I use Fire and Ice for my primary home. They came out because something didn't work on my furnace and they installed it and it was under warranty. So, they replaced it with an electronic device, and they ordered the part, the part was under warranty. Actually, I want to say yes, I would use them, but I really don't think I am. It's not because they haven't done a good job. I just especially like this other company. So, I would probably use them in the future.

Very well. The technician was Derek and he did an outstanding job.

Joe had the part and was able to replace it on the spot and the price was reasonable.

One guy did the install in about a half a day.

It couldn't have gone any better. They were punctual, professional, experts. The job was completed on time and the quality of the work is the best I've seen.

They did a very nice job. They had seen that there is a problem that we may need to look at in the very near future. Everything was very good. They did a nice job. It was good quality workmanship. I work some very odd hours so they were very good at adapting to my schedule so I could be here. The flexibility in their scheduling was a nice aspect of that particular service. There was just one worker that came out. He was very professional, very courteous, straightforward in everything he was describing for us. He gave us a very detailed information on what we may have problems with in the near future and what it would cost us to get it corrected. Cleanup was done perfectly. I have no complaints whatsoever.

At a high level there were issues with them scheduling, after tune up fan stopped working, maintenance guy didn't know what he was doing with our Nest thermostat which caused our coil to freeze and fan to stop. We provided a different number to call because we were heading out of town (didn't plan on issues that we didn't have before) and they didn't call the alternate number. Too many issues for such a simple job. Never had issues prior to them coming out. Everything is fine but more headaches than what it was worth. Not sure I could recommend based on this experience.

Was not able to do the tune up and I needed to have the electrical problem leading to the AC unit fixed. The tech was very nice, and let me know that I needed an electrician and not the tune up.

Everything was great. From scheduling to being notified prior to coming to the technician explaining everything he was doing. Being a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions about my A/C unit. The technician explained it all in terms I could understand. Top notch professionalism and service.

Company lied and stated they called me multiple times to schedule prior to me calling to follow up to schedule. "Theresa" said she called and left several messages however the only record of her calling I have is at 2:30pm. Her delay caused the temperature to rise to 80 degrees, my infant developed a heat rash and I was forced to have to wait until the next day for service.

Roger helped address all my questions during the estimate process and provided several options based on features and cost. He helped address numerous follow up emails afterwards while I was weighing other quotes. Scheduling was easy and quick. After selecting Fire & Ice my installers were Billie and Angelo. Both of which were great to work with and explained everything they were going to do while making sure I was ok with placement and what was being bored through and where. All the wires and lines that were installed were routed neatly and cleanly. Great installation job! We had a great experience with Josh R. He was helpful and professional. We told him what we needed and he explained in detail the best choice for us. Josh R is an asset to Fire and Ice, we highly recommend him!

The technician came and told me that he hated to tell me that the unit would not start, and did not have any refrigerant in it. We agreed to have their comfort specialist come give us a quote for a new unit on April 10. Since it's a big expense, we called a second company for another opinion. We didn't mention the results of the first inspection. They said our unit was in good shape and full of refrigerant. What a shock! What relief! We told Fire and Ice what happen via email on April 14. We have not had a reply.

It went great Richard was so helpful explaining everything he was doing and why. Richard went above and beyond in customer service.

The repair guy showed up earlier than expected and checked out the heat pump, furnace and everything else connected to the heating unit. He discovered that the thermostat was faulty and suggested we replace it. He did have one with him but suggested that we get one on Amazon and save a lot of money. I would use them again.

From sales to service and installation, the job went perfectly. Joshua Rodriguez was a most excellent salesperson. He came out and evaluated our needs and provided us with a quote. He will also be out to inspect the system after installation. Our installation was scheduled for the following week. Leroy and Nick installed both systems, and they did an excellent job. Both men were very knowledgeable. They wore foot protection and even placed covers on our floors. We have completely renovated our newly purchased condo, and the installers from Fire & Ice were by far the BEST contractors that have worked in our condo. They left no mess behind and did an EXCELLENT job of installation and explaining our new systems to us. We highly recommend Joshua, Leroy and Nick at Fire & Ice Heating and Air Conditioning.

Great talk from salesperson who promised a personal inspection following installation and personal contact after purchase. However, after installation, service and respect has fallen off considerably. The sales person NEVER returned to inspect after the installation. Repeated phone calls went unanswered. For follow up service calls, technician were frequently late with no communication or explanation. We are unfortunately obligated to use them due to warranty, etc. We picked them based on reviews, but have been repeatedly disappointed. Regret not choosing one of their competitors.
