expecting a sale, great trustworthy guy!
Description of Work: Pre-approval, Loan Quotes, Second Opinion, Mortgage loan education.

 + -1 moreJim was recommended to me by a co-worker. He is a great man and knows the mortgage industry. He found what he thought was the best deal, and a week or two before close, he checked again and found an even better mortgage that would fit my particular needs. Within the week he re-ran all the paperwork with the new company and made the whole process seem seamless.
