He was able to fix a duct coming out of the furnace that had come a bit loose, letting some heat escape in the basement . We can already tell a difference in how much heat we are getting in the 2nd story, and how often the furnace has to run.

My system is quite old and the tech explained what I can expect in the future. I feel it was a worthwhile deal and will talk to them when it is time for a replacement.

It has been great. This fall was the second inspection and they are found only a few inexpensive fixes for my 20 year old furnace and A/C. I had them repair what was worn out and the heating and A/c are working fine, I like them very much and will continue my contract with them.

We called Fire and Ice; and while the technician could not arrive for 1-2 days (it was a very busy time of year and ours was not an emergency), he was able to repair the system correctly, quickly and efficiently at a low cost, and not only had the repair done timely but for much less expense than we were told by another company. needeI highly recommend Fire and Ice.

The service tech, Kelly, has performed the maintenance the past couple of years. She is very professional and thorough and seems to take a lot of pride in doing her job well.

The company was pro-active and called me to schedule the appointment. The service person took approximately 20-30 minutes. At the end of his visit, he explained to me the items he found and will need to be repaired. However the items was not in need of immediate replacement and would last the season. I appreciated the honesty and will most likely have them make the repair next summer.
