+ -1 moreExcellent experience! Alex worked really quickly to diagnose the problem (faulty motor mechanism) and replaced the unit with a new one in about 30 minutes. Went into detail to show me the lock’s functions and settings. Very satisfied with the whole experience ! Would highly recommend!
