Great. The service man was a little late when he got here because of a previous job but he apologized, was very courteous, did the work, and gave me some pointers to help keep my furnace clean.

The service tech was prompt, courteous and very nice. She efficiently performed the service check.

We have used Fire & Ice before and generally have had excellent service. However, this most recent experience was not so great. Their regular tech who normally comes to our house was sick, so they sent a substitute. He was very late; I had to call after an hour of waiting. The job was done fairly quickly, however he did try to sell us a new humidifier, stating that the old wasn?t working. Oddly enough, it worked amazingly well after I plugged it in. Again, please discount my comments with the fact that it was a sub, and not their regular tech. We have used Fire & Ice 3 times before and have had excellent service at a very reasonable price, and I have recommended them to friends.

Everything went smoothly. My air conditioning ran fine all summer long. I will use this company in the future.

Brought the inspection through Angie's big deal. We have been in our new home for about 5 years and wanted to ensure the furnace was in good shape for the upcoming winter, we had not inspected them before. They were able to come out fairly quickly. We have 2 furnaces he was able to take a look at both of them. He took his time and went through everything in detail. He showed us the air temperature that was coming out of the vent and it was within the expected range. The only thing came out of the inspection was that the air filter needed to be replaced in couple of months. We were glad that everything was working as expected.

Upon reading our original unfavorable review regarding an unsatisfactory AC check last summer, everyone from this company with whom we interacted went above and beyond to remedy the situation in a very timely, apologetic and courteous manner. We were contacted the next day and offered us a full refund, as well as a complimentary furnace tune up. It turns out that the technician who had serviced our AC in the summer was no longer with the company. For our furnace check, they sent Kelly, and she was outstanding. She spent well over an hour on snowy New Year's Eve, doing an extremely thorough tune up both inside and out. She listened to our concerns, let my husband shadow her the entire time, explained to him exactly what she was doing, answered all of his questions, and basically gave him a full tutorial of the inner-workings of our unit. She also reassured us that their work is guaranteed for a full 30 days, and even offered some money-saving tips regarding filters. Our two small children enjoyed her visit quite a bit as well. Our faith in this company is fully restored, and we will certainly contact them again in the future.

The person that came out did a whole house assessment to determine the correct furnace size. I would guess that he spent at least 20 minutes. I was quite surprise that this was done. We talked about the furnace that would be installed based upon the calculations that came from the assessment that was performed. We were able to schedule an install while the sales person was at our house which was a nice touch. The day of the install the install people were very professional. Before I knew it the furnace was up and running. One good thing was that I could not afford to replace the air conditioning unit but that was no problem as they were able to use my existing air conditioner. Before installing the new furnace they checked over the old air conditioning coils to ensure that they were clean. I would recommend this company again because they did all the things one would expect like show up on time, be professional, complete the work as agreed upon and follow up after the sale. The only issue that I has was I thought that when I bought the deal that the air conditioner was included. You see there was a nice picture on the website that showed the furnace and air conditioner like it was part of the deal. Only after carefully reading the text of the deal over and over again I saw no mention of the air conditioner.. This was done(reading the text closer) after I had purchased the deal. I would advice the company that in the future if they offer a deal they and show a picture that the picture only shows what is in the deal. Also, one other thing I believe I was suppose to get some free filters as part of the install but never received. Not that big of a deal as I had just purchased a three pack of filters.

The service call went really well. The employees were very courteous, knew their product and pointed out several areas where maintenance in the future will be likely.

He was very prompt and professional, as well as friendly. We have a brother in the HVAC business who lives out of town and I always run whats happening past him. Fire and Ice has always been on the mark as to the problem and their fees are reasonable.

The HVAC technician, Brian, showed up right on time. He explained the process, wore booties to cover his shoes and went right to work. He explained what he was checking, as we had recently purchased a new high efficiency furnace. He also checked our whole-house humidifier and put it on a proper setting. All told, he spent about 20 to 30 minutes and I was quite satisfied. He didn't waste any time and wouldn't even accept a tip! I would highly recommend them in the future.

They did a great job and everything was smooth. Serviced my furnace as well as 2 of my rental units. No problems setting up appointments and they were on time and provided a thorough description of services. Would recommend.
